Super clean and easy to navigate. Plenty of food options ranging from fast food to casual sit down restaurants. This airport has great gift shops with Minnesota gifts, books, candy, clothes and about anything else you can think of. The restrooms were very clean and had good size stalls with hooks and shelves to make it easier to manager your purse or bags. There is ample, comfortable seating throughout with the ability to charge your electronics wherever you sit. I enjoyed my 3+ hour layover here.

This is probably one of the most cleanest airports that I have ever flown through. It is easy to negotiate your way through the airport, everything is wry clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of people to give you directions. The restaurants are not crowded and there are plenty of things to do while waiting for your flight.

Very nice airport here in Minneapolis. Easy switching to and from terminals. Lots of moving sidewalks. There is a mini food court in terminal F with some great selections of GF items (Peoples Organic). Seemed clean for the most part too. This would be a desired stop when you have a layover. Cute shops and lots to see.

First time flying in years and my first time in MSP, so this may be old news, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in regards to traveler comfort. Creative and versatile eateries, shops and even the restrooms are pleasant to use! I’m very impressed and really appreciate the effort. Makes my travel experience much more enjoyable for sure. I have to say this airport is nice and huge, its not as busy to others. They have many food options and stores. They also have a tram system with onsite rentals car. It’s clean all over and floors are kept up. The flow is good because sometimes with heavy traffic it will take a long time to move though TSA. It’s simple and straight forward, I like it a lot they also have many flights from here which makes it easy for me. I love the Twin cities because it’s beautiful and have great people. This is my top 5 of all airports, so take a good look around you won’t be disappointed.

It's a large airport with very clean facilities and nice shops. Easy to get around without getting lost. Traveling first thing in the morning is always convenient, you avoid the hustle and bustle of people in a hurry, you check in quickly especially on Delta Airline, the assistant staff is professional and very friendly.

FLY IN HERE! CLEAN! FUN OF INTERESTING MINNESOTA ART! We traveled here for vacation to visit friends not seen in over thirty years! Since we had a connection flight out of Kansas (horrible airport), we were assuming the worst. We were so pleasantly surprised however. MSP is an awesome, clean, and friendly space. Very impressed with the level of detail and navigation here. We spent a good amount of time before taking our shuttle actually to view the artwork and photos around the area. Very good restaurant selections as well. The only caveat (which is true of all of Minnesota) is the early closing times of the shops. They start pairing down right after 8 pm, with a drop dead closure at 9 pm. That really sucks as we were delayed in Kansas, and got there to find most eateries closed. Otherwise, great airport! Would definitely flight in here again.

The airport is clean and easy to navigate. Terminal 1 has more amenities and lounge than terminal 2. Be sure to check which terminal your airline will come, both terminals are pretty far apart.

All right!!! An information representative actually walked us to where our hotel shuttle was going to pick us up. Because this was our second visit to the airport we became a little disoriented. Very nice restaurants and shopping areas are present through out. Nice airport!!!

A great airport. Everything is really clean, including all the bathrooms. There are also many water fountains and water bottle refill stations that are sanitary. There are many restaurant options, both chain fast food, non chain, and sit down. My flight was on time and staff was friendly.

Landing and getting to the Public Rail system wasn't too difficult. Departing to leave was fairly easy (Delta). Also, WOW THERE ARE SO MANY DELTA STATIONS. And they have the most effective TSA bin delivery system I have ever seen in my flight experiences to date. See pictures for the conveyor drop system for flyers to pull up to their stations and load for inspection.

Clean airport with friendly staff but limited food options - unless you want simple dishes like burgers and sandwiches or sweet stuff. The staff at the airport are friendly, but the restaurant staff in the two restaurants we visited were less so. Nonetheless MSP has a nice, small size which makes it less stressful to pass through. We’re bound to be back because we have no choice.

Not too bad of an airport compare to others. Some gates are not fun to be at, feels like people are cramped in one spot. Other airports are spacious but this one… is rather interesting! Check one of the pics… Wouldn’t mind a layover here next time though… also not many convenient stores or shops around… they do have few spots for food but still… not many choices 🫤🤷‍♂️

Very nice, clean, updated airport. Easy to get around in. They offer what you need for an airport. The relaxing massage chairs, food courts, fast food, sit down dining, healthy deli, and treats as well. There are maps to help guide you, large bathrooms and help centers throughout.

I really enjoyed the parking lot where you can watch the airplanes and the cellphone lot. The arrival pickup area at 5:30 pm on Friday was absolutely crazy. I will never pickup anyone at Terminal 1 using that area. I will pickup folks on the departure area.

