I felt very welcome when I enter into the facility . My Dad John Hogan was very pleased on everyone was so kind and helpful. I know my Dad is safe and will be well taken care of.

Today is Thanksgiving and I visited my husband Bob. He has been a patient at Azria Montclair for over 5 years. All of the staff as they past by wished us Happy Thanksgiving. They were going to have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner today. Before Covid I could join Bob for the dinner. The daily meals served at Montclair are good and there are many choices.

Above all, the nursing staff was really great and treated my mother with respect, compassion and kindness. Luca especially stands out to me, he was respectful to me and my family and I really appreciated how gentle and caring he was with my mom, up until the moment she passed and during the time after. She was only there for five days before her death, but Luca's care really stood out. (Luca and the nursing staff I would give 5 stars). My experience with the billing / business office was less than stellar, I felt they lacked communication skills, compassion and basic customer service skills. For as expensive as it is for a loved one to be there, a modicum of decency and appreciation as I'm writing a check would go a long way, but that was lost on the staff. (I'd give them 0 stars). The facility operations also is lacking a general care or consideration for the physical space which translates to poor customer service. It's cluttered, the public spaces appeared and smelled unclean. (I'd give operations 1 star). Overall, I'm giving a much better rating, only because of Luca and his co-workers in the nursing staff.

Extra careful, visitors had to where p95 masks and face shield. Gave me a whole new respect for healthcare workers. I did it for 2 hours, can't imagine all that for 8 to 12 hours. Facility was very clean and employees very friendly and helpful.

This company has helped me grow from a social worker to now administrator. I am supported by all my coworkers and I'm thankful to call many of them friends. I love getting to know the residents and their families and have grown extremely close to so many over the years. It's like a family for most of there and I truly enjoy what I do. I'm so grateful for this company, building, my coworkers, residents, and all their families.

After living here for more than a year I have seen many improvements come through as the new owners work hard to create a great place to live. The employees are gracious and helpful and they're willing to listen to everything you say. The therapist for physical, you occupational and speech therapy are great to work with and are hardworking as long as you're working hard to get healthier.

The directors and staff were all very welcoming upon my first day here. It was also clear to see that the team care about the residents, and that it is their mission to make sure they feel comfortable during their stay. Overall it is a very supportive, and friendly environment to be in.

I only worked at Azria for a short amount of time. While I was working there it was truly INSPIRING. I met so many nice people! But this one moment while I was working will always stay with me. One gentleman, he always wore his Navy hat. I worked as Housekeeping, I entered his room to see if he needed anything. Him and I began having a great conversation about his past career in the Navy. I was so inspired because I have interest in planes and have my pilots license. We talked for an hour! We got deep into our conversation it made me realize how much I truly accomplished in my life as a young adult. It helped me not beat on myself like I used to. In that very little time a man I didn’t even know help me build myself in a positive way. He is truly amazing role model. I will never forget that moment it was truly life changing. So many nice people, comfortable, welcoming place.

I was in a car accident in Sept 2018. Then after the hospital, I left a bad bad rehab place and ended up transferring to Azria Health Montclair. I had a good feeling when I first came in here and I saw the Halloween decor. However, its the People that make this place great. They are currently under construction to make there insides match the fun people. A few shout outs, Brad the most awesome CNA, Hayley she is a fabulous social worker and works hard for you. Lauren and Fran in activities will keep you busy with fun and make you laugh. The nurses (Jenna, Sarah & Mark were a few) thanks for the thrills, Therapy is very caring and has rocking staff. All of the staff was very good to me. I know I can be difficult at times and they handled it in stride. I’ll be back to visit my nice friends I met and volunteer when I can walk again. Azria Montclair has made several great strides in the last year and is an AWESOME place for rehabilitation.

Last week I would have given a very poor rating but not now. Facility had some problems with it. After numerous calls I am glad to say the facility and owners made drastic changes to the maintenance problem and I am very satisfied with that. I am more than pleased with the wonderful nursing staff for the past 3 years my mom has been here and now I am pleased with the facility overall at this point and time. But if you have a love one there be sure to monitor the facility often

They’re good to my dad here. He’s happy, and he involves himself in many activities. Places are short-staffed, and communication is important. Overall, I recommend them.

My husband told me "this place is like heaven because the employees are like angles!" This is the next best place after being at home. It's his 3rd time here and he would go back if the need arises. The staff is very professional, curtious and helpful. As a matter of fact, they're over the top! I highly recommend this place for rehab, it's the place to go! Gwen and William Vinson

The staff is very limited but there are pockets of competency. The Physical and Speech therapy staff seems to be truly interested in getting people strong enough to move. The nursing and CNA staff is spread very thin and can be very short with the people staying there. Be careful of clothing items, they tend to disappear.

The nursing staff and CNA's are on the ball and do a good job. They're very responsive and friendly. The medications come on time and if I ever need my pain meds I get them within a reasonable amount of time. The therapy department is very knowledgeable and they really help me a lot. I like my room; it's real nice.

I'm so impressed with the entire team at Azria Health Montclair. I’ve had to deal with them on a number of occasions and the way they treat the residents and give it their all is really beautiful. I would like to give a shout out to the business office manager Nina Crayton who cares for each and every resident as if they are her own family. This is the type of place I would want a family member to be if the need arose.

My stay here has been amazing, i came here for rehab. The CNA's brad, lomoro, jack. Are just overall great and juanita the bath aide makes you feel so comfortable when getting a shower she is polite fun and just takes the whole awkwardness away from it. And the therapy here is just overall wow, just great i highly recommend azria to anyone looking to grown strong in health, and harmony.

I entered the door and everyone there was so helpful and say, Hello and Goodmorning. Because, I was there in the morning when I can in. Also the atmosphere was amazing and everyone seemed happy to work and even the residents felt comfortable in there own home. It was pleasant.

Everything I was told before I got here, has happened. I'm very happy with the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff, they are excellent! I recommend the rehab department here, they are good!
