The Sticky Brand is the best! I placed an order with them that I needed for an event, but there was a misunderstanding with the shipping. Not only did Sticky Brand resolve the issue for me but they got them to me on time even though shipping was delayed to my area due to hurricane Nicole. They had already been paid and it wasn’t their fault so they could have easily said unfortunately there’s nothing we can do and been well within their rights, but instead they went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you Sticky Brand!

I heard about the The Sticky Brand because I noticed a few of my favorite breweries and brands order stickers with them. I had a small sentimental project I wanted to produce and they have had super affordable deals in recent weeks, so I decided to take a chance. According to their site, an order can take up to 14 business days to arrive, but mine delivered in 9 - - even after an email early in the timeline giving me a head's up that their production turnaround might be slower than normal. The website was super easy to use from start to finish (and status-checking in between). I only had one question which I asked via email and customer service responded within a day.

I'm writing this review under my personal account but it's for my business. My experience had issues, multiple emails, contacts, issues again and because of this I felt l needed to find a way for all to see. If you're unable to focus and read this entire review the short version is THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME! My business Cutchins Trail Taxidermy placed and order that arrived exactly as ordered. I was very happy with the quality, price, communication etc. NO ISSUES. It was such a good experience I immediately placed a second order but changed from Flat to Gloss or Matte to Gloss depending on the option. Anyway the order shipped and 2 weeks later I didn't have it. I contacted Sticky Brand and they checked the tracking then confirmed/ "yeap, it hasn't moved in over a week looks like it's been lost in shipping. We'll get another order out ASAP." - the second order shipped and arrived. Unfortunately before printing it looks like my logo was zoomed in. It wasn't what I wanted. - I placed a phone call. The representive asked me several questions, confirmed what I wanted and said they would ship it out again....... today after many additional steps on both ends the correct 2nd order arrived. It's perfect. - I'm happy with how Sticky Brand handled my lost order and the incorrect print order I received. I'll be back; it was nice to talk to a real person when I called. I placed my order on Sept 8th and on production time the website shows orders shipping in 6 days or less. It's been 2 weeks. Customer service that stated they would be shipping the order at the latest Monday, which would be yesterday. When you try to make a phone call, no one answers the phone during their business hours and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. UPDATE: Since posting this review I was fully refunded for my order and the order shipped the next day.

I've ordered both holographic and regular, die cut stickers from The Sticky Brand. The quality is impeccable! Just as good (if not better) than larger brands. And here's the truth: their quality could have been HALF as good as their customer service, and I still would be a life long fan. Their service is top of the line!! They worked with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my stickers, even fixing a mistake in my sticker design (that I'd already approved) after hours. I cannot recommend them enough!
