We went to find his grave, there were no pamphlets in the boxes. Needless to say we couldn’t find the grave. The cemetery was very pretty, and well kept. We did see some very interesting headstones. Mr. Magic was one that was super unique.

It is a very nice and quiet place. It is the grave that of one of the greatest legends of all times deserves.

I am glad that I had a chance and go visit final rest8ng place of the Legend. May Allah be pleased with HIS servant. The cemetery does close at 4:30 so plan accordingly, I drove all the way to the Grave and spend around 30 minutes.

Beautiful cemetery, nice grave setting for the Olympic light-heavyqeight and 3 time Heavyweight Boxing Champion. Easy to find and on a corner allowing you to come to it from two different directions. Comes with marble benches to sit and reflect. When we were there there was small butterfly and bee flags planted out front of his grave.

Moving to realize such an inspiring and incredible human being is buried beneath you when visiting Ali's grave. Such an incredible man with an incredible story buried in a beautiful and vast cemetery. Must visit if you are interested in sports or otherwise and in or near Louisville.

Enjoyed paying respect to this man who fought for more than just to be a World Champion. He has a very stately memorial with a bench. Well manicured and cared for. There is tasteful landscaping as well as flowers left by an adoring fan. It would be over the top if there were a life size bronze statue of the Champ.

It was a snowy day but the grave site is beautiful. It overlooks a stream and the sound of the water is very relaxing. I recommend checking out cave hill cemetery even if you don't have any loved ones buried there. Very beautiful park setting.

The 5 stars is not only for the grave but the whole cemetery. This might be one of the most beautiful cemeteries I have ever seen that wasn’t a veteran’s cemetery. The stones are unique and spectacular. The grounds are meticulously maintained. There are placards identifying the types of trees like an arboretum would have. There are random groups of ducks and geese throughout the area by the ponds. I met a lovely man maintaining the grounds and we chatted for awhile. This is a must see. There are a few stones worthy of celebrity status but Ali’s is set on a hill overlooking a tree grove and pond in the distance. It is gorgeous and worth the trek to find it. It is important to note that you could get lost in the cemetery so I pulled up the map on the website-it’s quite large and has many little loops

His gravesite is definitely one of the most well landscaped graves at Cave Hill cemetery. The inscription is beautiful and it really shows how Muhammad Ali affected the world around him. It definitely gives you a feeling of solace being in his presence and gives you hope for the future. Definitely recommend if you happen to be in the area.

As i am a fan of Ali I visited his grave after visiting his museum. It was very well maintained grave yard and his grave was front of small lake. Great experience how the man who came from Louisville became so famous in the world and right back to his town to rest. RIP

Beautiful place overlooking a pond. This was an unexpected stop one afternoon while in the area on business. This cemetery is the largest I have ever seen. Absolutely gorgeous and diverse. An amazing place to visit as a whole and Ali's resting place was no different. Definitely worth a visit while in Louisville KY.

Located in Cave Hill Cemetary, Muhammad Ali's grave was simple and elegant. His plot is surrounded by flowers and there are a few small trees. You can tell it is very well cared for, that Ohio not only respects the champ he was but also the man. The whole cemetary is worth the visit.

This is a beautiful peaceful resting place for a great sportsman. On a slight hill,overlooking a small lake. From the blue line turn on the red broken line at section R, S, T and U is on the other side of the lake right next to the road. When I visited his grave site in May, it was covered in multi colored rose petals.

It's a very isolated and serene spot within the cemetery, very shaded, quiet and well kept for obvious reasons. It is most sorrowful that a human with such a stage truly believes what the tombstone says....that we can earn our way to God's righteousness and eternity with him in Heaven. We cannot, that is not the gospel and nullifies Jesus' death and resurrection (which of course cannot be nullified). It is not based on our efforts, but purely faith in Jesus and HIS sacrifice and efforts not ours. So this tombstone serves as a great warning. RIP Mr. Clay.

Very hard to find and get to inside the cemetery. Beautifully done but not what I expected. I thought there would be a statue if him as a boxer in the site but there weren't any or pictures or anything. I loved the message on his stone.
