Great service. Maria was our passport person and she was very nice and helpful. We came in 10 minutes before (just like their email suggested), she called us at the exact time of our appointment and we were out in less than 20 minutes, of course, we had all of our documents and payment in order, which made the process quicker.

I will never go to the post office again! Not that I’ve had bad experiences but my experience with the Chandler Passport Office was 10000% better. They had more availability on their schedule. Once scheduled, they sent out a reminder email. We checked in and were called up before our time and were done in less than 15 minutes. Our advisor was very friendly and everyone there seemed super kind and knowledgeable.

We came in 20 minutes before our appointment, but a gentleman called us up before we could sign in. Maria called us to her window. She was great! Her whole demeanor was pleasant and helpful. Erica was sooo sweet and efficient! Had everything I needed and this was such an easy and quick process. Also love that they refresh bookings every morning at 8:30am. All other passport facilities are pretty booked out, months even, and I got an appointment the day after I finally decided to book an appointment just by getting on the site right around 8:30am to look for openings. 4 stars only because it was a little frustrating to get an appointment online. I just kept refreshing the page and one popped up. Everything went great from there. Parking was complimentary and plentiful. We had all our documents and two blank checks ready. Ashley was very kind and efficient. Took about 15 minutes for two passports.

I was greeted kindly, when I walked in the door. Normally you expect not so kind customer service, but this was a cheerful environment. And, when I asked if appts were on time, because I was on lunch, they were good enough to handle my business of a new passport, immediately. I also watched as these City of Chandler workers answered questions of a Hispanic mom, that walked in to find out information for her son. Great experience. I'll be coming here from now on instead of the post office. They were organized and efficient. We got there about 10 minutes early, so we waited about 5 minutes, and then the application process took about 5 minutes. We ended up leaving 2 minutes after our appointment time.

I found it hard to believe this is a government office. The two staff members who assisted me at the Passport window were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I was a little stressed out rushing to get a passport when my new position required me to travel out of country. I certainly did not want anything to go wrong. They set my mind at ease. PS - This office does not schedule people out weeks in advance, so where I could not get a quick appointment anywhere else in the valley, the Chandler Office had availability. Fantastic.

What a complete turnaround, I was there a few years ago and had to wait in line for hours. Now with their reservation system it was simple. My reservation was for 8:50am. Got there at 8:40. Called me up about three minutes later and got my application in and paid for right at 8:50. Based on my previous experiences I was dreading going in. But it ended up being a wonderful experience, and the lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and nice. Thank you City of Chandler for the foresight in changing your processes to meet the needs of your citizens and make our lives somewhat easier.

My experience at the Chandler Passport Facility was very efficient. I spent probably 5 minutes in the chair but I must add that I came prepared with checks made out appropriately and I had copies of my ID's. The location is very convenient, clean and nice. There is adequate free parking of which I find a plus.

I didn’t bring in the correct birth certificate and my correct one is packed away in a storage container and the entire office was so helpful with a solution. I was waiting for one of them to be rude to me , but it never happened to me or to any of the other customers. These three employees would be a bosses dream! Government documents can be a little stressful but this place made it easy, stress free, and quick. As long as you have all your correct documents and make an appointment ahead of time this was about a 20 minute appointment for two adult applications. Appointments are about one week out and that was also an easy process through the Chandler passport office website.

We finally got an appointment. That was the worst part, was being able to get one while the window was open. After arriving, we went in, checked in online, and were called immediately. Whole process took about 10 min. The lady was very pleasant and the atmosphere was calm and non-chaotic since there was only us and one other lady for her appt. The previous time we had to go we didn't have copies of our IDs ready for them (we were getting a child passport) and had to come back, so don't forget to bring copies of your IDs as not all the instructions online say that. As well as bring your checkbook - they don't take cash.
