We are new customers, so I cannot speak for the quality of the actual treatments. However the interaction with Matt on the phone was very professional and he came my way on figuring out a good price for annual weed control and grub treatment. I feel we got a new deal and the positive review on google make me hopeful the positive impression I got today will continue with next year's treatments for our lawn.

Aeration and over seeding. After rescheduling couple times with the company due to machine issues, Keith Williams came to do fall aeration and over seeding. He was very professional and courteous. I called months ago asking about lawn mowing and tree trimming but those services were not offered. Although I was not ready to use their services then, they sent a quote to my e-mail and it sat there. A few months later we were ready the lawn treatment that were actually offered, so I responded to the e-mail quote. Matt honored my original quote and answered all my questions. I have not received the service yet and will update once I do but the service over the phone has been great since I first reached out.

Yesterday Bob came out to treat the lawn. I showed him some bare spots and that my flower bed is full of weeds and he volunteered to come out the next day at no charge to put grass seed and kill the weeds! He couldn’t do it yesterday because it was raining. I do customer service for a living and he is awesome at customer service! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

They've even stopped out to take a look at some issues in the past, and have always been professional and courteous. Aaron recently applied our first treatment of the spring, and took the time to introduce himself and to remind us that service calls are free. Update: We've continued to use Experigreen and we're as happy as my previous post. While we have a new technician: Keith Williams. The quality of service remains high. Absolutely recommended. He, and the service we receive are excellent. I have used Experigreen this year to help with my lawn. I inherited a lawn that wasn't great, and just don't have the time to give it all the attention it needs. My neighbor referred me, and they were wonderful about giving me a good deal and ensuring that they communicated the plan and what would work for my lawn. I got several quotes, and Experigreen was the best for what they were offering. I would especially like the highlight Demetrius Brown, the gentleman who comes out to treat my lawn. He is polite, works hard, and in the times of COVID, ensures he maintains a level of social distance. He knocks on my door, then moves back so we have 6 ft between us. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to answer questions.

I was extreamly pleased the way that Dave Hard applied the treatment for weeds today. Aside from Greg Fields, no other lawn tech took the time to make sure the application was done properly. Additionally, he took the time to tell me what he saw with our lawn and listened to what questions that I had like a true professional. I asked that he sign on to apply all future treaments for us. Aside from the automated call ahead service, the service was acceptable.

I requested that the person who treated the lawn contact me in person before the 2nd treatment. On the 2nd treatment I spoke with Isaiah Young the technician. I realize that not contacting me was not Isaiah’s fault. Experigreen should have been responsible enough to make this first contact.

We use ExperiGreen services on a monthly basis to treat our yard , because it was in bad shape when we moved in. Our service technician is always Demetrius, and I love that consistency. He does a great job and seems to remember us and our preferences, always asking if we’ve spread new seed recently (since we’ve been doing so much work in the yard) and changing the applications each time to either support the new seed or to prevent weeds. He does this without ever pushing us to let the company do the things we’re comfortable doing like spreading the seed. The quality of our lawn has dramatic improved, and I’m so happy with our partnership with Demetrius—we’re not the ugly yard on the block any more!!

We started using this service in 2018 and have struggled with getting the lawn we wanted for quite a few years. We used a number of different vendors with no luck. After two full years of using their service, we have a plush and full green lawn. I didn't think it was possible. I also appreciate how responsive, informed, and "communicative" their team is. Regardless of what I need or what service I'm getting, they communicate and take the time to stay connected in ways I never had or expected.

Dylan Harvey was the technician assigned to my yard. I started service in July (a little late in the season)with the Essential Lawn Treatment 3. He walked the yard with me and my neighbor, who is very particular about his yard. Dylan answered all of our questions clearly and politely. Dylan returned for treatments 4, and 6. By this time, my neighbor had commented several times on how healthy and green my yard looked. In late October the ExperiGreen truck was in my neighbor’s driveway for soil amendment (lime). Dylan’s professionalism, courtesy, and results had not only made me a satisfied customer but also provided ExperiGreen an additional customer.

Overall I've been pleased with my weed control and would recommend them. With the exception of my devils strip, my lawn looks great. The extra services offered are overpriced for what you get. I cancelled the insect control as it didn't seem to help. The aeration service was prompt but needed a second effort as some areas got missed, however the Lawn Tech was very professional and nice and came back to remediate. I also like the way they call you the day before and let us know they are coming. I will plan on using them again next year.

They have not provided service yet, as it doesn't start until the Spring, but I am hopeful the product is as safe/environmentally friendly as they have indicated and the service providers are as professional as Austin B. I highly recommend checking their prepaid pricing program if you are in the market.

I had a HUGE cricket problem as well. I had an accident and needed help while i recovered. I am so glad i tried them! I do not have to worry about buying the right products and when to apply. My cricket "ocean" in my front lawn is gone. After aeration and over seeding my lawn came in super LUSH. ILL BE TAKING ADVANTAGE of the pre pay service to go into my third year with Experigreen. Also I have a couple of areas outside my pool fence he never touched. When he finished he had an issue with his spreader and beat it on the street in front of my home.