Do you know there is a Quiet Area to wait for your flight? It's on the second floor. The space is great to get away from the crowds. There are mattresses if you need a nap

Very nice airport, clean and safe. Have great terminal restaurants and stores to shop. TSA is check in is friendly and professional. Information desk is well informed with information that you need, when you have questions.

This Airport is HUGE so bring your running shoes! Beautiful, modern and great offering of restaurants and stores, You will find charging ports everywhere making it extremely convenient. Restrooms as the rest of the Airport are very clean. You will have to take a long shuttle to your gate so plan your time accordingly. They offer an app @at your gate where you can order food and they will deliver it "at your gate". Extremely convenient. If you are taking a connecting flight, the gate agent might be able to call for an electric cart to come pick you up and take you to your gate.

This is a 5 star airport. Recycling ♻️, TSA Precheck station to sign up, moving walkways that work plus marked Left side for walkers and Right side for standers, extra clean all the time, bathrooms are amazing and clean w wide doors and some have spaces for your handbags and luggage indents, food variety is amazing, staff are nice, warm in winter, tram that always runs between terminals, play area for kids, museum pieces and displays including matryoshka 🪆 dolls, chiropractor, stores, massage chairs, sitting areas that have cushion seats to sleep if you miss your flight with updated charge stations w 110 volt or USB ports, and an in house hotel inside the airport (Intercontinental). Nothing I don’t like about MSP!

I very much e joy this airport. It's clean and very easy to get around for everyone and every age. Staff is great at guiding you to your destination. They are people friendly and updated with technology. I love relaxing by the power station and charging up. Getting food delivered to me is now my favorite thing.

For my first time being in a major airport, I think the airport was good. The free tram was nice (which is something that costs money at some airports, such as JFK) and there was a nice number of restaurants in the airport. Parking wasn't too expensive either. Going through security was quick and easy, yet thorough. The employees were also very helpful in trying to help us get to the right gate.

Got to experience MSP on our way to Calgary, and we were really delighted... The airport has a masterfully laid-out complex of open lounges, waiting areas, air train transfers, and retails stores (including a tribute Prince shop), a well-curated list of local and chain bars and restaurants, easy-access washrooms, and more! The airport is up and running efficiently, TSA is doing a great job screening passengers in a timely manner. The restaurants and shops are open and serving customers. It's very easy to get in and out of the airport.

Its a nice airport. Service is quick. People are friendly. I had to catch a connecting flight from here for Appleton so had a layover for 4 hours. I had to re-checkin my luggage and clear the security which took 30mins. I spent the next 2 hours in the Delta sky club lounge, which is quite big but crowded too. Had a buffet for food and drinks.

Flying from Minneapolis to San Diego everything went smooth. From checking in and checking luggage to going through security to boarding our flight, everything was efficiently and professionally done. The place was clean and comfortable. The only shortcoming was a real lack of food optipns.

Just such a beautiful airport with excellent terminal and gate layouts but also, with so many different and wonderful artist displays! This makes the airport feel brighter and really takes the edge off a long layover.

I like this airport. It has great services and the people there have been extremely helpful.They answered all my questions. There is a quite area upstairs, ,lots of washrooms, good bars, restaurants, someone was playing the piano today, they have trained therphy dogs you pet.Very helpful people working at this airport.

Overall a great airport. I never have issues with security here, the precheck line is always 10 minutes or less. (The standard line can be long sometimes however) They have a nice shopping mall area inside terminal 1 with shops, restaurants, coffee, lottery tickets, etc. They have also modernized the bathrooms in most of terminal 1, and they are always clean. I do wish they would build a connector under/over the road to connect the far end G gates with the far end C gates. When I have connected through here from a big plane to a small plane, it takes quite a while to walk all the way around.

MSP is a great airport if you are not connecting. If this is your final destination then this is the place for you. My only frustration on connecting flights is I usually have to run half way across the terminal to get to where I need to be. There are so many amazing shops and place to choose from if you have a long layover and the Delta Sky clubs are very nice.

This is one of the best airports in the America! There is plenty of space, creative art, good food, clean bathrooms, unique shops, and easy transportation from terminal to terminal. They have onsite rental cars, ample parking, public transport available, and quick access to the city center. What more could you ask for? I've travelled to quite a airports and city centers and seen that these amenities are not available everywhere. The MSP Airport is what an airport should look like!

We had a great experience at the Minneapolis Saint Paul international airport when we flew to Cancun for vacation. A lot of places and some food or have something to do while you wait for your flight. Very easy to navigate. Everyone is very helpful would definitely recommend.

