Went to Concentra because i had a tick bite and needed to be certain my wife had removed the tick completely. I had a tick bite 4 years ago resulting in Lyme disease and bells palsy. I was able to check in immediately on arrival and see a nurse very soon after. After that the doctor arrived to check out the bite area and determined the tic had been totally removed. He prescribed an antibiotic and I was on my way! The doctor was very thorough in his explanations and very easy to speak to, as well as the nurse and reception staff.

This google review is for ROSE ❤️ at the South Burlington location. I’m a travel nurse who just switched companies and got a new contract at UVM. I had to get a physical at my home Concentra in New Jersey before I came up here to start my new gig. Somehow my home Concentra in Jersey lost my physical. I got a panicked call from my recruiter saying I needed a new physical before I started. So I RAN to this location in South Burlington to get a stat physical. When I got here and explained my circumstances the woman at the front desk (the afore mentioned ROSE 🌹) single handedly found my physical and saved my day. She was so nice that she even emailed my recruiter all the information. This woman is a healthcare hero who helped a fellow healthcare worker keep her new job!!!! Thank you so much Rose you are awesome!!!!!

This is the best urgent care facility that I have been to. For my job I've had to visit quite a few. Rebecca at the front desk was AWESOME. She greeted me when I came in, as well as others as they entered. She was fast, efficient and friendly. She was juggling many tasks with ease. Phone, answering questions, entering data and just very a pleasant person with a wonderful disposition. Concentra is fortunate to call her one of their own. AND, so efficient there, I was in and out in no time!

I arrived and was waited on within 7 to 10 minutes. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was called into my appointment, shortly after I filled out the form. The Doctor was nice and caring. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I would go to them again in the future.

The staff were enormously accommodating and very pleasant! My insurance company sent me with a kit and told me just to walk in. Turns out that wasn't the case but the staff understood I was fasting and took a day off from work to complete a physical and managed to fit me in within 30 minutes. (They also let me know of an office a lot closer to my home!)

The PA was very kind, and professional. The two assistants were obviously new at phlebotomy as they both used a colored pen to mark what they thought was a vein but were still unable to obtain a specimen after multiple times. I just feel they needed to have someone more experienced. I can be a difficult draw but typically the job gets done in one shot (excuse the pun). They were very kind.

Had to go here for a drug screening for my pharmacy job, was kinda worried it would be a mess or busy… very clean, very friendly staff, and they were super fast too. The nurse also was very kind and explained everything clearly (temp, among, etc). All in all I will be back next time something comes up! *Update* Idk what I meant by “temp, among” lmao

I did not have an appointment and it was a Tuesday. I needed a DOT physical done that day and they had no more appointments that week. They said I could wait as a walk in but may take up to 2 hours. I really didn’t want to but didn’t have much choice, needless to say they took me in after only 20 minutes. Super quick and friendly.

The clinic manager went above and beyond. The nursing staff (female) was kind of rude and impatient. Their (nursing staff) ability to draw labs was severely lacking had the office manager not been able my trip there would have been a waste and after 3 hour drive that would have made me very angry

I didn't have an appointment. I was a walk-in for a work-related pre-employment physical. The staff is very friendly, and professional. I did my intake paperwork, and then within 20 minutes I was getting the physical. Very fast service for a walk-in.

Got there right before they opened for a biometric screening. Girl at the desk was very helpful and polite. Little bit of formality paperwork to fill out and after a brief wait, i was called back to begin my screening. Staff was very polite and personable. All in all the process took maybe 30-40min and i was out the door and on my way to enjoy the rest of my day.

I went in for a drug sample and the 3rd party had old hours, so I arrived 15 minutes after they closed. I was able to catch the supervisor at the door and she told me that the tech was still there and that they could accommodate me. I was very thankful because I had driven an hour to get there and my deadline was the next day. So, thank you to the tech and the supervisor for staying later than they had to and helping me out.

I came here with a knee injury, and the staff was very accommodating in getting me a wheelchair and meeting me at the car. They got me checked in very quickly and everyone, from the receptionist to the doctor to all the nurses, made me feel well cared for and important. They took the time to truly listen to what was going on, and were very helpful with the paperwork and keeping me informed about next steps and follow ups. I wish that they could be my primary care doctor's office!

I had to get a urine test for my new job and the workers were very nice; I've been to one other urgent care Previously and they were rude and not very nice . But at Concentra they got me in an out and treated with respect privacy and smiles if I ever have a need to go there again I would without hesitation. I highly recommend them.

I stopped by to get a drug test for employment at Lowe’s and the receptionist was very nice and efficient.After a short wait the nurse led me through the drug testing procedure. Upon completion the nurse said goodbye and told me I didn’t need to check out. I thanked her and left. It was a very prompt and efficient visit. Thank you

While no one enjoys getting injured at work Margaret has been great at helping me recover in physical therapy. She is excellent at answering questions and getting you on track for recovery. The entire staff is very friendly and even though you can’t tell under the Covid masks, I’m pretty sure they’re smiling under there when they greet you.

I went in to take a drug screening test for my employer Shaws. It took about a half hour to be seen too, which was a bit longer than I hoped but it was no big deal. The main issue is that throughout the screening process, the nurse who was attending to my screening was either in a very bad mood, or sincerely thought I was a criminal and treated me as such. Not everyone who gets a drug screening is a felon! The front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

Well first Anita went above and beyond customer service was at an all time high for me there. I've been in the past and had to sit and wait for quite a while but today as in and out. Everyone was very friendly ,curtious, and again Anita was all smiles and giggles but in a very professional manner, and was very refreshing to work with.

Was going to Concentra for a work related injury. Don't normally rate Urgent Cares, but I'm specifically rating this Concentra for the physical therapist that I was seeing while I was in their care. Now, beforehand, The second time I went to PT, I had another women who scolded me for missing an appointment because I had the stomach flu. She was rude, unpleasant, and just not friendly. I've been so fed up with doctors and the whole medical system for a long time because of the ways I've been burned and she just -- UGHH. I was just so angry after having this women do my PT that I just had to request that I did not go back to see her. The other Physical Therapist that I saw, Julie, went above and beyond to take care of me, teach me things that she really didn't have to, and even gave me her card to email her if I had any questions about my fitness journey! It's NOT that hard to be friendly. Customer service is everything and this gal just blew my mind. 5+ starts for her, and 4 stars for my overall satisfaction with Concentra South Burlington, Vermont.

I was only there for a urine test. And because I was only there for a urine test I had held it purposely for that reason. When I got there I still had to wait 45 minutes before I was seen just to pee in a cup. By then I was in pain having held it so long. I feel like there should be an expedited service people only having to do something small like that.

Nurse was great wonderful woman. Doc not much personality .told me i need a c- pap machine and 3 months data to get my next physical card for driving. Nobody has provided proof i have sleeping disorder. Besides the law states that a sleep test is not required for a physical card to drive. The doc was my only problem

When at any Concentra for pre-emoloyment or random drug test the wait is hard to take, although this last time was better. Been treated poorly when getting these things done. I am a professional just doing as my company wishes per DOT/FAA and not a criminal.....that again was not the case this time but other times.

Considering the state of health care these days, I find that this organization does as well as can be expected. They are service oriented and provide good care. If you're looking for super fancy, look elsewhere, but they do a good job and many of my employees and myself have used this company with good results. It's also WAAAAAAAAY more affordable than going to the medical center or the Urgent care across from St. Mikes (UVM).
