Ropes course was lots more fun and challenging that I thought it might be. This place is only a couple miles from where I live and I am glad I finally took the opportunity to spend some time in the trees. Staff was great.

My son and I went ziplining, we did the short course. Though we were both terrified - it was extremely exhilarating! Brandon and Briggs were awesome instructors, and were also patient with me with each line as I was not able to get the courage to lift my feet to go 😳(I was too scared). Highly recommend visiting!

Our family went to visit Kid Zip in Asheville and we had a blast. I ended up getting the season pass for a year because the kids loved it so much. We've also experienced the TreeTops adventure park. The obstacles also a lot of fun for kids and adults. Good times! Go visit them!

Good place to hit some mountain bike trails . Some trails were under construction for some Halloween thing. Would of been just as well to block those off so people wouldn't ride though and get confused . My rental wasn't back in time so was upgraded to an ebike. No complaints.

Great experience for groups, either family or company groups on a retreat. This was my 1st time. And some parts were harder then I thought but I got through it. They have levels of course (easy-difficult) you can take kids too! My daughter is 13 and can go on the bigger zipline. A fun experience!! I would definitely recommend! (They even do "Amazing Race" type set ups for larger groups .

There is not alot to do on the practice trip but once you learn it the treetop adventure looks like alot of fun. Make sure to use a promo code because it's bit pricey.

We had a GREAT experience! We took our 2 boys (ages 7 and 13) and had an absolute blast. This place is well organized, clean, and very welcoming. The staff was super professional, friendly, and accommodating, especially Jordan! I highly recommend the Tree Tops adventure course. It has something for everyone, including adults. We definitely plan to go back on our next visit to Asheville!

This was our first time ziplining and we picked the absolute best place. We were with a big group, so split us up,the. Gave each of us clear instructions and safety guidelines. Their nature preserve is stunning and our Guide, Tate, was so knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. Tate keep us safe, shared great stories and made us laugh. I have a little fear of heights but everyone made us feel so comfortable. The scenery while ziplining is just beautiful.

Excellent experience, great team and the staff is super friendly, helpful and kind. Lauren Brown did a fantastic job in answering all of our questions from day 1 patiently and she is was always open to new demands. Before going to Adventure Center of Ashville Camp we visited few other sites, these guys were totally different in everything! totally recommend them and you won't be regret! We are now already planning on the next year's camp with them. We absolutely love this place!!!

This place is pretty amazing. My 9 year old did the KidZip. It was his first experience with zip lining and he was a bit hesitant at first. Our Ranger was Jordan and she was amazing with the children in his group. After a short class on how to operate the course he was off and flying. 2 full hours of fun. After a few runs he was so confident and smiling the whole time. Will definitely be back and experience the other fun options at the center.

This is a great place if you have never zip lined. The guys made it safe and comfortable and lots of fun. Beware the corny jokes.

Fun for the whole family! I was with mine and a few friends last time I was here. Each course has a different difficulty level ranging from baby mode to hardcore professional type stuff! They are all extremely fun and the harder they are, the scarier it is. It is also a good workout. I was sore after this! One of the most fun experiences I've had in a while. If you do it with a partner, I'd say it's also a good bonding experience. After all thst is said and done, they sell merchandise and frozen custard. Eating frozen custard after a long climb is really refreshing.

The staff were very professional and safety oriented. I loved the way they help the climbers work through difficult obstacles with suggestions and encouragement. My sons enjoyed the challenge of the black course. Great family activity.

We had a great time! We took a group of corporate customers as part of an educational retreat. The location was perfect-just a few minutes from the downtown hotels. The trip was run very smoothly from start to finish. Our two guides, West and Trent were perfect hosts and took our folks from nervous first time zippers to cannonballing high adventure heroes in no time at all! My very favorite part of the whole trip was when our most nervous participant smiled from ear-to-ear coming into the last platform! She was so proud of herself for conquering her fear and having fun while doing it. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a blast on the zip lines. Our instructors, Jordan and Trent, were awesome and a ton of fun! It’s always refreshing to be around people who work great together and truly enjoy where they work. I would highly recommend booking the Asheville Zipline Adventure. If at all possible, I would recommend these two take you around because they will make sure you have fun the entire time. Jordan was also super helpful in recommending restaurants and other activities while we were visiting Asheville from central Pennsylvania.

I HIGHLY recommend this place!! This past summer we did the white water rafting and zip lining combo. This package included Lunch. I was expected a hot dog, or mediocre burger, nope, this lunch was amazing!!! I would go there for the lunch alone! The staff was great! I loved everything about our experience. If we ever travel back that way... I will do it again!!!

Took our (just turned) 8 year old today to the kid zip area and we had a great time! Reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. Small enough where our son wasn't too scared to get started but big enough to still challenge him to conquer some of his fears. Needless to say, by the end he was ziplining and letting go to put his hands out. There were other areas of the park we will definitely try next time we come to Asheville. Highly recommend!

