Absolute BEST SERVICE I’ve received in a very long time! The lady stayed past her off time to make sure that I was all scared away and legal before I pulled off. I drove from Baton Rouge to New Orleans to get my car registered called her and told her I was in my way and she said she would wait for me and she did….. we stayed in touch along my way there and when I arrived the service was over the TOP!!! I will never go to another TAG AND TITLE PLACE and would highly recommend everyone to do the same. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY LOVE !!!!!

Amazing experience. We needed an affidavit of motor vehicle gift transfer form notarized and they were able to get it done really fast. We just sat in the car and they came out to grab the paperwork. They are Vietnamese so it helped a ton for them to communicate with my dad. Pricing was great. Didn’t charge an arm or leg.

If I could give Lucky Title 20 stars I would. The staff are very professional, and provide the most excellent service. I have been there previously, but called on Thursday to get the hours of operation, and the owner made my day just by knowing my name when I called. Something that small made my day, because that means there in business to build relationships, not just to provide a service to customers. I also love the fact that the staff are very knowledgeable about policies, procedures, and laws on the items being notarized. I’ve been to a notary before who couldn’t answer any of my questions regarding a document I needed notarized when my husband passed away. Lucky Title is the best, and I look forward to continue to do business with them.

Greatest title notary place ever and trust me I've been to several. I bought a new boat and trailer and the lady owner took care of it for me. Service was fast and affordable. Within no time, she got me the trailer's title, boat's title, wildlife registration and decals. She even took the time to go to all the agencies in person to handle all my paperwork. I didn't have to lift a finger except to sign the documents. I highly recommend this place and their awesome service. You can easily spot it across from Oakwood mall right off the Expressway. Look for the pretty green Lucky sign on your left.

10 STARS! I actually owe LUCKY TITLE two 5 Star reviews! This is my second time getting a title transfer and doing business with LUCKY TITLE. And on both occassions, they have delivered exceptional customer service and has gone above and beyond... reason being, first time they actually delivered my license plate near my work...since I was not able to come in to pick it up. Second time, I was able to send all necessary documents and paperwork via email...and all paperwork was processed and ready to go by the time I came in to pay and turn in original documents. I highly recommend LUCKY TITLE for all your title transfer and notary needs. Exceptional and friendly customer service and business!

We went to ABC title and had so many issues as well as the gentleman there was very rude. We called Lucky Title and she explained what we needed. She was very patient. She goes above and beyond to make sure she gives 110% customer service. She was also way cheaper than ABC title. I would give Lucky Title 6 stars!!

My friend just bought the mobile home, ABC Title made wrong the owner address on the title , he came back ABC they said it doesn’t matter, only the vin number correct is enough. Then I looked up online find the other place can make it correctly for him, I found her, the lady work in “lucky title transfer” who I don’t know anything even her name, so that she called the title transfer in Baton Rouge, helped my friend changed the new title and correct it without charging because she knew we already paid for ABC title ( but they didn’t help to correct it). She is a good person, good heart, good staff,.... I am appreciated.

The indefatigable and charming Ms. Thuy of Lucky Title Auto Transfer made numerous calls to Florida authorities to do it right and at minimum cost. Very nice people and very helpful. Total time in was about 30 minutes. Make sure you have all the paperwork you need including proof of insurance but even that they could handle by getting agent on phone. I would definitely use them again and they are easy to find on Terry Pkwy across from the mall.

Thuy is amazing! I am a military wife and I keep my registration in my home state. I had to send my dad 7 pages of DMV paperwork to transfer stuff in my name when I bought a new car in Louisiana. Thuy is very helpful! She helped me get thru with the DMV. I called to renewal of my vehicle registration but it was flagged and the local DMV couldn't help me. State farm flagged us for not having insurance which we which we no longer have coverage with since summer of 2019 instead we went with another insurance company but flagged state farm flagged us in 2021. The phone call to the Baton Rouge DMV is horrendous you will have to call over and over just to get through and have to wait for at least an hour or more. Thuy on the other hand gave me informations on how it can be done quickly. Within 1hr the DMV unflagged me and I was able to renewed my vehicle registration online the same day. I would highly recommend her. Also she did the auto transfer for me also a new years ago and it went thru smoothly without any trouble.
