I am sooo happy that I decided to go with Alpha Security. Mike (the owner) is absolutely wonderful. He is not only very knowledgeable in his field, but very kind and patient. Mike took the time after completing the install to explain everything without making me feel rushed. There were things that I asked multiple times, but that did not bother him at all. His main concern was my safety. Mike followed up after my install to see if I had any questions & if I did in the future that I can call him. Another great thing is that you do not have to sign a contract. When you offer great service as Alpha Security I can imagine you really don't need contracts very much. I have no reason to think about going with any other company. My security needs are totally satisfied. There should be more people in business with Mike's ethics.

Lets take this back to the start. I had AT&T Digital at my previous location. Good service but understand they were up for sale. Did my due diligence and came up with Alpha Security. Had it installed, very professional, they had my security interests first and foremost. Family owned and operated. Very fair and good service monthly plan. I have had to call them several times about adding on and other questions. Always there, never put me off, you are dealing with the same individuals each and every time. Not someone overseas, not someone you can't understand, not someone out of state or another country for that matter. You are making a mistake about your security if you put it in other hands other than Mike, Mike Jr. and Monica.

My apartment was broken into over the weekend. A friend suggested I give Alpha Security a call. After comparing with other systems I decided to go with Alpha. WELL.... I could not have been more pleased. I not only had a great system installed within 48 hours of my initial call, but there were no gimmicks. Mike Christina was professional, quick, friendly, and honest. His understood my security needs and set me up! But here is the real deal folks, there is no contract. That's right, NO CONTRACT. Also, this company will move your system should you decide to move, AT NO CHARGE. If you decided to no longer use the system, there is no penalty and in fact you get your installment fee returned. I know I will not need to cancel my system, but that's just great customer service. Goes to show they believe in their product, service and all around professionalism. We have been with Alpha Security Systems since 2009 and Mike was our installer. Mike also removed our entire alarm system and reinstalled it at our new home in 2011. Mike was just here today to upgrade and install a cellular adapter so that we no longer need to use our home phone. Now we can save a few bucks by not having a phone line. Also, save a few bucks by eliminating the use of modem because Comcast charges $10 a month to rent and with the old system we needed the modem for our Internet and phone line. We are extremely happy with Mike and Alpha Security Systems. The response time, without exaggeration, is less than 30 seconds. Mike Christina is very professional and courteous! Mike's installation is top notch and you will not notice any wires or hardware. Mike's professionalism and thoroughness has exceeded my expectations! After Mike installed the cellular adapter, he inspected and tested our alarm system to make sure it is working like it should. While testing the system he noticed the backup battery to our alarm system was not working or defective for some reason and he replaced it. Mike also tested and made sure each wireless window and door sensor was in working order. He is so thorough that he also replaced the batteries in each one of the wireless window and door sensors. I had one wireless window sensor that was defective and Mike replaced it with a new one. I had no idea that they used batteries,lol. Please if you are looking for a reliable and professional home security system, give Mike a call with Alpha Security Systems!!! FYI, I do not write reviews but I always read reviews before making any type of purchases. So having said that, I hope that leaving this review is helpful and I strongly recommend giving Mike a call!

Hi, my wife and I recently moved to Nashville and bought a home. Alpha Security has second lowest rates among the six security companies that I screened. We decided to go with Alpha rather than the lowest bidder due to (1) better equipment (2) better customer service and (3) easy, fixed prices without hidden fees and no contract. I would recommend Alpha Security. We accidentally set off the alarm a few nights ago and received a call within the minute. We feel very secure with Alpha watching over us.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to let anyone looking for a security system know that Alpha Security should be your number one choice. I have always had a fast response from the monitoring center. Service calls are top notch. There are no 800 numbers to call and waiting music, and no explaining yourself to three different people. I call Mike and he takes care of it for me. I prefer to deal with a local company that will be there for you. Alpha Security does a great job for me!

Mike was great! He comes out to perform each install personally to evaluate what your individual customer needs may be, whether that is a home or office security system. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and you can tell he is highly experienced in the security systems field. I have had the system installed for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. The maintenance guy at my office building accidentally set off the alarm the second day after it was installed because he did not know it was there and I had not given him the code yet. I was notified on my cellphone immediately, but since I did not say that it was a false alarm because I didn't know that the maintenance guy was going to be there, two police officers arrived within 6 minutes of the alarm sounding! Alpha Security went way above and beyond all of my expectations. Plus I love that it is a locally owned and operated business that does not suck you into any long term contracts. I would highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone that is on the fence about which security company is right for them.