Good airport, not a whole heck of a lot of food options at least in terminal 2. The security checkpoint is nice, I do have Pre Check and have never taken more than a couple of minutes to get through security. I like that it's connected to the light rail which can take you to downtown Minneapolis, St Paul or the Mall of America. In terminal 2 they have a piano and sometimes somebody is playing it or playing another musical instrument, it's a nice touch. The men's rooms are very clean. I can't speak for parking, I'm always a visitor of Minneapolis so not sure how the garage situation is.

Very nice mid-sized airport. Easy to get around. Good signage and a great train line right to downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Decent food offerings. The bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen at an airport. And also doubles as a storm shelter, which is good to know.

Seats at F Gates seem to be at a premium! Not alot of extra seating. G Gate is pretty cool! Lots of seating and had tables and chairs!

One thing I can definitely say about this airport is you have to walk long distances. It was a long trek from the Delta gate to the rental cars. The airport was clean and tidy. Another thing that surprised me was they basically have an indoor mall between security check and the gates.

(CONNECTING/TERMINAL 1) - This place is super cool - designed less like an airport, and more like a mall! Lots of shops lining the concourse walkway, a food court, and even a golf lounge. There's also a nice rail system to quickly get you to your gate.

This airport is very clean and easy to get around. There are many food choices if you have time to get a bite, but if an interactive mapping system was added in the airport that would help people get around. Overall though I was satisfied with the experience I had.

One of, if not THE only airport I’ve ever been to that the bathrooms are consistently clean and dare I say pleasant. This airport is easy to navigate, and has a great selection of restaurants. The USO is nice but quite far for some terminals. Despite the snowy weather in the winter months they do a good job of keeping delays to a minimum.

They’ve done some (and still working on some) amazing improvements to the airport. Including a brand new baggage claim area that is halfway done. One of the best things too, the renovated bathrooms are spacious, bright, and inviting.

This is a very good airport. I had a 4-hour layover both ways on my trip from Calgary to Minot and it had several interesting stores and restaurants and a lot of working spaces where you can sit, charge all your devices and get some work done. I did not miss a VIP lounge at this airport.

Huge airport. That was good. Lots going on in this airport! Stores of all kind, art exhibits mixed in throughout. We had a layover here, went outside, came back in and explored inside a bit before boarding. Interesting place. The people seemed really nice, courteous and friendly.

Nice airport overall, great restrooms! TSA checkpoints could use some love though, precheck wasn't functioning well on a Sunday. Update - pre-check works on Sunday now! But…no lounges in terminal 2, and no convenient option to get to terminal 1 with enough time to enjoy a lounge, so that’s no fun

As a regular to this airport it’s easy to overlook the setup and amenities located here. When I go to other airports I’m reminded of how great MSP is. First you can find bathrooms and water fountains everywhere. Second there are numerous shops for snacks and food. Third ample seating area with electrical sources for charging stations. Did I mention all these spaces are CLEAN?! It’s a great airport.

Airport is easy to manuver, signage is good, check in/bag check was a breeze and the staff was very sweet! Bathrooms were fine and had an okay selection for snacks, coffee, food, and other shops you see at airports. The ladies manning the security check in line were on point with directing the flow of the line and calling out line cutters! 10/10 I always would fly out of this airport if I could!!

Best airport in America. Super clean, awesome bathrooms, lots of food and shopping options. Lots of food and shopping was closed during this recent visit due to 2nd covid downturn, but more than enough was open to.get just about anything you want. If your connecting to another flight, beware this airport is enormous and it takes time to get to gates depending on where your starting from. I choose this airport as my connecting airport as much as possible because it is so great. If you like watching.planes taking off and landing, there is an unmarked staircase just before D2 to a cool observation deck. It's not properly maintained and was filthy on thus visit but it's still my favorite place to.spend hours between flights.

Not my favorite airport, but better than others. The layout can be great for connections or really terrible with looooong walks. There are plentiful food options with easy to use self-order screens at each table, so that is a big plus.

Actually nice furniture. Worked at a table with outlets near my gate. Central mall like shopping area after security. The bathrooms were designed with thought!!! There's room to wheel a carry-on to the side of the stall and you can get in and out much easier.

Loved flying out of terminal 2 in the evening even though it was a Saturday things were calm and quickly made it through security. Then the fun began. Sun country had us leave our plane due to an inspection issue. Once we were seated at the new gate waiting for the new plane, they announced we needed to get back to the original plane. If I don't make it to my destination, you will all know they didn't really fix the small issue they had

Overall a very accessible airport that gives many options to get around quickly even with how big it is. Terminal 1 can be rough to get through at peak times, even with pre-check. If you are in gate A or B, you may need to plan more time to get to your gate. Still, the other travelers here tend to be one of few airports that do not crowd a gate until their zone is called.

