Super nice guy running the place. When I got there, there were a few people agead of me. He said about 5 minutes a peron which was pretty accurate. Very professional and super nice, highly recommended!

Did my wife's fingerprint here today, it doesn't look like an office, but the guy doing the fingerprint service is super nice and very efficient. there was a line when we get there but we were first in line, in and out within 5 minutes. sufficient parking space behind the building.

Went there at around 4:30 pm - they are open until 5. It was pretty busy but i only had to wait 10-15 minutes and fingerprinting was done fast. Kevin, the owner was SUPER nice, patient and worked as fast as possible to get all the people fingerprinted. Highly recommend this place! I registered and paid online so that made things go even faster.

I don't know why the bad reviews. This place is awesome. There wasn't a long wait, 10-15 minutes at most. The guy was really friendly and made nice conversation. He said what I did was important work and congratulated me on my new job :) Thanks so much!

I personally left early because, I forgot to register. It was slow but I don't imagine its a fast process so expect to wait about 30-45 minute wait. The gentleman there was extremely polite, nice, and understanding, was also really getting work done.

The guy who has worked here both times I have had to come is so nice. Only had to wait for one person to finish. He is efficient and friendly. If I ever have to get fingerprints again, I will definitely come back here ! Fyi: walk in only (no appointments)

The guy who worked there was super friendly and got me in and out quick once it was my turn. I didn’t give 5 stars ⭐️ because it’s hot in the waiting room, the building looks like a house and isn’t the nicest looking place. You’d be surprised that this is a place that does fingerprints because it doesn’t look like it at all 😂 I also wish they had a line procedure because people will try to cut you since you just wait in a waiting room with no numbers or anything.

Make sure you get there early. They are the best in the business and because of that they are always busy. Took about 35 minutes from walk in to walk out. I will absolutely go back for any and all of my fingerprinting needs.

I went in there without an appointment after 2 pm. They have split hours and are closed between noon and 2 pm. The place was busy, but the lady and her son working there were very nice, polite and efficient. They knew what they were doing and despite the wait, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice place. The owner let me know how the state has cut their profit margins to ridiculous levels and they struggle... sad to hear... support this local business. They did a great job on my digital and wet prints.

They have a long line during lunch hours. They dont open until the afternoon. Count on about a 30 min wait or more. Once you're in, it's quick.

There was a very long line around the building but everyone was mindful of social distancing. The gentleman doing the fingerprints was very nice, professional, and made sure he did his job correctly and didn't rush anyone

Update; Very nice! They had a large clientele and we're extremely efficient and friendly. I highly recommend. They also did a great job! (Nice running store walking distance, with Brooks, Hola, Saucony, Asics, MORE!)

This is a great place to get fingerprinting, fast and very pleasant. Easy to clean hands afterwards with lots of cleaning solutions. The nice owner even let me come late because I was running behind since I had to get to bank before going over. I would never go anywhere else.

I did not catch the lady's name that does the fingerprinting, anyhow she is VERY nice, I was in and out in no time at all even with others ahead of me. Highly recommend this location if you have to have fingerprints done

They never answer the phone. I have made 2 trips up there, 1st time I didn't know they had split schedule and 2nd time there machine wasn't working the sign said come back "might be working by 1030" I wasn't going to wait around for and hour and a half and they won't answer to see if it's working. Now I need to still go and get the fingerprints done, I don't want to make a 3rd trip for nothing. When I did finally get in and every thing was working, the lady was very nice and I was in and out. It did smell like an ash tray and I had my 5 month old with me so I was glad to get out of there fast.

Oh my gosh this lady is the first lady to open a fingerprinting place over thirty years ago. She is adorable and spunky. Mad respect for her. She got me in and out super fast. She rocks. It's just a hole in the wall business but it's awesome. Went there to get my concealed carry prints done for my app and they got to where they needed to be before I'd even gotten the rest of the process done.they're on top of it there!

Busy at the time I went, but the employee worked quickly and also let me know that as a veteran, I could get a copy to submit for my concealed carry licence. She even gave me directions and address of the office to submit the fingerprints for the license.

Not super fancy, but got the job done. Only one employee so, plan accordingly 30 mins or more. I came a few times before and they were closed and later saw that they take a really long lunch 12:45pm-2:00pm. So, take that into account as well.

Old-school business with long mid-day closures, rigid rules posted on dated signs throughout the building and on the door (including an American Flag themed "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone."). A slightly rough, impatient acting woman taking fingerprints. "Get off my lawn!!" kind of woman. I'd have gone elsewhere if I had a choice. BUT the fingerprinting was FAST and easy and digital so no ink on hands.
