Very pleasant staff. I was a walk in and I was done in about 20 min. Website says there is truck parking. This is not true, there is zero truck parking near here. Better off to go to a truckstop and drop your trailer, and bobtail over. Or take a cab. Otherwise, services were as advertised.

I came in for a DHS background study for the job I currently hold in mental health here in town. Not only was I greeted with annoyance, I was treated like a criminal. Maybe don't assume that everyone who walks through the doors is a criminal. Once in the appointment, they were very courteous. Just keep in mind that the first impression is the most important
