My husband and I just built our retirement home and the builder used Viwinco windows. Thorough our years we've lived in several homes and had many different high-end windows, but Viwinco windows are by far the best windows we've ever had! Viwinco windows are quality built, sturdy and strong, and hold up well to the extremely high winds we get on the mountain. In addition to double-hung and a triple sliding patio door, Viwinco made a custom window for our home. These windows are also super easy to clean. We did have one minor issue, which was handled promptly by customer service.

Today an employee of Viwinco Windows sent Corey Baker to the home I lease to repair the windows. My landlord had these Impact windows installed before I moved in and they are great, you can't hear anything outside. As time has passed, they seem to not lock anymore and stay up when you opened them. After months of trying to get a hold of the original contractor who installed them, he stopped returning our calls/messages. My landlord had to bypass the contractor and reached out to the manufacturer instead. The next day Viwinco sent someone out. It did not take long to repair, he replaced the balancers, and adjusted all the locks. Viola, the windows are working perfectly. Very professional, super-fast, and really a nice guy. I would highly recommend this company for the High-quality windows and customer service repair department.

Recently had Viwinco windows installed in my home. One window had a bow in it. Colin Baker, the service rep came to my home within a reasonable time frame and was able to fix the window very quickly. I enclosed my back porch to a year-round room three years ago. One of my casement slider windows was cracked on arrival during shipping. My builder abandoned me, but Viwinco honored the warranty and sent me a replacement window even after three years. (Would have been sooner had I been on the ball). Very pleased with the work of Michael Hobbs and Dean Ratliff for their patience and persistence in helping me out. Thank you gentlemen!

Our builder chose Viwinco windows for our new house. I do not have issue with the quality however buyers should be aware that if you choose a color, such as bronze in single hung as I did, the screens you will get are not available in 1/2 size…only full. Very disappointed not to have a clear view out the top…especially when that view is a lake. Had I known, I would have had my builder select a different window company. The customer service person hung up on me when I expressed my opinion on not disclosing that info.

Installed Viwinco windows at our new project. The old, drafty windows on this house needed to go and the new Viwinco windows fit in seamlessly. The kitchen window is my favorite! The quality is consistently very good and the look is exactly what we wanted. Our family is in the process of renovating our shore home and the main goal was to capture as much natural light as possible and let the seashore air come in on those breezy days and nights. Needless to say, we have installed A LOT of windows! I have previously installed Viwinco windows in my house and I wanted to use their product again. Viwinco has surpassed our expectations in the design as well as quality. Our construction has taken place during prime vacation time at the beach and our family has engaged countless visitors to the area, neighbors and passersby that are immediately drawn to the beauty of the windows and how they make our house stand out from all the rest. We had a failure of one of our windows almost immediately after it was installed by a contractor. We eventually got in touch with Viwinco about a replacement. We had an initial communication failure with Jonathan, who forgot to get back to us. However, after I reached out again a few weeks later, he was very apologetic. They got the new glass ordered for us, and Jim came out to install it. He did a great job and even asked if there was anything else he could look at while he was out our house. I asked him a question about a window his company didn't manufacture, and he took the time to explain an answer for me. In business, mistakes and failures happen. But good customer service makes things right.

I have a house full of hurricane impact windows with a lifetime warranty. We live on the coast of NC and been through several hurricanes in the past several years with minor issues. I've dealt with the Viwinco customer service rep. in my area, Brad Hogan, who always answered the phone, is completely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We installed new construction double hung windows made by viwinco in 2014-2015 and these are the nicest vinyl windows I have seen to date. They look as good today as they did the day they were installed including our 11 foot wide, 3 panel bay window. Undoubtedly will be installing these windows when we remodel our new home this coming year. Great quality.

I've had a house full of Viwinco windows for about 10 years. over the past year or so there were 4-5 that developed seal failures. Customer service was fantastic. about three weeks to get the replacements (easy to install). Tammy was GREAT! she even drove to my house to help with a couple of additional issues. All of this under lifetime warranty.

