Tim is the best process server! I hired him all the way from California to serve someone that is very hard to find in MN with a deadline of 4 days to do so. Despite reaching out to him so late in the evening Tim started working on it that same night. He is very diligent and has great communication skills, always easy to reach via phone and text. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and I really appreciated the transparency in terms of sending photos and updates of every location he attempted to serve the other individual at. He ended up not only serving the other individual before the deadline but also got additional information that was needed for my case about their whereabouts. I had a fantastic experience with Tim at CPI. I am now a repeat customer. After contacting several companiesto have my documents prepared and served, Tim’s callback was the one that saved the day. In our phone consultation, he offered a clear explanation and was very warm and personable. He told me that my documents would be served within 24hrs and it was served the very next morning! On top of this Tim also took the time to teach me how to edit my documents on my computer to be more effective and professional. That was exceptional! I called CPI at about 8 AM and was immediately able to talk to a real person! Tim explained what he needed from me to serve some papers and by 10 AM he had already made attempt #1. His notification included details of the property and a picture of the building. Attempt #2 was successful at about 9 PM the same day! The notification Tim send included all details as well as a picture of the person being served. I will recommend CPI and Tim in the future.
