I work for a law firm in Bergen County. For the longest time, we used a different process server for serving our Complaints and subpoenas that started failing horribly, and we had many defendants unable to be served. I found J&K though a google search and saw that they had many great reviews, so we gave them a try. We haven't been disappointed. Jim and his team have been able to get many of our evading defendants served. He and Karen are both very responsive when we have questions. I highly recommend!

THE BEST! Unlike other process servers and private investigators, JK Investigative Services got the job done efficiently. Karen and Jim both took extra care & time to make sure my papers were served in hand. They really cared about helping me and listing to all my concerns. I felt at ease immediately with good reason. Unlike others I spoke to they didn’t upsell services that I didn’t need. They were polite & compassionate. I had been coming from a bad experience where my case was dropped because “WE SERVE NJ” incorrectly served, a nightmare( never use those clowns). I had an excellent experience with J&K Investigative services. I needed to have my uncooperative spouse served with matrimonial documents with less than ideal circumstances.
