Reviews of Fish Ladder Park
It was fun to go and watch the fish either succeeding up the ladder or not and trying again. Nice to see architectural art melding into nature. There is a walk way so that you can view the Grand river, the fishermen and the outline of the city. It's free to go. It was a bit busy but this is the time of year that the fish are going upstream and Art Prize is happening right now. We were still able to see the fish. They were really fast so I was not able to get a shot of the fish. It was still a cool experience.
We swung by after a fun visit at the GRPM. It was a really nice time. Relaxed vibes and easy way to get some sun and do something different. There's a good free parking lot and the fish ladder is pretty well tucked away despite being in the city. It was a bit of an odd drive, but it was a short one from the museum. The only thing that killed the mood was a man on his work break going around asking to debate religion which is fine and dandy, but it's just not a good time or place. Didn't really take no for an answer, so hopefully he doesn't frequent the place often.
So beautiful. The people are friendly and kind. It’s amazing to watch the salmon run too. This is a great first place to visit in Michigan.
Walked my dogs around downtown Grand Rapids. The fish ladder was our starting point, as parking is free there and I felt that it was safe. Cool to watch the fisherman. Maybe one day I’ll come back to see the fish jump up the ladder
Okay, not only I'd the view of this place e amazing, the fishing is even better. I got invited here by my neighbor to fish. I've never salmon or steelhead fished before so I came unprepared. DO NOT BRING A WALMART 20 DOLLAR FISHING ROD! I hooked a big salmon and the rod blew up, snapped my pole, and the line. But it was still a blast! I'm planning on gearing up and cat hing fish in 2023 because this is an awesome gem in grand rapids.
Great location for the entire family you can sit along the shoreline watching anglers fish the grand river watch migrating fish and swim through the latter try to crush the top with a stare and during this fall season beautiful reflection of downtown grand rapids with a splash of color along the shoreline from the trees that are changing colors this is what Michigan is all about
Love coming to this place and listening to the water. It's especially neat during the early fall (late sept- early oct) to see all the fishermen and fish jumping! Free parking!
I've been going to the fish ladder for over 10 years now. Great place to have a picnic, fish, and scenic views. With a river walk trail that connects you to the down town area there's quick access to reach many destinations. My son loves to see the salmon in the spring or fall or even just the carp during the rest of the year.
This park is kept very clean. You can feel very safe at this park. There are bathrooms but they are not usable at this time! It is a beautiful view of the Grand River and you see a lot of fish attempting to climb the ladder it is very cool to watch. There is no cost to get into this park there is not a great deal of parking but usually is not too crowded. Had a great time with my dog and my wife. I highly recommend this as a place to stop and check out when you're in Grand rapids.
No activity, quick stop and go. Saw someone fishing in river in the middle of winter.
Great area to hang or fish.
The Fish Ladder is a great place to visit. I love the scenery of the river and the downtown city area. It seems everyone here are content and smiling. And it's great to watch the fishermen realing in their catches. It's always relaxing when I come here.
Watching the salmon run in the fall is something every kid should see. Watching them jump through the ladder is peaceful and calming. Highly recommended.
Small local park along the Grand River. Features a fish ladder that allows salmon and other fish to make their way upstream. During the salmon run it's especially fun. There is a nice stepped sitting area with great views of the river, the blue bridge, and beautiful views of the city. Worth visiting during varying seasons. Close to downtown. Free parking. A fun, free destination. Also has a newer fish cleaning station available for public use.
Very scenic and was a good experience.
Another place to visit and relaxing time as well as enjoyed the sites and do some fishing, or just hang out
This park is definitely worth a little side trip.
Watching the salmon fish swim up the ladders was interesting. It's a peaceful little park, and the sound of water rushing over the dam made it delightful.
It's a nice place to visit yearly, the lady two times I was there with my son I didn't feel comfortable leaving my nice looking truck unattended for more than 5 minutes, looked as if many people were camping out in the parking lot in cars, I felt my truck was a target for a break in
It was interesting watching a few of the fish using the ladder. There were quite a few fishermen. We learned from some fellow visitors that there are plans to remove the spillway, returning it to the natural flow.
We stop by here at least once a year, typically late September to watch the Salmon run up the ladder. Always relaxing, nice people around, functional clean restrooms, and just an interesting experience. A little early this year...but we popped by during Art Prize. Get a load if rhe fish this man caught! If you look closely in the pool, you'll see some getting ready to start their jumping journey.