It’s a huge airport.It’s well maintained usually very busy during peak hours.Not so busy late evenings during weekdays.Also they have lots of shops,restaurants and coffee shops to hangout.They have lots of store for shopping chocolates ,cosmetics.Also there is a train to get to parking.They have public bus available from airport.There is a hotel very close to the airport.

The personnel was extremely helpful and friendly. Our son has autism, and the gate personnel at Delta was very accommodating. The signs are very clear,and it was easy to find our gate. There are also some very fancy looking candy shops.

Very confusing connections between terminals. It took my 40 minutes to get from the car rental to terminal 2 and then terminal 1 for my flight. I’m glad I arrived over 2 hours early. Other than that it’s a nice airport with decent food options.

When riding the shuttle golf carts through the terminals I left my phone on the seat. I was already behind on my flight due to a delayed arrival so I did not have time to find the driver again. The plane was already boarding and they told me there was no way to radio or call the shuttle drivers, but right before I boarded the driver showed up and returned my phone to me. He had helped me earlier scanning my ticket to help me figure out if I was on time, and he had remembered the gate and me! I was blown away by this awesome individual and his help, turned one of my overall worst trips into a blessing.

Far better than the airport I came from (Portland, OR). Super organized TSA with slick bin management, agents who were in a good mood, <10 minute line (and a sign which tells you how long the line will take). Very nice.

3 hour layover and everything went smooth. Had to go from A concourse to C, and it was very easy. Plenty of shops and food. Charging stations spread all around, at least in the Delta area where I was. No issues. I won't give an airport 5 stars, solely because it's an airport and just being there is annoying.

Compared to other airports in the U.S. This is definitely one of the best ones. Terminal 1 is very easy to go through from arriving to departing. Overall, it is a pretty clean airport as well which is very nice. I wish other major airports had their security lines set up so it was efficient as MSP

Terminal 2 was a quiet oasis of calm compared to the normal crowded craziness of Terminal 1. I was able to breeze through security and get to the gate easily. What you get in ease you lose weight in dining options but understandable as the terminal s small.

MSP Terminal 1 is usually great for getting through security quickly, but it gets busy between 5:00 am and 8:00 am.

This is the most beautiful airport I've ever been to. Food options and bathrooms are scattered throughout the airport. The bathrooms are large, private, and had stunning mosaics at the entrance to each one.

On a Tuesday, after Labor Day holiday, at 6:30 pm, Terminal 2 only had 2 places to eat, Subway and Barrios. A lot of the shops were closed. The TSA's were very pleasant and helpful.

Security has changed since our last travels. CPAP was in bottom of my bag and we had to pull ours out, unlike from before. But they're keeping things safe! Quickly got a ride to our gate.

No smoking room (sadly like most airports) they were able to handle a lot of people very quickly at tsa though. There were only a few options for food. But they were decent.

One of my favorite airports in the states. Its efficient and the natural lighting makes the stay enjoyable. A new facade is being built over the parking garage and it's a clean look. The amenities and food aren't outrageous and I think there's a decent selection too.

Once again I was delayed on my return flight. Delta said it was due to weather but the weather was fine when checked against my app. Then they said there was a problem at the Minot airport. I'm not sure what that means. Sounded kind of convenient for Delta.

My favorite airport so far. I come from Atlanta where everything is always packed and busy. Here, there is space to sit at the gates, and the lines are never too long for food. Terminal 2 is also much less busy and has value parking, so consider flying one of the airlines from there if you don't want to spend as much time at the airport.

This is one of my favorite airports for layovers. There are plenty of amenities and places to eat and shop while you wait. You can find some locally made MN goods. The restrooms are some of the nicest I’ve seen. The stalls are large with books for your roller board and plenty of hooks for hanging purses, coats, or shopping bags. The tile mural is beautiful, and some of the shops contribute to a charity. There are carts for transporting people as well as people mover walkways. We landed and took off in snowy and icy conditions. The planes and runways were de-iced and we left on time. The staff were profesional and friendly, and it’s a very clean airport.

I think that this airport is beautiful and very organized, but if you're traveling for the first time it can be aggravating and some people can be rude. I had accidentally walked to baggage claim because I was using my Delta App and it told me to go there. Once I realized that I went the wrong way, the man refused to let me back in even though he SAW me enter from the inside. I had to go back thru security just to get to another gate (this was only a transfer). Please know where you're going otherwise you'll get attitudes from the staff.

