OTR Driver here.Picked up here. Checkin/Checkout, Dock/Dock Availability, Loading all good. From checkin to checkout about 90 minutes. The folks were friendly here, this was my experience here. Pull out after given green light at dock,go inside get bills, go back out to your truck and they come out to put seal on.

Fast loading, friendly people. They open to start shipping/receiving at 7:30am. I suggest getting there an hour early or so. We had one truck ahead of us, 7:20am rolls around, 6 other trucks come rolling in. First come first serve. It is an ungated facility, but I'm not sure if they allow overnight parking. It's worth calling and asking. We got into a door right away, loaded in under 20 minutes and paperwork was ready by the time we pulled back to the front of the building. There are 2 entrances, you will want the first entrance, office will be down on the left.

Would of been 5 stars if the loader wasn't rude. Quick loading and the lady at check in was very polite and professional. Got the green light, went inside to sign bills and was told they would be out to seal the trailer. Guy comes out and stands over 10 feet from my truck for a minute then goes back inside. He comes back out and never approached my truck but still stood 10 feet from it. When I finally asked if he was ready he informed me he's been waiting and he's not my momma and does approach trucks because he never knows what we are doing despite the fact i was in the drivers seat. Come on people and be courteous. Too much negativity going on as it is

1st time I was here from 0700 to 1345 because of overweight. 2nd time I'm here 0700 and load isn't ready. Their door doesn't open until 0730 spot on so be waiting in line so other drivers don't jump the line to get signed in ahead of you, it can cost you 2 hours of waiting or more depending on docks available. They currently have a company on contract and will work them ahead of you so make sure you have plenty of hours on your clock. Stay professional with them and they stay professional with you all in all. This trip nose heavy and 44880 at 79560 scaled at stamart cat scale. Got through east scale at 34000 on drives. Stay safe.

Huge place filled with beet pulp horse food .. never knew how much horses live this stuff. If you own a farm or stock store .. you should definitely check it out.