Lovely spot to view the river.
Maintenance was a little deferred. Easy stop if you are in the area.
My favorite entrance to the Grand Rapids Rivertrail. There are always giant fish swimming in the murky depths of the ladder. I'm glad the ladder is here to facilitate these fish's travels. 5/5.
Cool to see the fish and people fishing. Ladies please be careful and aware of your surroundings my girl had a guy try and keep her in the bathroom as she was leaving. I got a look at him definitely a gang member so be aware
It's honestly a lovely spot to visit. Don't stay parked there later then 8pm. You won't get a ticket, but you will be locked in. Driving over the curb can be a major pain, especially for low riden vehicals. Breeding season for the fish makes it a fun site to be at. Just don't fish in the ladder itself. Wade your way into the river and fish is fine. The homeless can be seen in the area, and there are bathrooms available. Hours of bathroom operations vary.
Love this place. One of the 1st places i hung out at a lot when i first moved out here. So relaxing and its fun to watch the fish jump up the ladder. Alway come down here when i need toclear my head.
I was surprised to see so many large fish in the calm water. Zoom in to see better.
Seemed pretty clean for a park but beware of all the potholes and shady people that seem to show up and just sit there staring at you. The riverside atmosphere is nice and there are business around with cameras so I wouldn't be too concerned about safety unless it is night-time due to dark spots throughout.
Amazing during flood! Great place to visit if ever coming to Grand Rapids. Needs more attention for cleanup & signs for outside tourists... Getting little dumpy.
The Grand River was really roaring during our most recent visit mid November. Lots of water going through. Fishermen in the river. Nice views of the City of Grand Rapids from here.
It's a nice small park to go fishing at or to view the lake.
We walked across the bridge not expecting much. We have seen fish ladders elsewhere but this was unique. We had people fishing but didn’t see a fish up the ladder.
We took the grand kids to the ladder and they were fishing for salmon. There were a lot of fishermen and a lot of fish being caught. We went in the middle of the day before dark as I heard at night sometimes it can get a little wild. We had a great time. Next we will have to take some poles and see what we can catch.
Neat little hole in the wall type place.
This was very unique. my family enjoyed watching the fish and ducks gathered here. I enjoyed that there was shade on such a hote day as well. Very cute little area.
Very pretty for a stop along our journey. Didn't know fish ladders existed until this. It was interesting.
Interesting functional piece of architecture at the end of a dam on the Grand River right in the heart of Grand Rapids. Lots of carp hanging out in the pools at the bottom of the ladder, but no fish actively using it. Lots of fisherman just below the dam.
I enjoyed it one of the most peaceful places in the world to me is around our lakes and rivers. Beautiful. Interesting
I LOVE to be here after dark because of the view. I took these pictures while walking att the fish ladder. The only thing I dont like is how trashed the parking lot always seems to be.
Amazing place for family to see the Grand River or for the fisherman who wants to fish the great Michigan Fisheries the Grand River has to offer Pure Michigan at its best
So fun to watch the fish jump and try to get up. You have to stop here if you are in the area.
This was interesting to see. Glad I went and sometimes you can see the Salmon run😀
A little scary in the whole idea of being so close to icy water but very quite and beautiful.
The fish ladder is always fun to check out. It is a major hang out in the warmer months and can get a bit grubby but it is also a good fishing spot.
Fish Ladder Park is so peaceful! It’s one of my favorite places to read or go for a relaxing walk. If you like to fish, then this is a must see. Highly recommended!
My Love Jesse Livingston, had been there before as one of his fishing spots. I had the privilege of this memory being shared with Me. I also liked it's a part of fun and relaxing without leaving the city. A little awayses from home.
Great views of migrating fish doing their thing!
Could use more info on the migrating fish.
We went for a walk in the evening. It was a nice warm night. There were lots of people in the water fishing. It was a nice evening.
Fun to see fisherman and watch the fish swim up the dam and ladder.
Peaceful, great place to relax, your able to sit in your car and not be bothered by any one.
Careful in the wind today: my hat blew off into incoming traffic while I was walking across, and I had to walk back to the beginning of the bridge to get it due to the protective pedestrian rail keeping people like me from doing exactly this. It's sunny, but the wind is super gusty over the water!
A small park with interesting water ladder for migrating fish. I can tell it was really nice at one time. We encountered a very nervous mother of children who felt the kids were too close to the water.
