I chose EverPresent after looking for options for transferring 2 old video tapes to a more updated format. They have an arrangement with a local business and we dropped off the tapes there.That was kind of a leap of faith, as they were important to us, but it worked out fine. EverPresent set up a phone call once they had the tapes, gave advice, and asked for my instructions. They kept in touch regarding progress and agreed to mail the finished product to our home. We're happy with the results and I recommend EverPresent.