Best airport ever? Yes! 1. Helpful staff 2. No need to give boarding passes. All you have to do is present your id or passport they dcan it and you're good! 3. Automatic conveyor belts to push your stuff for you so you don't have to do it yourself like other major airports 4. Staff is efficient, ground crew not lazy, fast entry and departure 5. Baggage claim was spot on 6. Bathrooms clean 7. Handicapp services 8. Easy rental car access 9. Easy drop off on top and pick up on bottom 10. You can pull out their free matts they give you to sleep on if you have to get delayed or spend the night there Overall..you won't find a better airport honestly

I found this airport a little hectic, there were several checkpoints for security, and numerous ways to get around but there were no indications if one would be advantegous over another. It's incredibly large and has a very good assortment of restaurants and shops.

While this was my first experience through customs MSP seems to have it down pat. The lines were quick even though fairly long. We were nervous and expected a long interrogation but ended up having a small conversation, this of course is the point, make you comfortable to provide honesty. We were asked if we had any liquids in our bags and I nodded no, forgetting that we did indeed as my youngest child nodded her head and proceeded to tell the Customs officer about her McDonald’s Curry dipping sauce for chicken nuggets. He thought was funny, asked us a few more questions then sent us on our way. We had a very long layover and needed to put our bags in lockers, we were told that they no longer had them but could certainly check any bags we’d like for when we fly out. This may be common practice but it was a surprise and a life saver as it made our layover far easier.

While most airports are too big for my liking. The young man that assisted my wife and I to get to our connection which was very short on time because of the lack luster scheduling by Delta was awesome. I am sad that I didn't get his name to prop him out.

Love the Humphrey terminal. Their playground is my kids favorite thing they’ve ever experienced flying at any airport and we’ve flown a lot. I also love their refillable water bottle stations!! So amazing to offer that as even more heavily used airports such as Orlando doesn’t even offer that.

As US airports go, this one is efficient (speaking as an AA flyer). Not many American gates and no Admirals club, but there is an AMEX Escape lounge by the E gates (where AA is). The car rental is on site and only a short enclosed tram ride away. They have Clear and Pre✔, so it’s quick to get through security. Lots of shops and food in the main terminal. Honestly, it’s not a bad airport. Disclaimer, this is a review only of the AS gates at T1. I have no idea what the rest of the airport is like.

Rental car returns: Beware if you’re flying on Delta. Desperately need more signage on how to get from rental car return and terminal 2 into Terminal 1, AND signage inside each terminal on what airlines are in which terminal. The trek between terminals is long and unintuitive- involving skyways, 2 trams, and lots of escalators. I overheard many passengers trying to get from one terminal to the other asking for directions from any airport employee they could find on the long winding path between the two. A lot of confusion could be avoided if you had a few simple signs that indicated how to get to specific airline counters.

TSA flagged and searched both my bags. removed one 5 oz liquid hair product I had received at a hair show, but let me keep a 4 oz liquid product. all others I was travelling with, attended the same hair show with the same product in their suitcases, and were allowed to keep the product. Not safe if some people can get by with liquids but others can't. If you're going to be strict about liquids, BE STRICT FOR EVERYONE!!!! Otherwise, there is a lot of food variety and little shops to look at while waiting in the airport.

Amazing service at MSP Airport! I was heading from terminal 1 to terminal 2 to catch my connecting flight. I met a very humble lady with the Name Meron. Meron was heading home while She spotted me with a stroller, two kids, a booster seat in my back and a luggage. She slowly walked up to me and said “can I help you carry the car seat and your luggage?” I didn’t hesitate since I just got of from my flight and my arm was killing me. She carried my stuff. I was really nervous that I was not gonna miss my flight since it was in another Airport. We started a conversation while we were walking to the light rail. She asked where I was heading to and I told her that I am heading to see my mom who is in hospice. Meron said I am sorry to hear and told me she would pray for my family. Meron was very empathetic enough her kindness was unrewarding. When I asked how long she worked in the airport She told me she has worked for 20 years.She took the time to help me till I checked my bag. She is a great asset to MSP and the company she works for. Please Thank her for her amazing service.MSP is the best Airport ever.

Baggage took 45 minutes to start coming down the carousel in the customs area last night. We landed at 1830 and the luggage started at 1915. Crazy since we were the only people in the customs area. I guess the airport must really be short handed of baggage handlers. Maybe the airport needs to pay them more to work in those conditions outside.

I arrived here on several occasions including today and have found at this airport was quite managable compared to others I have flown through. The personnel here where generally personable and helpful and trying to get to my next flight. I stopped at a couple spots and found that I was able to get some snacks and some drinks for my next flight at an airport rate of course. My family enjoyed their trip through this airport.

Overall a very nice airport. It is clean and well maintained with regular bathroom cleanings. There is constant remodeling so there is always construction going on. Travel between gates is fast with both moving sidewalks and tram. Lots of restaurants to chose from with standard airpot fare.

