I desperately needed a new security system for my business after I had a burglary and my old system didn't go off. I wanted a company that wasn't one of the big corporations and Brantley has amazing reviews! They showed up within a couple of days for my assessment and installed just a couple more days after that. The system is great so far and hopefully I won't need a burglary to test out the efficiency, but I'm 100% confident that it will work perfectly.

They have been honest with me and I never have felt that Brantley tried to take advantage of me. They always take the time to make sure I am fully trained on managing my security system. Brantley handles the security at both of my warehouse locations. The service is always online, and if for some reason it goes down, they repair it immediately. I can't single one person out - they're all great. From the service technicians to the office/sales staff, can't go wrong. Great attitudes and incredibly responsive. I've worked with Shari, Mark, Lettie (sorry for misspelling, I'm sure I got that name wrong!) I 100% recommend Brantley for any security purpose, home or business.

Overall am very pleased with this company. Happy to support and work with a local company. Thank you for the peace of mind you have brought myself and my family. Just wanted to add bit to this. Had an issue with a sensor that was too sensitive. The response by Brantley was excellent. A service technician was at my home the same day and resolved the issue quickly. They did not charge for the call and set my concerns to rest of any potential for false alarms. So pleased with my choice of security companies. I had to cancel my alarm provider after 25 years due to an overall change of service they provided when they merged with a nation wide company. Out of four alarm providers I chose Brantley. Their prices are in line with any of the other companies I looked at. They are a locally owned company, and their service is excellent. From their sales representative Delmy, to the Installers Mark, Josh and Israel, and office staff Lety they could have not made the process any smoother. I appreciate how you all made the process so easy. I love my new system.

We've been with Brantley Security for over 9 years, and we love them! Whenever we call, we actually get a live person on the line. Lety Chavez is always so friendly and helpful, and takes care of all our needs. We've been really happy with their service and our system, including the cameras we've had installed. We did have an incident that happened across the street from us a few months ago, and when the police came out to collect the footage off our security cameras they were really impressed with the quality of the video. The technician, Billy, has serviced our alarm system since we bought this house six years ago. He is always professional and efficient. His work this time, upgrading our three control panels, reprogramming the system, and replacing more than thirty sensor batteries throughout the house, was just the same. We have been very happy with Brantley Security, and they have worked with us over the years to ensure our alarm system is functioning properly, and at a reasonable cost to us. We definitely recommend using Brantley.

Overall wonderful experience with this business. Everyone was very prompt and professional. Delmy was nice, took the time to go over my proposed plan and offer suggestions that helped make my security system feel complete. The plan and equipment prices were fair and expected. I felt like everything was up front and there was no pressure in making my decisions. Mark and Jason came on time on installation day. They definitely were knowledgeable about the installation and equipment. I have to say, they do beautiful work. My system looked professionally installed as well as functioned correctly, and they were thorough in explaining how the cameras and the phone app worked. Again, great experience with this business! I was amazed by Brantley’s professionalism right from the start. Delmy came out and helped design my system. I was blown away by the fact that I not only have a security system, I have full blown smart home now! If you call Brantley, ask for the new ProSeries panel by Honeywell Home / Resideo... It’s a ‘smart” platform that even has Alexa built in. I love this because it’s a smart home platform I can build on and use just one app for all of its functionality. These guys are great! I highly recommend them, and already have! Thank you Team Brantley! You guys rock!

Have had Brantley Security cameras for four years, the other day one of my cameras went out and I called Brantley and Billy came out immediately. This family owned company is the best. The cameras that they install are the best you can get for your money, I’ve had mine for four years without any problem. When Billy came out to fix one of my cameras it was only a fuse that went out that had been in there for four years.

I own a house in Las Vegas that I only stay at while working there. The house is vacant much of the time and security is a big concern for me. Recently my ability to watch my security cameras remotely went away. I made a special trip to Las Vegas to deal with the problem. When nothing I could do resolved the problem, I called Billy at Brantley. Since I could only remain in town until the next day, he rearranged his busy schedule and came right out to help me. He was there within 30 minutes of me calling. Turns out the problem was with my internet provider rather than my Brantley equipment. By the time Billy left, he had diagnosed and solved my issues and made some system configuration changes that will help ensure the problem won't reoccur. My surveillance system was initially installed by another company but when I had a problem, they were completely unresponsive. That's when I first called Brantley. They came out and resolved the problem and upgraded my system to what I have now. That was a couple of years ago and Brantley has been providing me with first rate service ever since. I highly recommend the company and I think Billy should get a raise. He represents the company in exemplary fashion.

She was really patient with me and answered every question I had with professionalism and was very cordial. Brantley Security has been awesome. The install was quick and they have been very responsive. I had a sensor go bad and Lety in the office called me right away to schedule service before I even knew it was bad. She got a tech to come out the next day and the sensor was fixed.

We brought in Brantley in January to help us secure our new home. We had a squatter living there prior to us moving in and had an attempted break in within the first week. Luckily for us, we were out of town and the alarm system and quick follow thru by Brantley's patrol team deterred them from entering our house and stealing our stuff. The technicians worked with us on the install to help upgrade the infrastructure that was built with the house (which is about 10 years old) so that we would have all the newest and up to date technologies. They did not try to "up-sell" us on things we didn't need and gave us options so we could decide what level of protection we felt was right for us. The service and install has been exceptional and the office has been great when confirming our information after a tripped an alarm. We now can control and monitor everything directly from an app on our phone and receive notifications via text any time the alarm is set or turned off. We have recommended Brantley to our in-laws and my mother after our experience with them; they are by far the best security and monitoring company we have found in the Las Vegas Valley. I would highly recommend them when installing a new system or even updating an old one like we did.
