I'll call it a 4.1 or 4.2, rounded up to 5. Doubling back on routes was a bit peculiar, as I feel like seeing the same roads/sights could be avoided with an amended route. One, big circle with different roads or streets would be nice, rather than criss-crossing what we already saw. That being said, Adam was very helpful on the phone (needed parking suggestions) and extremely informational, warm, educational and entertaining during our tour. He's a true professional and clearly knows what he's doing - both with the tour and somehow navigating that trolley through some of those narrower streets. Hearing and seeing more about Louisville than I previously knew was cool. Stopping at Churchill Downs was a nice touch; never been there, so kind of cool to say I'd been there now. Don't be afraid to ask questions; Adam answered several for the folks on our tour. Parking suggestions: it's very hard to tell on Google maps, but the trolley is right across of the hotel entrance. A garage is on the hotel entrance side (opposite of the trolley). There is a ramp/road/street that goes DOWN (a hidden/sneaky underside parking area ($) is available down there on your left). Or, if you stay on that same street level that the trolley is on, just drive past it - like you're going towards the river - and there's a lot on your left at the end of that building.

We had a great time and enjoyed our tour! We bought tickets in advance online. When we boarded the trolley (just look for it in front of the hotel where the website says), Adam had our names on his list and checked us off - that was all that was needed! Adam was friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out historic places as well as recommending restaurants and generally introducing the city. We would do this again!

Excellent tour and worth twice the price! Guide was local, knowledgeable, and fun. Great overview of the city from someone who loves it. Trolley has windows that can be opened for fresh air and you can stick your head out the window and take pics if you need to. Nice stop at Churchill Downs to visit gift shop.

It was nice experience. Our guide cum driver Mr.Adam was awesome and he explained everything about the Louisville. Best one was to start with how we should pronounce Louisville. Though most of the routes were familiar for me as my office is near to fourth street but didn't know history of those places. We had a good tour of 75 minutes on the trolley and interactive one. People too were nicer. Only stop is at Churchill Downs for few minutes to take pics..got some good info about Louisville today after staying here for more than 3-4 months .. worth a tour .. I also got online coupon for discount which Adam gave instantly. Remember it's just a tour around the city.

Such a great tour! Adam was a wonderful tour guide and this was a great way to get oriented to Louisville. We parked at The Galt House, did the 10am tour, then spent a couple of hours downtown. For us, on a Sat, parking was $8 for about six hours.

This is a really delightful tour for a decent price. In 90 minutes Drew provided us with a wonderful picture of downtown which included nightlife, historic buildings and statues and a few good tips. Then we extended to the historic part of town to view the beautiful houses before going to Churchill Downs and returning back. He clearly knows his materials and was able to drive and provide wonderful information. Besides the script, he could answer any questions freely. I did this my last day in the city, but wish I would have done it on my first day to get a better overview of the layout of town and to know where I couldn't couldn't get easily myself. Well worth the time and money. Thanks Drew!!!!

We took a tour on the Trolley at 3pm Oct 23, 2021. Adam was our driver. He is very knowledgeable about the areas he took us through. He made the tour a lot of fun. We would definitely ride with him again in the future. The tour was great. I am always driving and don't get to see things so loved letting someone else do the driving and tell me about the sites we were seeing. Especially liked stopping at Churchill Downs. Well worth the cost of the ticket!!

We scheduled a tour of Louisville with Trolley Deville for for our fifth day there. Were a bit concerned it would be repetitive since we would have been there so many days already. Not an issue!! As we navigated the streets of Louisville the driver (co-owner?) pointed out numerous buildings and statues and just plain interesting locations we had not “seen” as we passed them by the days before. Besides great information on everything we passed and what happened or had happened at varied location, we got to painlessly see the many neighborhoods of the city including “Old Louisville” - a collection of HUGE and (mostly) still beautiful homes. After slowly passing through the campus of University of Louisville we made a quick stop at Churchill Downs. Not enough time to take a tour or catch a race, but nice to see. Knew it would be an interesting way to painlessly explore the city but was also part comedy show. Highly recommend the tour and not missing their company’s small gift shop on 3rd floor of the building where the tour starts.

This was a very fun and comfortable activity. Our group of four learned lots about the city of Louisville and saw things we probably would not have driven to. The driver does recommend Wagner's Pharmacy Restaurant close to Churchill Downs. When we went they had a provisional health rating and the driver should have known that. Regardless, this tour was worth the money for sure.

Visiting from Delaware and so glad we did this first. In addition to the history lessons, learning where to go and which places offered discounts with our Trolley ticket stubs was a huge help. Online ticket purchase the day before is a good idea, they fill up fast! Well worth the money!