The only thing that makes this airport tough to give 5 stars is the long long long long walks. We flew into gate C one end of the airport to the other side gate F. I don’t mind the exercise myself but with 2 littles (5,6) it is an awfully long walk and the little drive carts are not available. I do like everything that’s offered here and it’s the only northern airport in the Midwest that can get you from point A to point B. It is also beautifully decorated.

Such an interesting old city. Most the apartment complexes I visited were 100+ years old and in amazing condition, including preservation of wood trim, built-in cabinets, and unique layouts. Wish I got to spend time when you get some food in the city proper, but spent most of my time in Eagan. You are out near Eagan, make sure you stop at Bay Leaf. Excellent and authentic Indian food!

One of the nice aspects is that there is a lot of transportation and other options for food in the airport. Tsa workers are a bit difficult, like everywhere, just takes patients and they've probably had a long day. If you forget something though, there is probably a shop at the airport that has it!

MSP is an airport I fly through regularly. The amazing thing to me about this airport is that while it is very large, they have really considered the movement of people through the terminals with these moving walkways and the tram. It is very efficient and effective.

Terminal One stinks for arrival pick-up, very rarely can a person get to door one. Always forced to make sharp left turn when pulling in here, which forces traffic to the two outside lanes. Never given much time to load luggage much less stop to pick-up friends and family when one of the MSP Airport officers in particular is working down there, his name and badge are always covered up, too. Yet there are drivers who stop curb side constantly for 5+ minutes. They get out of their vehicles and walk inside to baggage carousels, despite signage being all over the place saying stopping is not allowed. Yet this officer hassles those drivers trying to get to those people who are standing outside the doors to get picked up. Drivers cannot do so in a safe manner. *Update* Well not really, MSP Airport Police are now having the CSOs' take care of traffic. Still cannot get to door #1, though.

This is probably the absolute best airports for traveling with a pet. As you leave the pet relief area you push a button and it washes down the AstroTurf. You can literally hear the water draining away. This one is located next to E concourse, behind the staircase. Conveniently located next to Men's and Women's bathrooms!

Big almost too big. Just aware that Concourse A and B, there's no food stations, not even convenient stores(they have vending machines and they accept cards but not many choices here) So, make sure you grab food and drinks at Gate C. There are too many trams to each gates and to rental/parking so the direction can be very very confusing. Otherwise, very clean and new!

Great Airport, on par with sanitation during COVID-19. Every seat and cranny was sprayed from my observation witness was with my own eye due to my 12 hour layover. There was definitely time to walk around the building several times. Only notice or complain I have is near the vending machine I seen 3-4 mice’s werw scattering back and forth from under the vending machine to the seats. I highly recommend using the clear system machine to save our self extra time, located on he second floor. You get to skip the TSA Bag Check.

Spent my morning in Terminal C. It's a comfortable airport. Not overly crowded, but it was not easy to find a place to get a mid morning breakfast. Coffee shops were open, but very few restaurants were. That said, the tram makes it easy to get to the mall and food court so you can shop.

It is a big airport, but the staff manages it quite well. There are plenty of restrooms, which are clean, and water refill stations everywhere. The selection of snacks and restaurants is great and the workers are mostly in a good mood. I have flown out of here and arrived several times and every time it went without problems. Sometimes the lines for check in are massive, but they flow pretty fast. After flying from Toronto Pearson I really appreciate now the work of some good managers, its staff and employees. Huge, clean, efficient. Take note of both your terminal (ie, T1) and gate number (ie, G17) : the “G” is the wing of the terminal where your concourse gate is. Some nice touches—lactation rooms and construction initiatives that respect the environment—would do well to be copied by other airports. Also, the mosaics at the entrances to the restrooms in T1 concourse F are beautiful pieces of art by local artists.

Flight arrived on time, and baggage claim was fairly quick to get through. The pick up was fairly confusing for a first timer. In order to get to the Uber pick up, you have to go to the typical pick up location, then go down a set of stairs, then up two... didn’t make much sense. But other than that a good experience.

Great airport with modern items for visitors. The urinals in the men's bathroom have separators, a little shelf for beverages, and even 2 hooks for a hat or shopping bag. Airport looks fairly new or recently remodeled. One of the most pleasant looking domestic airports I've seen in the last few years.

This is a nice airport with lots of amenities and a good layout. But because it's so big, they need to do a better job with signs when it comes to arrivals. On my way to Houston with a layover in Minneapolis. What a pleasant place to hang out! The bathrooms have the entrance wall adorned with tile art. Each one is different. There is soothing instrumental music playing. One of the concourses had a live pianist. Not all the businesses are open here yet. It was busier than Calgary, but not like Denver was last summer.

