I attended a very busy day, so granted, it was gonna take a little while to be seen. The staff was amazing and providing updates for all the patients as we all went through this very busy time for Concentra. The staff also provided some snacks and drinks while we waited. I was there to get a full physical for my current place of employment which included a vision test, hearing test, physical abilities test and pre employment screening. This took a couple different people to conduct and seemed to go smoothly and without error. When it was my turn to be seen, each and every staff member I seen was pleasantly helpful and explained in detail what was going on. Great visit! Thanks Concentra. 👊🏼 Kudos to the tall guy that worked the front desk for the way he handled the situation. It could have been a bad experience as a customer, but the A-team was present and took care of business 👍🏼👍🏼

Arrived toward the end of clinic hours. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Walters was thorough and personable. As an RN with 40 years of experience I felt I received care that was tailored to my individual needs and professionally provided. My PCP did not want to treat me because I had a cough; this clinic takes it’s mission to provide care to the community seriously. I will use this clinic again.

I thought all the staff were extremely courteous and friendly, i was there for a screening but while in the lobby my nose wouldn’t stop bleeding I’ve recently had to get back on blood thinners and the dry climate out here is brutal on my skin and a few of them were genuinely concerned and even brought the MD out and she gave me A little foam nose clamp that will help in a pinch no pun intended. I just thought that’s was pretty rad they didn’t have to help me I wasn’t there for anything related to that but could tell they were just kind folks.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon needing a physical required for employment. I informed them I needed to be out by 5pm. They processed my check in quickly. Did my physical. The entire staff was so helpful and kind. I walked out exactly at 5pm. Extremely happy with their service

Several company members had to go get tested for reasonable suspicion. I was greeted warmly, by nice front staff and since I'd never been part of such, they were very helpful. The MA who conducted the test was just as courteous and helpful. While no one likes the inconvenience, this Concentra location's staff members were EXCELLENT! 👍

Nice and courteous staff! The only downside I would say is the long wait times to get in and do your physical, provide your urine sample and to be taken care of to be on your way. It takes about 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get everything completed. But at the same rate if you want something done right sometimes you can’t rush the process! Overall very nice, helpful staff and nice place to go!

For the most part, I was well taken care of. There were two incidents that were unacceptable and I did complain in order to have them addressed. Staff is usually friendly, place is pretty clean, and don’t be afraid to ask if they have any juice after a blood draw. Other than that, glad I came here to be taken care of!

Went in to Concentra on the 9th with a head injury from work and was immediately seen and taken to a room. They cleaned the wound and put 4 staples in my head in less than an hour. Doctor Lisa did an amazing job!

My appointment was at 0800, was called about 0910. Blood tech trainee had to call someone to draw blood. When I took my hearing test I could hear people walking around and talking. When I saw the doctor she put down what she wanted to put down and it seemed like she ignored what I told her. She said I had a loss in normal speech range, whatever that is because I understood everything she said. But the rest of the staff was very friendly and nice. Hopefully I won't have to go back but if I do well then I hope they an experienced doctor there to see me.

Not sure why Google says that at 8 AM it’s not too busy as there was a line around the building already and it is almost 1 PM and we’re still not done. It took 4 hours until we were called back. The staff is friendly and as other comments say it is clean. Others waiting did advise this location is a shorter wait than the others. With that said I guess any time slot means plan for half to a full day at this location

I had to go in here twice in two days for a DOT Physical, alcohol, and drug test. The staff appears knowledgeable in their jobs and are pleasant to deal with. The facility is clean and up to date. Wait time was a little long, but to their credit, they were very busy. I have no problems coming back to this location.

The staff is very professional. They try their best to keep things moving in a timely manner. They inform you of about how long it’s going to take to get you seen. The staff that takes you back and takes a drug screen sample or helps with a DOT physical are very nice. Some of us go there for a physical and our BP goes up they are very understanding and helpful.

The staff were fantastic, Miss Skyler (spelling?) was particularly exceptional! The Doc was swift & efficient. The only negative was the program for entering medical history. I entered my history using my phone as instructed. Then it did not save, so Miss Skyler went through & entered everything with me on their system. Again it did not save, so the Doctor had to spend time to repeat all the questions & answer them a third time... maybe a hardware/software upgrade is in order??? I suggest you plan to be there a while when you visit...

