Like most places in all challenged neighborhoods, no one wants to be employed but we all are in line to be waited on. No fault of the store, with only a cashier on duty, lines were long (and slow, naturally) and the aisles and shelves were atrocious! In other words, it's Family Dollar!

The staff was wonderful. The lady who checked me out was very kind. The selection at this location is dismal. I don't know if they needed to restock but there were two mops left before I got one. I was looking for a standing laundry basket there were none. The layout of the store is a confusing puzzle. They need to fix the air conditioning in the store. It was hot in there. The poor cashiers had to be miserable because I was for the few minutes I was in there. Most Family Dollars are narrow aisles this was no exception. I had to disturb other shoppers to get past them because there isn't enough room for people to pass each other without locking carts. Speaking of carts where are the carts? There weren't enough people in there for there to be two carts left. At most there were 2 sets of couples and about 3 other people. The staff is outstanding, the store not so much.

It is one of the mid-size box stores in my neighborhood. Due to inflation, one can recognize the cost increase on mechandise, even at the Family Dollar were you are suppose to be bargain shopping.

I would give more stars if it were not for several important reasons. 1) The employees are nice but I will never take my child in this store again. THEIR language several times is ridiculous . I am sure they are not paid for their FILTHY mouths. I don't speak like that anywhere! I surely do not want my child to hear it! 2) Most times you can not navigate the store for boxes and trash from stocking. You can not reach items because boxes or trash are in the way. 3) Finally, they are just slooowww!!! They will have a line 15 to 20 souls deep and not open a second register. The manager will even stand and do nothing major while we all wait. Bottom line retrain them, educate them with morals and I might shop here, until then forget it.

The new store manager is awesome help me with the stuff I was looking for and the cashier (forgot her name's lol) but she was so nice and I don't give to many compliments. The store manager got this place under control.

The store is clean and easy to find things you need the cashier was really rude and very unprofessional I visit the store on August 19 at 5:30 in the afternoon I just know if you don't want to work don't come love the manager very helpful

Nice clean with great employees that smile and very helpful unlike the one on 2ith and broadway.at that one the manager hired her nieces which is not good because they argue with customers have one price listed for a item then it rings up 1-2 dollars more and when u say something they say ur getting on their nerves.very rude but the manager is their family member so they get away with it. Also they get things in on the truck for sell but it never reaches the shelf i watched and waited for baby lotion never put out they had the nerve to tell me someone stole it shu u have to put it out first they steal their own stock. Smh

Where I have to shop to save but generally has everything I need but lightbulbs are too expensive $5.50-$8.00 for a four pack! Ridiculous! And they don't last long enough.