Ordered 4 new custom size Ocean View single hung windows at a reasonable price for our new detached garage. The insulated impact glass was a must-have for here in Florida near the coast. Was surprised at how quickly they were delivered through our local dealer. Had a minor issue with a couple sash balances that were reversed somehow and minor damage to a screen, but the area rep for Viwinco, Colin Baker, came by and promptly rectified the issues. My husband and I replaced all of our windows with Viwinco impact glass windows. We've already noticed a difference in them providing better insulation and sound proofing. We had an issue with getting a few of our windows to close all the way to lock right after we had them installed, but Colin Baker (a Viwinco sales rep) responded quickly to our issue and came out to inspect the problem explaining why it does that sometimes when the windows are brand new. He showed us how to open/close them while they were being "broken in" and also lubricated the windows for easy opening/closing. Great customer service and great quality windows. I would definitely recommend these windows.

One of my Viwinco windows had to be replaced under warranty because the seal leaked. Sales Representative - Johnathan Saeger did an outstanding job to help with getting the replacement. He is very professional and explains in detail what work will be done. He is very neat in appearance and when he came to our home he took his shoes off at the front door so to not track any dirt into our home. He made certain the replacement fit properly and cleaned up after working. Johnathan make me feel confident that I do not have to worry about my Viwinco windows. He is awesome at what he does and a really nice friendly fella.

Collin Baker came through again! We had an issue with a locking mechanism on one of our sliders - he was in the area, stopped by and fixed it. He said that piece isn't typically a warranty item, however, he didn't bat and eye or ask for payment - he fixed it (both of them) within minutes. He also is helping with another issue that's not technically "his" issue to own .... but, regardless ... his superior customer service is second to none! The quality of the windows and doors is exceptional. And so is Collin's customer service! Very pleased with the customer service that Collin provided. And with in one hour of my contacting him over the phone, he was at our site fixing the problem. We have been trying to get this issue fixed for about three weeks, he was able to resolve it in about 10 minutes. He very knowledgeable of the product. And is very easy to work with, he explained everything and make sure that we understood and didn’t have any other questions before he left. He offered his service and knowledge to us anytime moving forward.

We replaced the original aluminum triple trac windows in our home with Viwinco vinyl units. This included a bow window that we now can actually open as well as two patio sliders and a decorative eyebrow window over the patio door in the family room. We were quite pleased with the quality construction and the ability to tilt the windows for easy and safe cleaning. Recently we experienced issues with the sliding pstio door screens and one window screen. Marissa from customer service was quick to respond to my phone message. This impressed me as we were at the beginning of the COVID-19 Shutdown that relocated office personnel to work from home. Everything was handled and delivery was coordinated through their local distributor, Universal Supply. You won't go wrong giving these windows and doors a look.

Viwinco went from 1 to 5 and I am a tough grader. I bought Viwinco as a way to support a Pennsylvania based company. I did encounter a few issues with my windows however, as with any product, issues may happen. What makes Viwinco a 5 is how they value me as a customer and how the issue was handled. Viwinco’s regional management jumped in to help expedite the solution. Customer service did a great job of coordinating the order and the salesman Jonathan was fantastic at installing the new parts ensuring everything was perfect as he took the time to explain the details of the repair process. He was respectful and courteous the entire time. This is the type of service you only get from a company that stands behind their name and values their customers. Take it from someone who is a tough grader, Viwinco’s products, service and support sets them apart from the competition. The U.S. needs more companies like Viwinco.

Bought two patio doors including one about ten feet wide with four panels. The assembly instructions were a little lacking, but between videos online and the instructions included, we managed pretty well. Not a beginner’s project. The initial quality is quite good and these are pretty good doors overall and a good value. I would recommend Viwinco patio doors but would suggest professional installation. SeanH

Viwinco stands by their products. I had an issue with my Oceanview windows that was NOT Viwinco's fault. Someone ordered the incorrect hardware so I called the rep, Brad Hogan. Brad's immediate response was "of course I'll help you". Not only did he help rectify the issue, he stopped by several times to ensure all is good. On top of that, my windows held up like a champ to hurricane Florence. 120MPH wind and flying debris for a solid 2 days with no window failures. Other homes experienced a breach and ended up with a total interior gut job. So in my opinion, Viwinco is the ONLY choice and stands unchallenged by any competitors. Bottom line: Quality: 5 stars Customer Service: 5++ stars for Brad and the factory support team.