Very reliable company. Locally owned with the best rates and no contract unlike the big companies. Security connected to an app that you can operate the system also while away from the house. Mike the president installed the security system in our house and walked us through on how to operate it. The next day alarm went off and cops were on my door (just coz they called my phone to check whether it was a false alarm but I didn't get to phone on time). That evening something happened to the settings and Mike (being very reliable) showed up to fix it and mentioned to never hesitate calling him if we incurred any problem. He is very considerate and not in a rush while explaining things. Always answering your call and unlike big companies where you get the machine. I will highly recommend this company to anyone especially if your not sure about security systems and do not want to get stuck on a contract.

I am a busy professional so it is rare that I take the time to write a review...I either have to be insanely impressed or seriously disappointed....Well, I was the former with Alpha Security. I recently bought a new home and was having trouble sleeping at night...It had been awhile since I lived in a stand alone house and so I decided to get an alarm system. I researched several companies and decided on Alpha Security. There were several things that impressed me even before I made the first call...(1) Alpha is a locally owned company....(2) The website didn't utilize a bunch of insulting scare tactics....(3) There is no contract involved and....(4) The owner does all of the installations. I called Alpha Security and Mike, the owner, answered the call and scheduled an appointment. He showed up on time and answered all of my questions. He even said, "You do realize you live in one of the safest neighborhoods in Nashville. Are you sure you want an alarm system?" Who is that honest anymore these days? You can tell he is an individual who is ethical, takes pride in his company, and never waivers on customer service. The installation went flawlessly. Mike called my emergency contact list that very day to make sure they knew they were on the list. Additionally, he called me the next day to ensure everything was working properly. I have since called him with follow-up product requests and he has been nothing but responsive and professional. To me a locally owned, non-chain security company is the way to go. I need to trust who is coming into my home. You will seriously be impressed. I was and I am not impressed easily.

Great company, state-of-the-art system, and Mike is awesome! Can't say enough about the quality and customer service. We just bought a new house, and with all the headaches that come with a new build, this was by far the least stressful. He scheduled an installation appointment very shortly after I called, and was very helpful answering all the questions we had. Helped us setup the system in the best location in the house, and was very straightforward with his products. Didn't try to oversell anything, which as a new homeowner who doesn't know anything about this stuff--was very reassuring. He even helped the Comcast guy wire our cable/internet while he was here! One of the things that really stood out was the customer service. You can reach him 24/7 with questions/concerns, and he even called a few weeks later to make sure everything was going ok, and to see if we had any further questions. Small business feel with the protection of a large security network. Much more personable than the larger companies, and gets my highest recommendation.

Been in the new house for 18months which is the 3rd I've used Alpha Security to protect. I've used a few of the bigger names - but the personalized service just can't be beat. Locally owned and operated. I really don't want to have to deal with comcast or some other faceless company for yet another service if I don't have to. Feel like I have my own security company when i need them. Even just little questions get answered easily and with no stress. Owner doesn't try to gouge you in anyway - actually looks for ways to save you some money if he can (weird right??) but that's the better service that sets Alpha apart. and tailors the system to your needs - not just some prepackaged, this is what you get. and will comes up with innovative ways to help keep tabs on your teenager's coming and going ;-) Well no one does it better - and get the mobile app. Didn't think I'd use it much but nice to check status after kids come and go, or I've even checked it while in bed. funny what you'll use once you have it.

Great Company. I was previously using a larger security company and would become frustrated when repairs were needed. They would send out one tech to diagnose the problem and then another one to fix it. Michael, the owner installs and repairs every thing himself. The other night I had set the alarm incorrectly and our pet set off the motion sensor. The alarm monitoring company called almost immediately. Unfortunately, I gave them the wrong code. They thanked me and hung up. Within 5 minutes, the police were at my residence. I was impressed with both the response from the monitoring company and the police department"s response. Kudos to both Alpha and local law enforcement.