Great view...and nice place to sit and think or even fish...however be ready for the community bug colonies that will eat you up for being outside by the water!😅
Amazing. I have never seen jumping fish before
Was a nice day to watch people fishing and the carp in the ladder.
Nice place to chill with the sound of rushing water
Great little place to see the water, the bridges, and some beautiful buildings.
I go here just to enjoy the sound of the water and the peace and quiet when I've had a stressful day. My dog really likes walking the path as well. My grandkids Really love when the fish jump the ladder. You can even clean whatever fish you catch at the front of the restrooms.
I love the fish ladder.park! Great people watching... Also fun photos "Forensic Files" 😂 …
Went out steelhead fishing in April, had a great haul and fished from the shoreline. The catch is that you need to get there very early or you'll be casting over people or vice versa. There were about 4 boats by the ladder consistently, in the center of the river, but the majority of catches seemed to come from the shoreline on Orange glass beads (as close to the color of the natural eggs as possible). I caught 3 large steelhead within 3 hours and missed 2 more, but given how many people were out (even on a very cold, wet day) I'd call it a success.
Super cool place. We love watching the fish jump all over. Beautiful view of the river.
Awesome for fisherman cool place to check out in Grand Rapids.
I will visit this place in summer time again
Great place to go to just chill at! Younger people come at night and turn up but only at night. Nice walk along the river
Great for Steelhead fishing, salmon and carp fishing. Preferred fishing spot for me
First time fishing for salmon. Super nice people who showed me the ropes of battle fishing.
We were here when the fish were jumping and it was really cool to watch. There were also a ton of fisherman out as well. It is one of those things you should see at least once in your life.
What's not to like about fish ladder park?
If you don't see salmon jumping up the icebreaker, you can always watch the amorphous blob of carp writhing around eachother eating surface foam.
It's a great place to start a walk along the river, the city parking lot always has spaces. It's a pretty view and can take you into the business district in maybe 15 minutes of walking.
The pavement is good for bikes or skateboards. I don't fish, but I know plenty of people who love wading in the river during the fall, and as far as I can tell, there is a good unspoken understanding that when someone hooks a fish, everyone else reels in and gives them space to net it.
There are usually a handful of people around at any given time, from fishermen to pedestrians to people just watching the river.
It's just a cool place worth checking out.
Very cool watching the salmon jump up the ladder. They're so big!
It's a central hub for fishing enthusiasts in the Grand Rapids area. Stories abound about the dam and many a lunker has been pulled out here however pressure is strong and it can get quite crowded especially during the runs.
Wading can be dangerous, the bottom is difficult to see, michigan sportsman has a map of the holes and rocks but it's still advisable to watch river conditions and carry a walking stick for checking depths.
It's sooo freakin KEWL when the salmon is running.
Full of ppl getting anxious for all the salmon, a beautiful place to visit as well.
Such a fun place to check out! We didn't see any fish today but the kids (4yo & 2yo) still had a lot of fun!! We followed the River Walk across the 6th street bridge after and had a nice walk along the river!!
It was interesting to read about why it was built.
Coming to this place is always an amazing experience there was no fish going up this time but still fun to watch the river over half way full
Its always fun to visit the river!!
Beautiful place to watch the salmon and steelhead migrate. Generally they start to run in the beginning of October. Free parking. Very nice walking trails along the river.
Nice wash table for your catch. I was on crutches and it was to much of a workout. Not easy to view, I'm only 5ft 2 inches. I have enjoyed seeing fish trying to get through.
I love it! I went when I was younger and brought my children there! Now they take my grandchildren! Great outdoor free family fun! Greater Grand Rapids!
Enjoyed the first-day of spring watching the fisherman on shore and in their boats. No fish were biting, took some lovely photos and left.
Love watching all the fish jump up the ladder! Never in my life have I seen such an amazing invention as the "Fish Ladder"! I give props to whoever came up with this awesome idea. If you are into fishing or love being outdoors then it would not be a waste of your time to stop and see this cool spot that is along the Grand River just south of Leonard St. Bring your camera cause these memories your gonna wanna keep forever and also share them with others! Have Fun...Be Safe...
Super cool place to visit, fish, and hangout
Really clever to make a way for the fish to get upstream!
Always nice to visit and relax a little. Step son moved here from Mississippi recently and his first time thought it was really cool and helpful to the fish. He loved the cleaning station said he never seen a better prepared spot for helping the fish and fishermen. Great view of downtown.
Very cool, hit it perfect timing.