I needed some lab work while in town and came here for it. The day I went it was a little busy and one of the workers came around and offered everyone a snack for the wait. He was personally apologizing to everyone and saying the Dr.'s will be with you as soon as they can and sorry for the longer wait times. I have never seen a medical facility do that before. I work in health care and I was really impressed with that. Everyone there in the office was so friendly and very pleasant also.If I lived here full time I would definitely return for any of my health care needs to this place. I was highly impressed and pleased with the services I received here. 5 stars for sure!

Overall the workers and staff were very nice and respectful. There were only two things that I had a mild issue with. The girl that measured my height said I measured at 5'8" I told her that wasn't correct. It bothered me enough to where I measured myself when I got home. I actually didn't take it too personal, but I am 5'9.5. The second thing was the wait time in the exam room, but other than that it was a good experience. Thank you

It was a nice clean place, the female who tended to me was very friendly. However, there was an elderly man who seemed inpatient, the female at the front desk mentioned it to the male who was next to her. This very huge guy calls up this tiny old man and starts to ask if he wanted to leave, the timing couldn't be better because the nurse took him to the back. The two individuals talked about him and shook their heads as if they were annoyed. My experience was great, but makes me wonder if anything was said or done behind my back.

Had to do a UA before I could go back to work after an injury at work. I went in, filled out the paperwork, and was seen almost immediately. The staff there are very efficient and professional. I would highly recommended the place for your care.

I first went to Concentra on the wrong side. The singer street side. But they were very nice and told me to go to the other side of the building. When I got there the receptionist was very nice and the wait was not long. I don't know how long I had to wait, cause I had my novel and time seems to fly when I'm caught up in my book. Although I had a very nice visit and everyone was courteous! Thank you!

The nurses were great! But when I first arrived the ladies at the front desk said my overall wait time from start to end would be 2 hours. After sitting 2 hours and watching numerous people pass me, I went to the front to see when my turn would be. They said "soon", ok.. so I sat back down and was called 3 people later. My overall time there was 3 and a half hours. Nurses were great, I was juggled around by 3. I just wish the estimated waiting time could have been more accurate.

Must have been there at the right time. Only 3-4 people in the waiting room. Everything was done efficiently. I gave my urine donation for a pre-employment drug screen and was out in maybe a half hour or so. Very satisfied.

The staff was great. I had a student from Pima that did most of my exams, along with blood draws. And she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and skillful and took pride in her work. The wait was about three hours which was understandable being that there was only one provider there. Thanks a lot!

Other than the wait time which is normal for an Urgent Care and occupational injury care site, I had a great experience! The MA was wonderful and the Dr friendly and helpful ... they filled my Rx immediately and took me right back to physical therapy.

I was told it would take 2 hours from check in to check out because they were particularly busy that day. Even with all the commotion they met that time and I appreciate how efficient and friendly the staff was. I had to follow up with a chest x ray and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Treated nicely . Although they weren’t able to help me completely. So I was sent to UNM and had to wait almost 8 hours for stitches on a finger that was that they considered near amputation. They treated my wound as best they could, but not having the right staff almost cost me a finger. No fault to the staff that was there. They did the best they could with what they had.

Attentive staff, pleasant and professional nurse Kim and Dr. Love. Office was clean, well-stocked Keurig and plenty of bottled water, ample seating. The restrooms were well-stocked with paper towels and soap, and were clean. Only minor criticism: this place is BUSY! Had appointment set for 8AM and walked through the door at 7:57AM and encountered a slew of folks already waiting. Warned by receptionist that it would take 90-120 minutes; walked out the door at 10:11AM. Overall experience was good, however.

Very good, but the wait time can be horrible. Plan on 2 hours or more depending on what you need. Staff is friendly, just the wait times. So you make an appointment for like 9AM, I wasn't seen in till 9:45AM. Then I was there for 2.5 hours total with an added service. So don't plan stuff close if you in a hurry.

