I received my heat press in 6 days and I’m located in South Georgia. I was beyond impressed! My 16x20 wala heat press is amazing granted I’ve only had it for 4 hours now but, so far it is PERFECT! caught it on sale and it is completely cutting down my workflow time! I love this company! They have fast shipping, mine is always free because I order plenty at a time. I have never had any issues with my order. Always correct, vinyl has always been flawless. I use them almost exclusively. I have never had to use their customer service but have heard that they are extremely helpful and easy to work with!!

I love this place - best prices and the best and fastest service, their communication is tops! It's not easy to find a good company to deal with, it's even better since it's in my town. Edit: I had 2 problems and both times were fixed with precision and courtesy. I'll be doing plenty of business with them. I wish there was free shipping at $50 though - I seriously hate shipping fees!

I own a business that recently was hired by Heat Transfer Warehouse to help in creating the best holiday party they had ever thrown. Kirk and Tricia were amazing to work with from the very start of planning to long after the event was over. The way they treat others they do business with and their employees says a lot about a company. I can only assume they treat their customers as good if not better. I have ordered several different types of heat transfer from this location. Where to begin..First their website is so easy to navigate around which is helpful. Their products are always in perfect condition and ships quickly to my house. I have also received a couple scrap boxes and let me tell you if you can get your hands on one they are sooooo worth it. Their customer service is impeccable. They respond quickly and are always willing to help you in every way possible.. I have referred many people here and will do so in the future..rather it is a one time order or more...

Heat transfer WareHouse is awesome they have the best products!! I order from them all the time and they have super fast shipping and customer service rocks. I recently just won a contest! Yea they even do giveaways on their facebook page! So be sure to follow them! I won their scrap giveaway and let me tell you! I was so schocked they sent me so much!! I cant wait to try all the colors out. They have a ton of varity, so many colors, and different options. You will for sure fall in love with this company. I just love the great people and products at HTW in Fargo. I have been a customer for years, and while in the grand scheme of things, I buy a small amount of product, I am treated like a major player in vinyl purchases.