Salmon everywhere
Very interesting and educational. Can watch the salmon jump up the ladder to get upstream. Lots of fishing at this location. The park provides a fish cleaning station and rest rooms
This was by far the best AAA I have ever been in. They are able to service your car, with many mechanic stations on one side and full travel service on the other. They were quick to deliver to me a trip tik, maps, and vacation books within 1/2 HOUR. WAS able to answer all questions ansvery in formative. Will return.
Loved watching the ice shards float along and go on down the dam. There are tons of dedicated fisher-folks along the bank and in the water...didn't see any catches. Praying for a good fishing season!!!
This is West Michigan's finest fish ladder. Skillfully engineered and architected. Great place to stop and just hangout for a while.
Fun spot to fish at the dam, or just watch the fish climb! This place comes alive during the salmon run and you can see a lot of big fish "climbing the ladder".
Its a nice place to walk and also fish check it out its downtown
I come here to relax and enjoy watching ppl fish...but I've noticed kids n adults fishing where is says NO FISHING! I can see some kids doing it but an adult please be more respectful and let nature be.
A cool place to see at least once if you aren't a local. I love to walk the sidewalks along the river too. You can see lots of large fish in the fish ladder and people fishing them out of the river as well. A cool view of the city as well.
This was a fantastic park to visit. The walkways are wide and safely high, and the view of the city is wonderful. It's a lot of fun to walk along the water and enjoy the sounds of the river. Plenty of room to sit and relax, or continue along your river walk. Hopefully the parking lot is expanded in the future!
It is run down.
Very cool to see the fish jump but it stinks from people gutting their fish there, and there is always smoking and shady characters going on .... When I was a teenager this is where we went to be stupid and doesn't look like that has changed
Peaceful place to fish and relax
Took my family for a couple hrs to fish..seen lots of people who hooked fish but we were not as fortunate..but always a good time on the water
Love watching the carp swim up the ladder. Beautiful area and walk along the river.
Enjoyable short stop to see the salmon using the fish ladder when the swim up stream.
It a classic place to visit in grand rapids to see people fishing and get some fresh air and on the 4th of July a good place to see the fire works every year but I got to admit they got to clean it up a little so I took 1 star from it
This park was well worth a visit but not particularly spectacular. I would rate it 3.5 if it were possible. The fish weren’t migrating during our visit but we did see them tear up a large pizza someone threw in the water! Cool place, would love to see it when the fish are active though.
I have always LOVED the fish ladder!! I have gone every year since I was young. To me it never gets old. Going during fish running is the best, awesome to watch the fish jump. Also great place to people watch.
You can feel nature in the city. And the fishing isn't to bad either.
I really love this park! It continues into a nice boardwalk along the river, which is really quite beautiful. I've rated it 4/5 because of the trash that can sometimes accumulate around the park/in the water.
So happy we went. Loved it.
Went here on one stop on a date and we actually had a great time. There are amazing photo ops. Walk to the yellow metal bridge and look at all the padlocks with names on them for love, lost loved ones, new couples, married couples. It is amazing!
Bring bread and throw little pieces in fish latter and watch the Big Fish come up and eat it. Fun Fun also Great place to fish but considered "THE MOST DANGEROUS DAM IN LOWER MICHIGAN"!! There have been many Deaths here from people fishing getting to close to dam and sucked under water. There are very deep holes near dam also .
Dirty as usual. But still an interesting site. It's currently flooded at the moment and looks cool with all the trees and downed telephone poles stuck to it. Current is intensely strong and wild right now from the winter thaw. The site of a giant tree being tossed around like a plastic bag in the wind is a reminder of how powerful mother nature can be.
The fish ladder is a nice destination to have while walking around downtown. In the spring, there may be some flooding due to the river having being elevated. A lot of people fish from the deck, it can get quite crowded with fishermen on the weekends. The best time to see fish using the ladder is when the salmon run.
Cool place to visit. Can be packed with fishers if the fish are running.
Busy but worth it for salmon fishing this year.
Great venue on the Grand River to observe fish moving upstream
This concrete structure allows fish to travel up the falls. You can see, sometimes hundreds, huge salmon in the ladder. The area also has a nice walking trail. There is no fishing at the ladder, but the falls next to it is popular with fishing enthusiasts, so at times parking can be difficult.