In this little review, I'm going to highlight a couple lesser-known features in the upstairs at MSP. Near the employee lounges, you can score a 20 ounce beverage for $1.75. ($1.25 less than downstairs vending) these machines are cash only though. Also, did you know that Minneapolis St. Paul airport has free quiet areas with sleeping mats? Again, you need to find the upstairs in terminal one! It's not well advertised, but if you ask for the airport directors office, you will find it in the process. It's a very comfortable space to wait for your flight, and loaded with features. A good place to catch a snooze, or put your little one to sleep. Nursing mothers can also find a private lactation room on the upstairs second floor. Minneapolis-St. Paul airport is probably the best airport in the United States. Free Wi-Fi, courteous staff, variety of stores in vending options, and an overall Nice space to wait for your flight, with comfortable seating, plug-ins for your devices, and lots of areas to explore and walk around. Did I mention the state-of-the-art acoustic dampeners in the main hall? It's nice and quiet throughout the area. It's really no wonder that this airport wins Awards consistently.

I LOVE this airport. It is well labeled with lots of places to find information or directions. Bathrooms are always clean. Only once in many, many years has a restroom been shut down for maintenance otherwise they keep everything in tip top shape. There are many outlets. So many airports are disorganized and run-down. MSP always functions so smoothly. The security here are helpful and kind. So many other airports have rude security and condescending security. I love MSP

This has to be the easiest experience I ever had at an airport. Security took all of 5 minutes, and I was at my terminal in under 30 minuets! Lots of restaurants and small bars available, only down side is bottled water is absurdly priced... Make water accessible if you require us to dump it before security...

For the OVERNIGHT travelers, there is a quiet zone in Terminal 1. It’s very close to the Delta Club lounge in concourse F. Just going up the stairs , on the second floor, it’s the quiet zone for the travelers with sofa and some pads . It’s bright and safe with security cameras around , but maybe not too good for sleepers. It’s quiet between 10pm-4am. Some small guys (mice) come out for food at night .

Super easy once you know and are familiar with the interior. On the way back home, I was able to appreciate the light rail stop from downtown to the airport to the mall of America, as well as the tram inside terminal 1. The layout of the airport is really long, instead of bunched together, but easy to follow concourses. They also have a neat handicap service for rides around the interior. Lots of food selection along each concourse, was really grateful to have a Qdoba right next to my gate.

This airport has a real comfortable setting in my opinion! We arrived when the temperatures were in the 20's but the bathroom felt great from all the passive solar gain! In the bathroom they have Mitsubishi hand dryers that are really neat! Easy access to public transportation. You can even purchase a lite rail train ticket for about $2 per adult or $1 child (6-12). The ticket is good for 2.5 hours. The blue line will get you to/from the Mall of America in about 10 mins each way directly from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

I had very bad experience with the restaurant. The server that was takingy order was very rude. She told me I ask toany questions for the order that I was trying to put. There was mp menu in the room and I asked if she can tell about the cheeseburger and chicken wings they have shebtold me about the burger and I place that order and I asked how many chicken wings in the order she replied I ask toany questions. I said fine just give me the cheeseburger and she said it will take 15 minutes. I came down 20mimutes later and she didn't order my food. Ibhad to get another person to take my order for the second time and had to wait . she have accent that since ibdidnt get her name. She have short colored hair either blondish or reddish color. I spoke to the hotel manager she was graceful. The food was soggy and wasn't that great at all.

We picked up a friend at Terminal 2. Taking 34th Street exit off 494, drive north. As you travel north , on the right is the Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Thousands of white crosses, men and women died serving this country! Following the signs either to the Terminal 2 or take a right on Post Road to the Cell Phone lot. Waiting for the text or phone call from the party you're picking up.

Second trip to MSP and we love it. Airport is amazing. We stayed at Intercontinental Hotel, which everyone says you can walk to rather than shuttle. Which is TRUE but is not clearly marked how to get there. PROTIP, GET TO CAR RENTAL SPOT! THATS TRANSPORT TERMINAL. ASK, YOU'RE LESS THAN 4 MIN AWAY ON FOOT!!!!

Large airport with a lot of ground to cover when making a connection. I'd recommend some good, sturdy shoes! Generally quite clean with adequate recharge options, but terminal seating areas are too small which results in people spilling into the hallways. I stood near the trash can for 20 minutes waiting to board because there was not a seat vacant. Many others were also standing. Meanwhile the carts ferrying people are very annoying to the walkers and standers. Always (politely) shouting at people to move out of their way. Some terminals are very sparse for food or snack options, but there isn't enough time to go all the way back to the main shopping areas to pick something up. Some of the moving walkways are also not working/operational.

