The entire office is so nice. The nurse Tee was so kind and caring. She made me feel right at home. Dr. Garcia is very thorough and gives you a sense of confidence that she knows what she's doing. I only wish I had found her sooner. The best doctor anyone could ever want. Plus she has a sense of humor which lightens the mood. Love this place. I highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Durango Dental for years, and have always loved them! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a Health care side too. I was treated just as amazing at the Health Care side, as the Dental side! (I’m a bit of a character, so dealing with me can sometimes be a handful) However, they are just as funny, and sarcastic as I am. So if I die here, it will be from laughter. Oh ya… they also got me in right away… so I’m in no fear of dying soon, so that’s good!!!

Very nice staff and very helpful. It was actually refreshing that they would listen to my concerns about my health and even talk to me while sitting down for more than 5 minutes! From my experience these other doctors all have one foot out the door the whole time they're in the room, but durango health care seems better and I like that.

Excellent office. The admin staff is always helpful (especially Alaya!) , their communication is great and seeing a provider is never a hassle. The medical staff is top notch, always taking the time to make sure your issues are addressed and that you're making the best decisions as far as your health is concerned. Would recommend any day!

💞 Dr. Kwok and Assistant Layla are so sweet and good at their jobs. I went in with severe pain and needed a root cannal done. It was LEGITNESS!!! No pain felt even as I was getting the numbing shots. Seemed like there was no wasted movement at all. Nothing like a great visit at the dentist's office being treated by two beautiful women who are experts at their job!

Durango dental team has a very fun and light atmosphere Ryan the D.A and Dr Kwok both have the most fun personalities they know how to keep you laughing and the process of getting a root canal and filling / with crown were super simplistic and they make sure you don't experience pain. Would rate 20 out of 5 if I could!!!!!

Are you looking for a new healthcare provider? Or are you having trouble getting in at your current office? Durango Health Group is a hidden gem I recently discovered. It's tucked away in the Durango Professional Plaza (on Durango between Desert Inn and Edna) so you can't see it if you're driving by. It's a fairly small office but I think that's what adds to the appeal. You don't feel like you're being pushed through the system. The office manager, medical assistant, and providers are ALL warm and welcoming. What's surprising is they offer a full menu of services you wouldn't expect: Primary Care and Internal Medicine, Preventative Medicine and Arterial Health, Cosmetic Procedures (Botox, Juvederm, Microchanneling, Sclerotherapy), Women's Health, Men's Health, Gastroenterology, etc, etc. - you get the idea (see pic of services). More to come!

Love Dr Garcia!!!! Bad admin staff though - especially lady named Christy. My family wanted to follow Dr Garcia since she left Roseman so I called to schedule annual routine exam both for my parents. Mom did hers no problem, but they decided to book my dad for an “existing condition” after I said I want a routine exam. So when my dad got to their office he was told he needs to pay because he was booked for a specialty visit for a pre-existing condition…even after I specifically asked for a routine check. It wouldn’t be a big deal if Christy was nice enough to explain how they messed up the booking. Nope, only got unnecessary attitude from this lady. I booked two people in a single call to their office and yet they managed to mess up one person. Now they’re reviewing the call cause Christy basically said it’s my fault for saying the wrong thing and that is what’s reflecting in their booking system. What a joke. If she was accommodating enough I will gladly re-schedule no problem but nope. Maybe front desk needs to get trained on customer service or just being a little nicer to the customers in general.

I've been searching for a new primary doctor closer to home, and I have found the one. I had my initial appointment last week and had an overall great experience. Time is very important to me and the big plus about this practice is that it's not like other practices out there where the waiting room is filled with patients and an appointment doesn't mean anything. When I first walked in I was greeted by very friendly staff, Rey Ann and Eddie. I filled out the paperwork online prior to my appointment so the check-in process was quick. Within minutes after checking in Faby the medial assistant took my vitals and went over my health history. I was impressed that I didn't have to wait long to actually be seen. I met with Mia their NP and she took the time to listen to my concerns. I am happy with the plans we have set so far with getting my health on the right track.

An amazing experience right from “hello!” I have never had a primary provider as an adult as I never really found myself frequenting a physician. Welcomed with a kind and comforting greeting, had an effortless check-in, and a thorough annual exam. The one thing that separated them from the multiple doctors that I have seen...they LISTENED. I dont usually like taking prescriptions and steroids-I’ve always been repeatedly given more and more prescriptions to take on a daily basis which I hated. They gave me options, holistically and medically for treatment. For the first time in my medical history, it wasn’t “cus the doctor said so.” May I add that the wait time was not long aaaand they are a one stop medical shop. I booked my dental appt while I was there-they have a dental office attached. They do Botox, Pap smears, weight loss treatments/programs and for a medical office that does all this and more...the staff is knowledgeable.