There was a long row of fearless warriors. They were a symbol of strength, but also of grace. The current, unrelenting, crashed against their thighs and washed away in a defeated eddy. Their hands gripped steadfast around their rods, their fingers caressing braided line, their eyes were on fish, while God's eyes laid upon them.
Ample parking.
This is a Fisher men's dream fishing spot during the right fishing season it is packed with dedicated fishers from the early morning around 3 or 4 am. so have fun fishing be safe and good luck! If this was helpful please mark it as helfpful.
Nice to see people caring about the nature
So cool
the best steelhead fishing also has a good run of Kings
One of Grand Rapids' best places. The fish ladder is a fun and relaxing place to spend time with family. The views are amazing. The fish are huge. The trails allow you to travel across downtown effortlessly.
It needs work. But if you love to fish, its a great place to relax, destress, and it's in the heart of Grand Rapids. Restrooms are open during the warm months. But closed during the winter. There are porta johns available though. And wheel chair accessible.
If you're just looking for a quick stop or somewhere to watch fishermen or be a fisherman it is great. You get to see rapids and sometimes fish too. Stay a little or a long time.
Fun place, be warned some of the homeless hang around here but they mostly keep to themselves and you have nothing to worry about! It also is a great starting point for walking along the river and back due to the free parking.
It's always a good time at the fish ladder . People will play music and there is a fish cleaning station there as well. I do think they need to post that people shouldn't fish too close to the ladder though. I saw a few kids fishing too close and they didn't know any better .
Visited in the winter, so not the ideal time for the full fish spectacle, however, the ladder is a eclectic piece of hydrology inspired architecture. It also provides great views of the river and rapid.
So cool! Was warm enough that salmon were jumping up the laddar! Free and fun to watch for a while. Free parking near by! No reason to not see this natural attraction
Very cool place to go that has a lot of history here in Grand Rapids. Was put into place to allow fish to migrate Upstream past the 6th Street Dam. There has been talk over the years of eliminating the damn all together. This would allow for unrestricted access up and down the river running through Grand Rapids
We drove from indinapolis to see this place it was worth the drive beautiful area and state. Very clean for the most part, although I didn't catch anything next time I will bring the waders
The fish ladder has been around for many years. It is a nice place to go to watch fish climb the ladder with family a date or by yourself. You can also fish the river too, and it has a cemented walkway that you can follows the right to the museum.
Nice peaceful place to watch the water and watch people fish. Nice view of the Grand River and the walking area is nice too
This place is a awesome place to visit and fish. Not recommended for beginners on busy days. Just fish down the river a little ways to avoid line crossing and loss of expensive tackle. Be ready to catch some nice fish.
Fishladder park isn't the cleanest park of those on the Grand River but it does offer a unique experience of seeing the fish water way.
It also offers a walking path that runs along to riverfront that takes you underneath the highway.
Very interesting place. Lots of people fishing.
Love coming here to watch the salmon/steelhead runs with my family.its pretty crowded and unfortunately we were the only ones wearing masks.nice river view.
absolutely beautiful, magical, and mystical. favorite spot in the city! bonus points for reminding me of a forerunner structure from Halo
Really nice park. It's a bit under kept since there is a bit of trash lying around. If only the city cared more about it
The fish ladder itself is cool. I wouldn't call it a "park". My biggest complaint is towards the city of Grand Rapids, if this is a city park (on the west side of the river)...you take your life in your hands along the path of the river, from washed out walking path, to the roots pushing the path up in spots. Unsafe in many spots for bikers and buggies. At night especially. My daughter tripped on a root "speed bump" a couple years back, skinned knees and hands, I wasn't happy, spoke to the city, perhaps I should have contacted a lawyer.? 5 stars for the ladder itself, 1/2 star for the condition of the park and city maintenance there of.
This was a great place to relax, watch the river, see some fish and turtles, and go on a walk through a couple different parks. Definitely intend to visit again soon.
Loved watching the fish jump!
Really cool place other than the trash that people throw in the water. Saw one catfish "climb" the ladder while we were there. Kids were intrigued even thought they said it would be boring at first.
The fish were really running when we were there. So much fun. Lots of fishermen in the river. Nice break. Good area to walk around and stretch your legs.
I take my son here to walk a lot (he's 7 mos) and it's a great stroll. It has good views and is in a cool neighborhood near lots of bars and restaurants.
Cute little park by the river to enjoy the riverside and watch the people fishing
This is my favorite part of the Grand River I love coming down here to get a piece of mind
Great view of the fish ladder and an awesome view of the Grand River from there to see all the people fishing but there is no fishing at the fish ladder, but during my whole time at the fish ladder I only seen one person fish witch is quite disappointing.
