Our experience working with Lori and Susan at United Title was seamless and enjoyable. Their communication and organization brought so much clarity and peace of mind, which was especially appreciated considering all the other things that needed to be handled at the same time. We were out of state and needed to complete a remote closing, and the documents we received were so carefully prepared and explained that even the notary we were working with remarked she hadn't come across a package so clear and well put together! Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!

I stumbled on their company out of pure coincidence and my experience could not have been any better. They were extremely hands on and very responsive. Whether you are the kind of person expecting hand holding throughout the process or like myself and tend to ask a ton of questions, you will have a great experience. I just went through a refi and this is the title company my bank went through.. I was so fortunate for that!! I was not able to meet all that work there, but Sue who i had the pleasure dealing with, is such a joy and so pleasant. This place made things go smoothly, along with genuinely making you feel like you really matter and not just a stranger bringing them business.. Wow, what a great company. We had a tight timeline and needed original signatures for the offer on our house around the holidays(it was a HUD house). Lori (from United Title) drove from Concord to Manchester to sign the paperwork on the Tuesday between Christmas and New Years to make sure we got our offer submitted in time. I was shocked when she said that she'd be right down to take care of it. You can use any title company and probably be fine, but if something out of the norm happens, it's great to know that the people doing your title search are willing to go above and beyond to make sure it goes right. They're a small, local company who remember their clients, and treat you as if you are their ONLY client. I will be suggesting them to any of my friends who are buying houses for their title needs. I got assigned to United Title by my Credit Union for my first ever purchase of my new home, and I am glad I did. United have helped me finalize my condo purchase. My experience working with John, Lori, and Susan at United Title was fantastic. Lori has a great level of communication--she always replies instantly. One time she even responded to my email at 11 pm right away--even though I didn't expect her to. John is the owner, and he was always very friendly, upbeat, and he went at a length to explain all the documents to me. Lori, Susan and John at United Title were extremely professional and helpful. We cannot thanks them enough! We had purchased our home over the summer and Signature Title who closed the sale botched our deed. They only deeded a secondary lot to us—leaving off the actual home and land it sits on. During the refinancing process with United Title, John realized this error and came to the rescue as Signature Title refused to correct the deed in a timely manner (3 weeks). He created a new comprehensive deed with all parcels and filed it for us so that we could then close on our refi on-time. Again, cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and willingness to help help rectify the situation. The incorrect deed could have caused so many issues for us. United Title even took the newly rectified deed to the previous owner's new home to have it signed so that she wouldn't be inconvenienced. She is elderly -making it difficult for her to get to a new deed signing. If we could click 10 stars we would!