We built our home a little over 5 years ago and love our Viwinco vinyl windows. They are beautifully made, so easy to clean and still look brand new! This past week I noticed that the upper sash of the window in the laundry room look a bit foggy so I contacted Viwinco through their website to ask about a replacement sash and much to my surprise I received a phone call from Tammy the next day asking for a picture of the warranty information and the window. She responded to my email within minutes of receipt to let me know a new sash would arrive in two weeks! Honestly I planned to pay to replace the sash. Just over two years ago we had 38 new Viwinco windows installed in our house during a residing project. Around the one year mark we noticed a seal failure on a second story fixed window. I worked with my contractor and the Viwinco Rep Jonathan Saeger to reach a happy resolution. The story is complicated given where and how the windows were originally ordered....but the bottom line is this...Jonathan honored the lifetime glass warranty and even the labor which was no longer covered. He made sure the glass was made correctly to fit with the attached half moon window above. Jonathan personally installed the new window even though he was under no obligation to do so....and this was a more challenging window to install. I don’t know how to judge the quality of the windows....time will tell. I can say the customer service has been great to date and Jonathan was a very nice person to work with.

The Myrtle Beach area representative is Zander McLain, a true professional. He readily solved all the issues with the windows without hesitation. He even volunteered to assist me in installing the wide flat casing trim I ordered for the large front window. His actions reflect very favorably on Viwinco and their products.

We experienced excellent customer service from representative Jonathon Saeger! He went above and way beyond our expectations. A large picture window failed after 7 years. He drove from 1.5 hours to our home and measured to ensure a correct fit. He returned with the window and helped us install on another day. 3 trips to our house! WOW! They have a nice lock system and the build quality seems to be substantial . Local, Value & quality sold us on Viwinco. We used an authorized installer, Madison Kelly contractors in Plymouth meeting PA. The install was extremely professional and the custom windows fit perfectly .

We love our Viwinco Windows. First of all they are beautiful windows and extremely soundproof and airtight. They are Low E Argon with a reflective tint to reflect the sunlight in the summer helping with cooling and absorbs heat in the winter helping with keeping the house warm. This is a great window company. They definitely give you a fantastic value for the price compared to larger window manufacturers who are EXTREMELY overpriced such as Pella and Anderson. Compare the warranty on these windows to those other windows and you will find they offer you a lot more than their competitors. The lifetime warranty is for parts and glass only and doesn't include labor after one year as it states in their literature. So if you expected more you were lied to by your contractor. I have noticed that most of the complaints and bad reviews come from improperly installed products. Glass seal failure is a fairly common occurrence within the window industry. All companies deal with it and most WILL NOT give you glass for free nor cover the labor. I would definitely recommend Viwinco to anyone who wants a great window or door!

He installed it and gave me a replacement part in case the latch was to ever break again. I really appreciate his service, your fabulous warranty and will recommend you to anyone who asks. I had some window sashes develop a fogging between the panes. I contacted Viwinco via FB messenger on a Sunday and they responded in an hour. The next day I got a call from the local representative and my issues were resolved. Great customer service.

We just built a new home that we decided to go as energy efficient as possible. The winters in Ohio can be very cold and windy. When we researched various window companies Viwinco came up and we decided on the OceanView product. Not only are they built well, once they were installed the sound deadening quality was wonderful, especially living close to train tracks. The representatives we worked with in our area were great and very helpful. As we are getting older we also decided on the OceanView line for security purposes as well as energy efficiency, and we feel it was well worth the extra cost in the long run. We just can't say enough good things about this "Made in the USA" product and highly recommend them to others who are considering new or replacement windows. It is also worth your time to watch the videos that they have on their website to get a better idea on how these windows are made and tested.

UPDATE October 2018: All fixed and I have to add that in my humble opinion this is one of the best slider doors on the market. When we took the old door off to fix the glass the rollers were still super smooth. The frame was perfectly fine after 8 years of usage with two dogs going in and out constantly. We updated our lock set and that is built to last too! The staff at VIwinco went out of their way to help us out, very good people and I thank them. UPDATE July 2018: I have changed my review to 5 stars. We eventually worked this out with VIwinco and they are helping us fix the door. They stand by their products. The door was always built like a tank, it's why I bought it originally. I will gladly fix this door frame with new glass and a new lockset. Unfortunately I think my poor communications and follow - up with the company are mostly to blame for it taking this long. My wife eventually made some calls and stuck to it.
