We needed to replace our three car garage garage. We shopped around but Jammer Doors was the best experience by far. Jim was very knowledgeable and did not try to push us to buy anything unnecessary. He was honest about delivery/install times as well. They also have competitive fair pricing. No crazy hidden clean up fees etc. The guys that installed the doors were extremely professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Our garage doors look amazing, it was the refresh our house needed. We will definitely be using Jammer Doors in the future.

Jammer serviced 2 of our garage doors after getting an estimate from one of the big franchise outfits (starts with a P). Jammer came the very next day at the exact time they said, assessed both doors (both openers 13 years old), walked me thru what they’d do (cables, nylon pulleys, balance adjustment, new cables), then did it. One third the price of the franchise place. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, showed me what he would do and why, and made me feel I was being treated fairly. These guys are outstanding.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jammer doors; from start to finish it was a true 5/5 star experience! Starting with my initial call with Jim to discuss options and pricing to the installation with Mike; everyone was courteous, attentive and true professionals. There was an issue with damage to one of the doors during our 2 car garage installation; it was addressed quickly and replacement parts were on site within a few days. Honestly I didn’t even notice the blemish but Mike did and rectified it without even discussing; that level of professionalism was standard throughout my entire experience and speaks volumes in my opinion of how they value customers and ensure a quality installation. I would highly recommend and use Jammer Doors again; their pricing is fair and the service top notch!

Over the years, I have relied on Jammer Doors to both fix and replace my garage door. They have always provided excellent service. They are very prompt with scheduling appointments & provide a very honest assessment about what needs to be done. In my most recent experience with Jammer Doors, the technician went over and above the call of duty when he was actually able to expertly straighten out rather than replace the entire large metal strip over the garage door! that was pretty badly damaged!! Recently we had Jammer Doors come to our home to repair a garage door seal that was worn out and was threatening the operation of the door. The person who answered my telephone call for help did an excellent job of translating my convoluted description of what I thought I needed into an understandable work order and cost estimate for the repair. My job was promptly scheduled and the technician arrived on time for the job. The technician was polite and friendly and within short order had my door working properly. While he was here he performed a free inspection of both of our garage doors and did some minor lubrication. All in all, a very satisfactory experience with knowledgeable and friendly people.
