Always wanted a mirrored bar cart. On delivery it was discovered to have a chipped corner. A new mirror had to be special ordered. It took several weeks but Sprintz rep kept me updated. Their service and quality is the best in Nashville.

Like many new to the Nashville area my husband and I spent a lot of time furniture shopping. In general we were greatly disappointed by the selections, which seemed to be the same everywhere, and the quality and value of everything we saw, until we stumbled upon Sprintz in an internet search. Sprintz offered a showroom with so much variety it was difficult to decide which decorating direction to take. The price was very reasonable. We furnished a whole living room for about 25% more than one large bookcase we really liked at Restoration Hardware. Of ten pieces we ordered, 6 were delivered in about 2 weeks, 3 more were delivered about 3 weeks later. We had to wait about 3 months for the final piece but they called to schedule that delivery exactly when they said they would, in mid January. Every interaction, from sales to service, and scheduling to delivery, was not only professional, but actually friendly and enjoyable. Thank you Sprintz, for getting it right.

Love the quality of the furniture and the owners were very helpful in choosing the pieces. However, the service after the purchase has been long and tedious. Very pleasant service person and capable but the coordination for the repair (and missing pieces for the repair) with the store has been arduous.

Kimberly was phenomenal. The delivery guys were wonderful. Only issue was that the plastic wrap put on to protect the ivory fabric was missing on the edges/corners and three of the four uncovered ends ended up with gray spots we are working or trying to remove. We paid an extra $100 for shipping which should be enough for ample plastic wrap. We would have gladly wrapped it ourselves because it was pristine when we left it after purchase. Other than that sloppy wrapping, everything went well.

I bought a beautiful chest that was made by Daniel’s Amish. It was like one on the showroom floor but I wanted it in a different wood amd stain. Received it in good shape. It had one door that swelled over time so that you couldn’t open it. Sprintz sent someone out who took the door off and repaired it, matched the stain, brought it back and reinstalled it. Nice customer service and nice work! Also I paid nothing for the service or repair. I will shop at sprintz again!

Organized and professional delivery service. Great one-stop shopping when you don't have time to look at a million stores. Not always the cheapest, but these other factors make it worth the extra expense.