This place never disappoints. Been going here annually for the past three years for my corporate hearing exam. Friendly staff, in and out in no time. They know their stuff, never ask for info they shouldn’t. Even though the waiting room is always packed when I go, my wait is always minimal. Keep up the good work!

Came here in a lot of pain . lower back, saw Dr and was sent to physical therapy, FRIST day I left in tears, but as I came back and did what they asked of me , not only at therapy but at home, the pain was less and before I knew it was gone no pain , I want to thank the amazing staff for their hard work and patience . very happy and healthy again u guys r great

Went there for DOT physical. They got paperwork right which is better than where I went last year. Only issues were Form Fox, it kept loading pop ups on my phone. Very unprofessional, I blame Form Fox but please stop using it. Also some redundancy in filling out forms. Dr was good and staff was efficient and friendly.

Well, this was the first time i had to go there as long as I've been with APS. Hopefully won't be goin back. Drs. Nurses and staff were very nice polite and helpful. 2nd visit to get stiches out i did have to wait an hour for Dr to come in to say, looks good and sent nurse in to take stiches out. I go back tomorrow for final follow up visit.

I have been a WC patient here now for 4 months. Dr Vigil is excellent, a great communicator, as is the P/T staff. Dr Wallace is the BOMB for pain management.......the front desk is always kind and friendly. I am happy with my experience, despite the fact I am dealing with so many appts a week with torn rotator cuff. I would recommend them.....

My first visit was half a star if even that, due to the provider seeing me ingnoring my cries of pain on my right hand. The provider said my hand was fine and to not worry about it. Luckily the 2nd visit was a complete 360, the provider ordered x-rays after repeating my complaint and determined I had a fracture!. I am now scheduled for right metacarpal surgery and on my way to recovery!.

Went into Concentra at 10:30am in New Mexico. Was told that it would be 2 to 2 and half hours due to all the steps that had to take with my pre-placement process for working at a job. It took almost 5 hours before I could leave. I also had to drive back home, which was an 11 hour drive so I didn’t get home until around 4am. Staff was friendly, but the time it took me to go from one step to another took way too long.

Used Concentra (at 3811 Commons Ave) to have my annual HAZWOPER physical performed. they are EXTREMELY courteous and got me through the very lengthy physical in under 3 hours, which is great for the number of tests needed to be performed. I had to return a few days later to have one test evaluated and they got me in and out. Great location, clean and efficient!

Updated review: The care I received is still 5 star. But what made me edit my 5 star review to 3 star is the front desk/reception gals. When I went in initially, I told the intake coordinator which insurance was primary and which was secondary. The day after my visit I called Concentra to verify my insurances were billed in the correct order and the gal who billed my insurances was ironically the one who answered the phone. She admitted to billing my secondary as primary and my primary as secondary. I had to ask her how to go about fixing HER mistake. When I asked what I needed to do, she told me to call the billing department and I had to ask her what that number was. The number she provided was not a working number. I was irate to learn she not only failed to bill my visit correctly but I had to jump through hoops to try and fix this issue that she created. No apology or remorse whatsoever. If you don’t know, dealing with insurances is a pain and a half. So unfortunately due to the issue she created…I’m still dealing with this (months later). I had to edit my review to reflect the carelessness of the front desk area. ————————————- Attempted to visit this location on a Monday. I came 30 minutes after open and was blown away by how many people were there. I decided to leave and come back the next day for a shorter wait time. I came early the next day and waited until open. I was very surprised to see how many people had arrived in such a short period of time. One thing to expect is a bit of a wait time, even if you do go first thing in the morning. I personally didn’t mind because I don’t have a PCP in the area yet and found my experience to overall be very pleasant at this location. For a regular Urgent Care visit, I was there for just about 2.5 hours from start to finish. The sweet lady who called me back for triage was so kind and was very detailed when she was completing my intake. The provider I saw, I can’t recall his name but I do remember his last name was Walters was very knowledgeable and kind! I found this Urgent Care to be very thorough and helpful during my visit. For future cases, I’ll be sure to return to receive a great level of care and support from Concentra!
