Super quick, friendly, professional, and efficient. They charge $23, which for me is absolutely worth it to skip DMV headaches. Moving here from out of state, I was able to switch my driver’s license, vehicle registration, and even have a business form notarized all in under an hour with no appointment. They even had good music playing, which will never happen at the official gov’t office.

We had a little bit of a deal with an out of state title and registration process—visited two other tags agencies with no luck or advice. We used ABC for DL renewals in the past, and this should have been our first stop from the start. Amy and her crew gave us some helpful direction and directed us to the DMV for a vehicle inspection. Three hours later we returned and Amy did her magic. Finally, we walked out with a plate and new registration in hand. The entire staff are just down to earth people, with great energy..all smiles with excellent customer care services. Unlike the DMV—the vibe is simply easy, and service is fast! I came here for a title transfer in 2020 and had an easy time (it probably helps that I was prepared). It happened in twenty minutes. Today (June 2022) I came for a driver's license renewal. Again I was in and out in twenty minutes. They have a steady flow of customers but they do a good job of keeping it moving. Thanks for your services!

Man!!!! What a great experience!!!! Thanks Kurt & Dave. These guys made this easy peasy for me. From making the initial connection via another social media app to walking thru the open door on a SATURDAY... this process was effortless. Unfortunate for me, all information wasn’t yet in the DMV System in Baton Rouge; so I’ll have to go back. Just to be clear, my return is because the car dealer hasn’t finished processing my paperwork, but that’s another review for another business. I found this facility to be clean. Welcoming. Great people working and smiling while working. A happy employee, makes for happy customers. Prompt processing, friendly staff, SATURDAY HOURS; highly recommend this business. Oh and a discount for social media check-in; it’s a WIN-WIN!!!! I’m told there are a few other locations, probably one near you; now you too can receive that WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Michelle answered the phone and was polite yet incredibly concise. Two minutes after the call had ended, she called me back in order to verify that the information she had given me was in fact accurate. I was blown away! I was standing outside the DMV for a very long time with the other walk-ins who weren't able to be helped because they were assisting all of the people with appointments primarily. The window of time that they accept walk-ins was coming to an end and I could easily predict that I would be turned away and would have had wasted my time. I called ABC Title of Metairie while I was waiting and found out that they could assist me with what I needed. I was so grateful and drove over there ASAP. When inside, they were fully staffed (unlike the DMV which looked severely understaffed with how many empty desks there were). The way the business of ABC Title was set up was so satisfyingly efficient. I mean it was literally satisfying how efficient the organization of the business and staff was. I was in and out in no time. I am so upset that I went to the DMV first and literally wasted all that time when I could've come to ABC Title of Metairie.

These are the nicest and most professional people you could ever meet. I’ve gone to the state run DMV before and after waiting for 2 hours the huge intimating security officer told us all, even though we all had a number from waiting in the 1st line that they were closing and we needed to leave and come back another time. My husband and I are from out of state and were told to go to this location to help us get our Louisiana plates... And boy, are we glad we did! This location is not only extremely fast and efficient, but also very kind and helpful. You will never receive this kind of customer service at an actual DMV, BMV, or OMV. This sounds silly, but it really was "scaryfast." There were some surprises for us during this experience, but Katie, the person who was helping us, was amazingly kind. Everyone here was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I walked in and was helped Immediately. The whole process was done in maybe 15 minutes. I walked out with a new license plate, something I didn't expect. They have an assortment of different plates such as Saints and LSU that I could have walked away with as well. If you need at least a license plate fast COME HERE! They did a FANTASTIC job making my car transfer experience easy and painless. I am recommending everyone to go here.

Why can't the OMV be this fast? When I brought my oldest son to get his TIP card it took a full 8 hours sitting and waiting at the OMV. Unfortunately ABC title can't do TIP cards. However, with both of my boys I took them here for permit/license and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. The little bit extra charge is worth not having to take off a whole day of work. I went in needing something notarized and they explained to me the best, easiest, and CHEAPEST way to do it. I needed to get the title to a car that was my dad’s. He passed and we never did succession. The person buying the car is in Baton Rouge, so they explained to me the best way is to get the buyer in here with me to do it. They told me that they could set me up so that had everything I needed to do the sale and transfer in Baton Rouge instead of here. 100% would come here again, if need be.

I typically don't take time to write reviews but I have to say that I am extremely happy with my visit to ABC Title of Metairie. I actually had to walk out of the building just to make sure I didn't walk into the wrong place. Service was amazing and staff were all friendly. I walked in, input my name in an Ipad along with the reason for my visit and sat down for no more than say 5 minutes before I was called. I was in and out of that place in about 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing and definitely beats going to the DMV. The person I dealt with was David Verderame. Really cool dude and I recommend people ask for him. David, if you read this dude, I just want to say 10/10. I will be sending my siblings to ABC Title of Metairie to get the address on their licenses changed. Great job everyone....bloody great job.
