We initially went in to have a battery replaced on my husband's watch a few months ago. However, it did not take us long to find ourselves both purchasing exquisite necklaces while we were waiting and they even marked down the prices on the tag price significantly. We went back today to get a second opinion on a gold bracelet that we were told elsewhere was of low quality and was astounded by the price they bought it from us for. I was working on a car and made a mistake resulting in my wedding band being melted by the car battery! The guys at Trust fixed it like new and it really looks amazing 👏😍 ! I dropped the ring on Saturday and even though the store was busy they still took time to properly evaluate and inform me of the process. I was told a price less than other shops with a stipulation to call if it would be more .When I called on Monday to discuss the final total I was told it was ready 🙃 woww 😳 I just knew that it was going to cost more but they stuck to the original quote! AMAZING!

This place has an excellent watch repairman. I brought in an old mechanical stopwatch that was literally in pieces with loose springs and gears in an envelope. I tried bringing it into a few other places in town to fix and they wouldn't touch it. Trust Jewelry fixed it no problem - and completed the work several days ahead of schedule. Price was reasonable. I chose Trust Jewelry to get a broken clasp repaired on my14k gold necklace. The store was beautiful and clean, staff was friendly and attentive. I looked at another jewelry store in green hills who wanted to charge 80 dollars, they did it for 50! And, they were done in less than 15 minutes. I was amazed. I don’t normally do reviews but had to give this place a good honest review. Highly recommend them for jewelry repair.
