Enthusiastic kudos to A-Tech on our recent full system update (and upgrade) and monitoring switch-over! Rich is extremely knowledgeable and was very responsive to our needs as we discussed home security options to upgrade our system. The A-Tech staff did an exceptional job setting us up and Rich himself spent the entire day on-site with his team. Highly recommend!

We had been looking to upgrade our alarm for some time, and our previous provider seemingly had little interest in assisting us through this process. A-Tech was FANTASTIC! They showed up on time, listened to what we wanted to achieve, made many suggestions on how to improve our system and automate devices in an integrated system. No pressure to purchase items we weren’t interested in. Install went smoothly, we were showed how to work the system and set up. Rich, the owner, came out a few days later to assist in reviewing operation and to optimize a few features for us! Locally owned company, easy to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend!

I was interested in hiring a local company for designing, installing, configuring a security system, along with monitoring. A-TECH seemed to get consistent great reviews. They did not disappoint. The owner was great to work with, spending a good amount of time with me going over all options, his thoughts, and recommendations. Even better, the install crew was really top notch. They were careful, considerate, knowledgeable, clean and careful with everything, and installed as if it was their house. They even patched some nearby plaster just because they were there and noticed. They really went above and beyond a standard doing-the-job install. This is rare and highly valued. A-TECH hires good people and seems to pass down a work ethic. A+ to all concerned. The owner followed up post-install, post-sale, to make sure I was happy and offered to come out any time. Great local business, from all I can tell at this point.

A-Tech is a great company! They were able to revive my 20 year old alarm system by upgrading the alarm panels and main circuit. The estimation and sales process was no pressure and technically spot on. The installation took about half a day and the team showed up when they said they would. Since the installation I have had one small question and Rich the owner helped me and addressed my concern within a few minutes, that is excellent customer service. If you're looking for an alarm system, I would recommend giving A-Tech a call.

The A-Tech Owners and their employees are as good as any security firm and better than most. We have used A-Tech for the last 8 years. They have always been polite, responsive and professional. I feel like we may have more false alarms than most home owners because of pets, grandchildren,and me going out to get the paper, etc. w/o turning off the alarm and within seconds they call us and they are always understanding, polite, and courteous. We love them.

We just had A-Tech install a system in a duplex we just picked up. This one has 3 zones. As always, did an outstanding job. Very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. Also, pricing is very good. They use far better equipment than the companies that do "free install" and in the end, we save money. I know other folks that have used the competitors with the "free" and it's been one headache after another. We use A-Tech at several homes ... wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks Rich!!

Rich and the team at A-TECH are absolutely amazing. We have both an alarm system and a camera security system. The alarm system has been absolutely problem free due to their expert spec'ing and installation. Anytime there has been an issue with the camera system (mainly due to some change in our home networking) Rich has been extremely helpful in immediately getting things working again. Could not recommend them more highly!

Rich showed up on time, recommended some basic upgrades to improve our protection in our new home, and set us up with a monitored system utilizing the baseline system installed by our builder. Rich said the builder-installed system was fundamentally sound; we could benefit from a little better coverage to protect our home. He also made various recommendations that we could perform on our own and very little cost. Their monitoring service is really on it! We had one volumetric sensor that failed while we were out. Rich showed up the next Monday and replaced it at no cost and no questions. They only do what you authorize, do not pressure to "up-sell" and just give you plenty of options. We'll add more added as we go and our budget allows. All around great service at great value.

A-1 company and A-1 service. Rich came out and looked at the system our home's previous owners had and made recommendations for upgrading the system. No need for a completely new system. A couple weeks later the installer came out and hooked everything up. System has been working great with no problems, except for a couple times when we forgot and opened an outside door in the morning before turning off the system.

I give them a 5 star, When we got broken into and needed an alarm system hooked up they were the only alarm company that responded the same day, all others said it would be at least 3 days before they would make it out. They are so nice and respond quickly when the alarm goes off.

The new cameras that I had installed at my house are fantastic! You can see so clearly even if it is dark outside. My favorite camera is on the back patio where I can see the raccoon's come to eat. The cameras were worth every penny and I'm glad I chose A-Tech Security to help!