My teen children and I did the zip lining with Donovan and Brandon this week. What great fun! I was very nervous but our guides helped me gain confidence safely and they were so supportive and funny. We were only in town for a few days so when another zip line company cancelled our reservation due to inclement weather, we were thrilled and relieved to be able to come to Adventure Center of Asheville. Thanks for staying open and showing us a great time! Also loved the Covid safety protocols in place.

Did the tree top adventure. Really had a fun time. Everyone in my group enjoyed it (and many talked about coming back). Their smart safety system makes you feel quite secure. They have a variety of trials with a wide range of difficulty from super easy for kids (purple) up to so hard it’ll leave you exhausted and sore for days (black).

I brought a group of high school seniors who all found some thing at the right level of challenge for themselves. They loved zip lining, Climbing, and some of the creative thinking needed to complete the courses. The adventure center was also very accommodating for students who wanted to remain on the ground, and they were able to add a few tickets to our group at the last minute. Great service. Very fun.

Just took a group of 28 middle schoolers to the Treetops Park and we had a great time. Some of the kids were nervous, some were jubilant, and a few were quite scared. The Treetops staff helped guide and talk the scared kids through the course. The kids kept going back through and doing different courses. According to parents, they kept on talking about it into the night once they got home as well. Great trip!

I chaperoned a group of 25 high school freshmen on a recent trip and they all had a marvelous time. The students most enjoyed the teambuilding we did in the morning part of our session and found the facilitators engaging and attentive. Students also felt empowered to challenged themselves on the ropes course in the afternoon; even students who had vehemently claimed they wouldn't do it still tried at least one level. The more experienced students also delighted in the variety of obstacles and challenges awaiting them. I would definitely take a group here again.

Always feels safe and easy. I’ve worked with their group sales rep multiple times who always does a great job guiding me through showing friends and family what my town is about. My kids love testing their limits there, and I feel confident about them doing so here.

We decided to do the kids zipline course with our 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter and it was the best family activity we have done. The kids enjoyed the course so much they did it 4 times. The guides and instructors were great and we are planning to come back to do the obstacle course. I would highly recommend this as a family activity.

Scheduling our group was easy with Sarah! We needed to make changes and her grace, comfort and professionalism were high! We all (15 kids/parents) loved our experience! My first time on a zipline and I loved it! I was especially impressed by the safety standards at the Adventure Center. They took time for a training session to ensure all participants could demonstrate basic skills. ANY time a participation was up high, he/she was securely tethered by at least one (usually more) line to a strong cable. But our guides weren’t all business. Their jokes, stories, and little dance/demonstrations added greatly to the super fun experience. So go, zip, laugh and know you are in very safe hands.

Tons of fun, great for 6 year olds, 10 year Olds, or thirty somethings. Good variety of courses, not too crowded, staff is really friendly and safe without being pushy. Happy with the covid precautions. The price is a little high at $50 a person, but I feel like I got my money's worth. Definitely want to come back

We came to Asheville to celebrate my husband’s 50th and a cousin reunion. We had 15 cousins from all over the NorthEast with ages ranging from 6-50. Adventure Center and their staff - especially Sarah Dickson- did a great job of helping us organize this trip. We did the TreeTops Adventure and everyone was able to have an amazing time. The courses are set up for ages and ability (and courage if you went on the highest courses) so even the little kids had their own course to play on. The instructors were great and patient and helped make the day fun and easy to get around. It was a covid world when we went and masks were worn and there were hand sanitizer stations and staff throughout making sure everyone was safe. I would definitely recommend this park for whole families of all ages and abilities. We will be talking about this trip at every other reunion we have. Thank you Sarah for working with us!

Donovan and Brandon are absolutely fabulous! They were our adult zipline guides, and they made our 3 hr tour such a great time! They were enthusiastic and fun. Some of the people in our group were a little apprehensive about the heights, but it wasn't long at all before everyone was laughing, smiling, and having an amazing experience. We have also brought children to the children's zipline park and treetop experience. It's also incredible. There are plenty of staff to help the kids of every age, and in the treetop experience, there are so many fun things to do--a zipline plane flight, rope bridge, ...just adorable stuff up in the trees (slides, tunnels, climbing net, etc). I highly recommend it.

Such an entertaining place!! Had a great time. The courses are challenging but doable and that’s what keeps it fun. The only two downsides in my opinion were that 1. It only lasts 2 hours and starts from when you watch a video and do the whole harness thing, so you lose time to actually be up on the trees and 2. I’ve been to other adventure parks and they sell/rent gloves because the courses have elements where you need to hold onto a rope or cable. I asked for them but they don’t sell/rent or even suggest you to bring your own. My hands were really hurting afterwards. Anyways, I’d recommend it!!

We had a blast on the Treetops Adventure Course! Our group of five ranged in age from 7 to 37 and everyone was able to find a course to suit their level of adventure and ability. The rangers are helpful from the ground when needed.