Fun to watch the fish go up river, great fishing
Peace full place and great time
I enjoyed FISHLADDER the way I did was the joy and laughter that my daughter exp., The amazement and he lil awestruck face at the power and strength of the water coming over the wall....... the place was clean on a scale 1-5 I would say a 3.7 bc there were some areas that were not as clean as I expected...and we definitely are going back watching the men fish is even fascinating..so go check it out...
Nice place to enjoy the rushing river and at the right time to see the fish hop up the river. Bot a big place but definently a must see.
Interesting attraction to see a local tradition
Never seen a structure like this. I was impressed. Imagine a concrete "ladder" (more like steps) designed so fish can swim upstream to spawn. You can also fish in the Grand River just not from the ladder itself.
It was very relaxing. I saw a bird. I think it was a hawk. It was diving for its dinner. It was awesome to see him catch that fish.
One of my favorite spots to stop on my weekly summer bike rides in Grand Rapids! Watch some fishing or fish jump and people watch or just relax for a bit on the stone seats!
This place has so much potential! Its amusing to watch the fish going up the ladder and the fisherman. Unfortunately the park is really dirty... which takes away from the experience.
My family and I love to go here.
I try to stop by the Fish Ladder 5 times a year. Great scenic view of the Grand River, the fish in the river all while having the medical mile in the background. A must see in Grand Rapids.
Seems to be a nice place but it was flooded unfortunately but will return once water recedes..... Update was there today and it was amazing and beautiful
Had a blast watching the fishermen and water levels were
quite high" sight seeing mostly
It's cool. Gotta be near water sometimes.
First time steelhead fishing on the ladder, I've always heard horror stories about the people. The people were great and talkative. It's a different style of fishing then I used to but I would go back.
Pretty cool place. Seeing the fish climb the ladder is always a memorable sight.
Pretty cool spot to see the salmon jump the ladder during the run up the river.
We took the riverwalk north and discovered outdoor workout stations and saw people magnet fishing!
Its a great place to go just wish they weren't tearing part of it down for the kayaks go paddle in a differnt part of a river an leave are fish ladder alone
Great place to see fish.
We have people from Ohio, Indiana and even Wisconsin to fish here! Love the beautiful scenery that surrounds the fish ladder.
A bit run down, but a nice place to show kids something man-made that benefits rather than hurts the natural ecology (or at least patches a man-made problem). Small free parking lot. Frequented by wading fisherman and apparently by smokers (might be the fishermen).
It was cool to see but no fish to be seen. Still a nice park and I know there are fish there
I didn't get to spend a hole lot of time here but it's perfect place to for the runs. It's also peaceful and good spot to watch the water and relax for a few.
It seems like the 'No Fishing' signs are just there for decoration, going by the number of people that were fishing there.
My family and i really like this place. It has a great view and if your looking for a quiet place to sit and think or go on a walk this is a great place to visit
This place is amazing, the sounds of the river sounds so serene and tranquil, i love this place to clear my head, and have positive thoughts. 😊 …
Great place to take the family when the fish are spawning. Especially if the children have never seen fish migrating.
It was a fun and funny experience we got a samoan.
If you love water and fish you need to check this place out. It's a nice little park for a quick serene getaway at lunch in downtown GR

We saw a few fish jump, but I believe we went late in the season. We plan on visiting again next time we are in the area to see if we can spot more salmon!!
Very nice, enjoyable
A Grand Rapids past-time for outdoors lovers. The actual fish ladder is on the west side of the river. Very active with Steelhead fishing in March and salmon in October.
This is such a pretty view and good spot for fishing. I’d recommend that others go check it out.
Nice place to hang out and watch the river flow well maybe they could clean the river so it didn't look so green however still nice place to go
Interesting for us that live by the ocean!

There was only one fish I could see trying to go up the ladder when we went there, but that was exciting to see. Yes I would recommend!
Come take a walk or just sit and watch the fish jump in the fish ladder. Watch the fishermen catch big fish! Very peaceful!
Pretty good fishing, right by a few skyscrapers. Different then anywhere I've fished
Worth a view of you're in the area. Nice amount of fishermen. We should have more places like this.

The cement is starting to sink a bit around the fish ladder so after a rain, most of the walkways flood. We could get around tho, so it was alright.