I've flown in and out several times. I always need a guide to get to my gate (vision issues) and I typically receive good service. One time, specifically, I received awful service upon arriving at MSP and navigated myself to where I needed to go because the guide was unhelpful. I don't generalize it since it's a big airport and a lot of things can happen. Overall, I've had great experiences and helpful service. Restaurants are all right too. 5 stars from me!

This is my Home airport and I could not be more proud. Lots of people go in and out but the line never seems to be more than 45 min. I have pre-Check and I get from my car to the gate on 15 min every time. The bathrooms are clean and have lots of space for your bag too. Lots of places to charge your phone and good food. Free WiFi as well. Parking is a little spending if you are gone long but there’s also a train that can take you into the city if you don’t want to rent a car or take a taxi.

I would have given it 5 out of 5 stars but, let's be honest, who really loves the airport experience? Security was extremely thorough! They ripped my bag apart and left it all scattered around two totes in search of a knife that didn't exist. I'm glad they're trying to keep us all safe but my granola bars don't really look anything like a knife! The hat down after my body screening was a teeny bit more intimate than I was ready for! My wife gave the TSA agent the evil eye after she saw what was going on! LOL

Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport is a well laid out and easily accessible airport. Workers are friendly and efficient. Everything is well signed making it easy to navigate through the airport. There is plenty of seating and lots of places to plug your devices in once you are through security and waiting at the gates. Great exhibits highlighting Minnesota resources and activities. Good food options for a snack or meal. It made the time we had until our flight go quickly.

Generally very busy, especially since the baggage claim area is the same the pickup and drop area is the same for all flights at terminal one. That can be a pro and a con. Flights on smaller aircraft to more rural areas are a long walk from the main check in and baggage claim and the security lines can be extensive. Fast TSP checkpoint! Less than 5 minutes to go through security was great! The checkin process was fast and accurate. Staff is not pleasant. Please hire friendly staff or treat staff better. The food is expensive. Prepare to pay at least $4 for a water. The trash receptacles all say recycling which is wonderful except what are the customers supposed to do with food containers which are trash? Please add more trash bins for food and food containers. Some luggage was left outside our planes by staff. Not sure why

This is one of the nicest airports in the country, but they are not back up to their pre-covid status yet so I took off one star. Lots of stores closed at 6 pm. There is a food court with zero restaurants. I am not saying the restaurants were closed, I'm saying they were absent, missing, nonexistent. Still there were sufficient options for shopping and dining if you are willing to walk a bit have time to spare.

Well-organized and modern. Everything is in great shape. Plenty of food options although I'm not excited about some of the mobile app ordering; seems a bit awkward. Lots of workstations with power where you can also eat, so that is a bonus. If you're traveling on Delta I'd say going through MSP is a much better option than say Detroit.

MSP is ok & is similar to Phoenix Sky Harbor structurally. Terminal 2 is better than 1 in terms of traffic. Went thru MSP to HEL, PHX, CO, & FLA & it has been good. It is a great airport. Hamilton at security is a helpful & sensible guy who deserves a raise & a pat on the back. Delta - great airline company. Clear, sensible staff support & service, especially at Sun Country. Helpful staff. Used the American Airlines app & went thru security in 5min! Eat at Chipotle when there

It's Minneapolis... What else can I say? It's crazy (not in a good way). I've always said that when there are 2 ways of doing things, Minnesotans will ALWAYS choose the most difficult and convoluted way of doing it. You can see it in everything they do, roads, traffic patterns, etc. And the airport is no different. One of the checkers gave me the wrong information and it cost me 45min. My fault cause I knew better, but it being Minneapolis I let the crazies lead the way. Lessons learned... it's not always good to do as the Romans do when in Rome...🤪 But the line moved quickly and I made my flight with no other delays. Nothing has changed...

I was beyond intimidated when I saw this airport. It's massive. I knew I would be able to get to my next flight, as I had a 4 hour layover. I expected some problems. But it was ridiculously easy to navigate. It's beautiful, clean, the staff (should you need them) is friendly and helpful. I hate layovers, this airport is amazing, I enjoyed my 4 hours here. The only complaint I had was the vending machine took my $3 and didn't give me my coke.

The best airport I've had to stop at by far! The food options and placements are perfect. The only thing I do have a complaint about is the people who drive around customers who might need to walk quite a ways to get to their destination. I just recently traveled with a 9 month old, while being 5 months pregnant, carrying 4 other bags, including a diaper bag. I know we looked like we were struggling, yet they drove past us every time. I'm not too sure what level of struggling customer they're looking for, but that ride would have been nice.
