Have been looking for a company to clean the ducts and Vents in our farmhouse for awhile. They were really dirty. I felt that the service they provided was exactly what we were looking for. There was a miss communication in pricing but they didn't even hesitate to work with us to straighten out the confusion Would recommend!

Called to get our dryer vent cleaned out and got an appointment the next week. They showed up earlier than on time, and I really appreciated their punctuality. With the pandemic happening they were very professional and wore a mask unprompted while in our home. The service took under an hour to do. Everything was clean and easy. I highly recommend!

Needed a last minute carpet cleaning and pet deodorizer. Quick and friendly service for such a great price! It smelled fresh and clean when they were all done. I forgot to mention a small hard to find space that had carpet. I remembered when they were all done but they were quickly on it as soon as I told them about it. Will definitely contact them again for any of their services!

I've used several carpet cleaning companies in town, but none were able to offer the level of professionalism that big fish did. I enjoyed their promptness, and their communication skills were excellent. I was well informed as to when my appointment would be, and they showed up directly on time. I've also seen some of their other services, such as their air duct cleaning jobs, and they do a very thorough job. The owner, Nick, is very friendly and amiable. Their prices are competitive, and I never felt like I was being overcharged. Overall, I would recommend them to anybody who's looking to get some hard stains out, who's looking to move out of their apartment, or who just wants their house to smell better. A great company that offers a great service.