Our group was staying downtown and this place was super close. There were several guys who had never done any zipline stuff before, but the staff was so helpful and friendly. If we had more time we would have rented some bikes for the bike park. Just a great place to play and feel like a kid again.

If you want a quick outdoor adventure and you do not want to drive too far from Asheville, the Adventure Center might be perfect for you. I have done both the treetop and the zip lining experiences, and found the staff to be friendly and attentive.

Our family came to the Asheville area from Virginia for a long weekend in an effort to change up our scenery and give our kids something to look forward to because we had been under our stay-at-home order since mid-March. We decided to do the ziplining tour at Asheville Adventure Center because it gave us a chance to do something as a family outside and it was an activity the kids were really excited about. The folks at Asheville Adventure Center were amazing. Very friendly, with a great customer service attitude. We had our safety training with Jeff, whom I think is the owner, and our ziplining guides were Brandon and Donovan. They were terrific. Very low stress, but also very focused on safety and procedure. We had a very nice time talking with them over the two hours and we can't say enough about how much they added to our enjoyment of the experience. During the ziplining, we all had to wear facemasks because it was not possible to always stay six feet apart during time on the tree platforms but it was not too much of a bother and it actually ended up keeping my face warm because it was cool and breezy up in the trees. We highly recommend this company and will come back to do another activity with them the next time we come to Asheville!

Our group of 8 had an amazing time on the Zipline adventure. Our guides Marz and Donovan were great. They were extremely knowledgeable and eased some of our groups anxiety before beginning. They start you on some smaller lines before moving on to the bigger and better ones. They are also hilarious and had some killer one liners, they are sure to make you laugh. We had a great time and would definitely do it again. If you're apprehensive at all about doing this don't be, by the end, our most apprehensive person was just as eager as everyone else to get to zipping!!!

My girlfriend and I did a few different obstacle courses in the trees. We had a LOT of fun! If you enjoy a challenge and pushing yourself this is a great activity. Unless you are afraid of heights.

Home Team Handyman Service

A lot of fun for the whole family. The price for the adventure was cheap compared to other parks we've been to and the instructors were great. Hated having to wear a mask though which took away from the fun. Every time my mask would slip off slightly I was scolded but I guess that's where were at right now. All in all it was well worth it. Side note: Asheville has changed folks. Don't go downtown unless you're wearing a mask, even outside. The hippies run the show and will cuss you out for walking outside without one. I will NEVER go to downtown Asheville again

We did the Treetops Adventure Park. It's a fair price for what it is (a climbing course). You'll only get 1.5 hours to climb, as there is a large group of strangers with you also getting suited up and climbing on 5 courses - you'd be lucky to get in more than 2 courses, if you have small children. We were on our 3rd course when time expired, but the staff is very friendly and allowed us to finish. The staff is top notch! And, yes, you'll likely want to shower after the course, before heading to other things. We'll go again, but we were expecting to be able to zipline too, as part of this experience. Maybe next time!

Spent the day here and loved every minute! The ziplining was amazing, and our guides Brandon and Marz made every second enjoyable. I want to come back again and hopefully zip with those guides! You hand break here, instead of the automatic, which I actually prefer because I feel I have more control. The guides signal you when you need to break, and whether to break harder or softer. Loved every moment!

I booked the treetop adventure for me and my son who is 6 1/2 years old. I was more worried about myself than about him. Once we arrived it was obvious that all safety precautions were taken, the staff was professional and friendly, there was plenty of shade and water on site. I truly recommend this experience if you’re in Asheville.

My 9 year old son and I had a blast with the ropes courses. We did the Green course and the Yellow course twice. Yellow is quite challenging but a lot of fun (it even has a zipline!). The overall experience was treetastic - we'll be getting season passes when they become available. Brian and Caleb (sp?) were great and handled people of all experience levels like true pros. I never write reviews, but I can't recommend this enough.

We take campers there every year for the ropes courses. The staff is friendly and they have different levels of courses for kids and adults. It's also very convenient to Asheville so location wise it's better than other spots.

Went on the zip line tour.. it was alright.. it wasn't anything special. You basically go over a golf course and you maybe do like 10 zips but there not long at all. They say it's a 3 hour ordeal but for about an hour your learning and another hour sitting around waiting for people to go ahead of you.. 100% not worth $90..that is an insane amount of money for what you get.. I don't know what else they have there but just don't be fooled about the zipline. Oh! The instructors were awesome tho.. so that's why I gave it 3 stars.

Despite the chaos of guests checking in the office staff was very well imformed on status of the weather. They were able to activly watch multiple weather raders and and lightning meter to make sure we don't go zap-lining. Good Job office team!

I recommend the Zipline tour. 11 zips and 3 suspended bridges, with a great view of downtown Asheville. The bike park and Treetops park are pretty cool too.
