Tom and his team had excellent customer service. I requested a pre-drywall for a new build. This was my first time having a home inspection done and the report was thorough and easy to follow. If there were any questions, Tom took his time to explain the deficiencies with recommendations for next steps. They gave me a peace of mind for my home’s building process. I will definitely be using them again for my final inspection.

I called Bryan and Bryan Inspectors last week to inspect a house that I was interested in purchasing. I was on a short schedule and I need something quick, but I needed it to be right. Less than 48 hours later I had my report. I upgraded to the Premier Package. I understand not everyone can afford this; but if you can it's worth the cost. The inspection was much more thorough than I anticipated. The report was detailed but easy to read. Ultimately we found issues that could have cost me more money later on; and for me, that was the point. I did not purchase the house based on issues I first saw in this report. Tomorrow I put down earnest money on a different home. I will call Bryan and Bryan and do this again. Great inspector, great report, great experience.

We are in the process of buying a house. The property was previously inspected 4 months ago when the seller gave it over to their relocation company and so we read that report before putting in an offer. I didn’t expect much different in this new report. But John Landry from Bryan and Bryan did such a thorough report that the whole thing was 2x the number of pages compared to the first report. I also appreciated how in-person he took time to help me understand the nuances of what he was finding and explain it it ways I could understand. As a first time home buyer, I have a few things I want to point out about this experience. First I will say, the overall initial experience with Bryan & Bryan was great. We had to reschedule several times and they accommodated us quickly and without an issue. I received an initial call to go over a few things that was very helpful, since I really had no idea what to expect. 2nd, day of the inspection Zach reached out to me so I would have his contact information, which was extremely helpful since I was running a little late. 3rd, the inspector Zach, was absolutely top notch. I personally work in the space of dealing with customers. His level of attention to detail to my concerns, the patients he had with listening and explaining the ins and outs of everything, I mean this with no exaggeration, above and beyond customer service. As I mentioned, I am a first time home buyer, so I had no idea what to expect or how a lot of this worked. Zach took great care of that and because of him, I will recommend Bryan & Bryan to anyone that's ever looking for a referral. Lastly, the report they provided us was easy to read, it wasn't overly complicated like I assumed it would be. The findings in there were things that if they were not discovered would have potentially costs me thousands of dollars in the future. 5 stars, will recommend, and will use again in the future. -Phill Lund

Profession and Customer Centric are the words that come to mind when I want to describe Bryan & Bryan Inspections. Our inspector's name was Jordan Cummins, he was great - very soft-spoken and had a keen eye for details. He arrived earlier than scheduled to make sure he had good weather to fly the roof drones, he was well equipped and made sure to explain the report in detail after the inspection. In addition to the inspection, he helped me to list down the items that I need to be aware of and do good maintenance of in the coming years. The report was emailed to be in 2 hours after the inspections and it was very detailed. If you are in the market for a home inspection, I highly recommend Bryan & Bryan Inspections, make sure to ask for Jordan Cummins if your home is in Texas.

Bryan & Bryan Inspections Team is Really exceptional and while I appreciate the entire team, I want say my special Thanks to Vivek Shedge ( He did the initial Inspection of my home), Thomas Holthe ( He did the Reinspection of my home ) and Matt Enright, who spent more than one hour on phone with me just to explain one simple thing ( of course it became simple for me after I learned from Matt) in the report produced by Vivek ( I think Vivek was out of country so Matt stepped in to help me) and also, Matt did walk me through the entire report once again and guided me on what I must take back to builder and discuss, have them fixed, and what I can let go but collect proofs. On the backend I worked with many - Zach, Melissa, Hannah, Christy, Adriana Cortez and Wayne Barry. Sorry if I miss anyone here. But they all are extremely well and customer friendly. Recommendation: If possible you may want to design a package which includes Reinspection's until all issues resolved or current packages at least with Single Reinspection.
