For $85 and covers you got 5 years, I think it will a worthy investment. You just never know and might as well take advantage. Do the application online, then it will set your appointment. Don’t expect to walk in, I over heard some say the came one day at 8 and didn’t get seen until 3:40pm. Only accept credit cards or money orders!

If you have an appointment, you will be helped and done in 30 mins. If you have a current passport and a credit card for the payment, that’s all you need for the TSA precheck. Apart from the waiting room, there is another room where they ask questions, take fingerprints and your photo. The office is warm even with 3 fans on and a total of 5 chairs. The workers were nice and answered all my questions. There’s a bathroom if you ask for their key. There’s metered parking and a parking garage for $12. Do not attempt to go there if you didn’t make an appointment online. They do not accept walk-ins at this time.

We had an appointment at got there about 30 minutes before. And we left about an hour later. While it took sometime the employees (only 2) were doing the best they could. They seem to do TSA Precheck and job verification for employment, so they are wearing many hats. As long as you are patient and respectful they were equally patient and respectful. Small location so be prepared to not social distance, they do really try. Our experience was great, just had to wait, but they were moving as fast as they could. Reviews are misleading as far as complaining about employees. They are overwhelmed and if you follow their directions you will have a pleasant experience. A lot of people hadn't filled out the right paperwork or showed up late, or just showed up with an attitude. Again be patient and be professional and they will as well.

There is parking on site on Richards street as well as after taking a right. They were TERRIBLY backed up. I had an appointment for 10:20 and wasn't seen until after 11:30. If you park on the street put extra money in the meter. The agents were very professional and apologetic about the delay though. When I was finally called back, it on took about 10 min max.

I went to this place to get a background check for a twic card. The experience was very nice and easy. Staff was very professional. Parking however was very expensive. 8.00 for 20 minutes 67.00 for the whole day. I think some people have forgotten that this state is unemployed and on lockdown. The attended was very nice. I don't see why she is forced to wear a mask. She is by herself.

Service long wait. Don't come early, it seems people who make it to their appt late still get seen and it holds back peoples appt who is ON time. Waited 2 1/2 hrs. All late arrivals were pushing appts back. Check in first than the WAIT! Parked at the Municipal prkg, cost $3.00 for the time I was there. You can find it on Halekauwila St. (State parking )

The staff was great and worked very efficiently. Only downside is they don't have a parking garage. Plenty of street parking and paid parking options

This was so fast and easy. Brother was so clear and cordial. I have never had a better experience in a city/state/government type setting. I am still in awe of how easy and painless this was. Right on!!!

This was the fastest service I've ever had for one of these. The guy was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He even told me my twic will get my precheck status. Rad!
