I worked with Mahdi and everything was excellent. Call staff scheduled my visit for cost estimate quickly. Once I confirmed that I wanted the work done, they got it done so quickly and perfect. I contacted other garage door companies and they either said they couldn’t do both the repair and door installation, or they wanted to charge over $19 for just the quote. Overall satisfied with their customer experience and work.

Would highly recommend their services! Mahdi came out to my home on time to tell me if an opener could be installed on my door. Turns out it couldn't and he explained why. I had been at this house for maybe 3 or 4 days when the door just stopped working so I figured I'd need a new one. He explained that the door was made extremely well and didn't need replacing, it just need the track fixed and for everything to be oiled down. It took him all of 5 minutes to do that and he did it at no cost. I was so thankful for his willingness to help me and his honesty; I was really preparing to have to buy a new door. When I finally am able to have an opener installed or for any other work on the door in the future, I'll for sure be calling Aladdin!

The repair of my garage door went exactly as expected. They even came a few minutes early, after checking with me that it was ok to arrive 25 minutes early. The repairs took about half an hour. Amazing! I called and within 2 hours Mahdi was at my house to replace my opener. Not only did the opener need replacing but also the cables and the springs....no problem for Mahdi!! Mahdi was so amazing! He really help me out. My garage door was totaled when some one ran in to it. I came out to my garage to leave for work and it would not open. My car was stuck I really needed help. I called aladdin garage doors to see if someone could come out to fix it so I could get to work. They told me that it would be a few hours when I schedule of the appointment. But by some grace Mahdi was in the neighborhood and gave me call he showed up in less then 30 minutes took a look at the door and informed me I needed to replace it there was no good fix the door was way to bent out of shape. But he was so kind as to help me open it so I could get my car out. Then did his best to get it down and secured so no one could open it. He ordered the new door and was back the next day to install. He was on time did the installation on his own and finished in a few hours. I was so thankful for all his help in this process. Really thankful for all his help. So I did not miss to many hours of work. Thank you!

Ever since moving into my house a couple years ago, my garage door has had issues. It hasn't been awful most of the time, and I was able to do some small changes to make things temporarily better. Eventually it stopped working as it should, though, and I called Aladdin. I called after 5 on a Monday, and around 10 AM Tuesday they had a technician at my house. He explained all the problems and issues the door was having (thank you previous owners), and fixed everything quickly. He was very informative and helpful, and I would absolutely use them again. Though he's done such a good job, that I won't need to for years!

Mahdi was our service technician. He called because he was running a couple of hours early and made sure we were home. Offered and made very reasonable fixes to our door to extend its life and left bids on replacement should we need to do that in the future. Terrific service, excellent pricing!

My automatic overhead garage door wouldn't open on our coldest day last week, and then I noticed that a plastic cover for a roller had popped off, but couldn't see where it came from. I looked at Better Business Bureau for garage door repair companies and used the "get a quote" option to get quotes from companies. Aladdin was the first to answer in a few minutes, and able to come the next morning. Mahdi arrived promptly and quickly identified what was wrong, as well as additional work that could be done. Because I may be selling my house this year, I opted for "repair only" but appreciated the time Mahdi took to explain everything. He was obviously very knowledgeable and skilled, and I appreciated the extra time he took to provide information with out "pushing" it. He was quick to spot a bad support cable on the door, and after considering how dangerously heavy my door is, I decided to get the opener upgraded. He put in a really great, quiet Liftmaster model with safety sensors, network connection and lot of great features. All in all great quality for the price, and a great upgrade to a dangerous old door.

Both cables went out on the garage door this morning so I checked the yellow pages for service. Aladdin offered a $30 discount on service calls and is BBB approved, plus very favorable ratings here. They scheduled an appointment for the afternoon, but actually came early, diagnosed the problem, and completed all repairs within an hour. He was quick to respond and helpful with questions. He warned us not to overload the garage door opener when trying to open the garage door with the broken spring. He was also helpful when discussing options. A friend had told me about high cycle garage springs. Mahdi had them in his truck and installed them at a small upcharge. First class service all the way! Mahdy from Aladdin was prompt for the appointment today, and he immediately identified the problem with my garage door. Within 45 minutes tops, the garage door was operating correctly again - the original installer a number of months ago had not used the correct number of springs, so the door suddenly would not close all the way, and would reverse to open. Now it opens and closes perfectly . I would trust Mahdy (and I'm sure Aladdin) to diagnose and fix any problem. He was VERY pleasant and polite.

On one of the coldest mornings in Minneapolis our garage door decided to stop working. I gave Aladdin a call at 10am and Mahdi from Aladdin showed up just after 11am, (my time slot was 11am to 1pm so right on the early side). He explained right away that my 20 year old unit had stopped working and I needed a new one. He walked me through the options and starting installing right away. A few other small parts needed replacing and explained the reasoning behind those as well. It only took him a few hours and we have a brand spanking new system that should last for decades to come. My garage door was making terrible high pitched squeals whenever it was opened or closed. We tried WD-40 to no avail. Aladdin happened to have a "deal" on Angie's list for garage door repair, so I bought it. The technician, Dan, called to let me know when he would arrive. He explained what the problem was, repaired it, replaced the rollers and lubricated everything. He explained what kind of maintenance was needed to keep the door running quietly. He was actually from the Illinois franchise, not sure why he was in MN, but long story short, my door is running perfectly 6 hours after I called for assistance. Can't complain about that!

Last year when our garage door spring snapped and came crashing down, we called Aladdin and they came right out and repaired it..and for much less than we thought it would be. Well, our old opener decided not to work anymore today and we called Aladdin right back again. Our technician Dan did what he could to salvage an old, tired opener, but it wasn't possible. Dan showed me all of the options for a new opener and had the new opener with him and replaced our opener on the spot..and once again the cost did not break the bank. Aladdin is an honest and professional company for service or sales. Dan was professional, courteous and even let my 2-year old son "help out" - or at least make him think he was helping.
