Today I picked up my glasses and was blown away by the service I received. Having worked in customer service myself for over thirty years, I know what good service looks like. Erica was just a delight to work with. Not only is she a consummate professional, but she is also super passionate about serving every customer. I’ve been a Pearle Vision customer for many years and it’s people like her who keep me coming back.

I came to Pearle Vision in Concordville right before closing to buy a new pair of glasses (mine had been chewed up by my very sweet but ornery puppy). I found the associates to be extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to walk me through all of my options and made my experience a pleasurable one.

My doctor was nice and efficient with my appointment and the staff were available to help me with insurance changes and picking out my glasses! The staff went above and beyond and helped me pick out a pair of glasses and even voted on which ones we liked best! It was a great experience all around.

Pearle Vision has a great Doctor, helpful workers and a great Assistant Manager she goes by the name of Christina. This location has met all my needs. The staff were all so friendly, very helpful and engaging. I felt valued the minute I walked in the door. They answered all my questions in a clear and understandable way, all the costs were shared and clearly explained so did not feel like there were any hidden or unexpected costs. I thought their prices were reasonable and they had great choices on frames. The eye doctor was super nice and also helpful. And everything was efficient and yet did not feel rushed. Highly recommend as I think they are well run and provide great service.

I have had a really great experience working with the staff at the Glen Mills store. They have gone above and beyond in being patient with me as I first ordered glasses that had the wrong prescription and then, after having a set fixed, realized I did not like the curved frame on the sunglasses. The staff and store manager have worked with me to help me find a pair that work for me. Highly recommend!

I moved to the area a year ago and was in search of vision care. I called and got an appointment right away. Erica who works there, was enormously helpful from setting up the appointment to making sure I got my contacts in time for a vacation! I’d recommend this office to everyone! Great service!

The representative was very professional she went over all the paperwork step by step and explained their pricing versus what my insurance covered she also explained how the tint would look on my new glasses along with scratch resistance etc. The rep wasn’t pushy or trying to sell things I didn’t want she made me feel like a guest rather then just a customer.

Went in for my first eye exam since high school and the optometrist was on time, professional and patient with someone who had A LOT of questions. The sales help went ABOVE and beyond taking care of me even though I took over an hour to pick out my frames. The woman I worked with opened almost every cabinet in the place and found unique and unusual frames for me to try on. ( I went with a pair of green Pumas in the end:) It was busy at times, but no one waited more than 5 minutes for assistance, and the doctor even came out to help answer questions when they were busy. Highly recommend this location!

After calling the place I normally go to for an appointment and finding out that I couldn't get until the end of March, I decided to try Pearle. I'm glad I did! The staff is super helpful. Dr Rivera is awesome. She was very thorough and explained everything. Nicole was very helpful in making decisions on what glasses to order. It was the best eye exam I've ever had. Can't wait for the glasses to come in.
