Both the doctors and receptionists were wonderful. They have a specialist on site that takes a look at cataracts and detached retinas for those of us with severe astigmatism. When you first walk in to the right, you see all of the new frames and though they say it takes 2 or so weeks for your new pair to arrive, I had my new glasses in less than a week. I highly recommend this business.

8:15 appointment went through exam was done by 9:10. Sitting in waiting room to meet with optical ever since. Some of us have to go to work today! I understand being short staffed but when you can see them just sitting there talking and eating breakfast. it’s pretty frustrating. Made an appointment to come back after waiting over half hour. Good experience with doc and other staff tho.

It took like 20 minutes to check in only 1 person doing it and their were 8 people working in the front desk it took a couple of hours to get done but the person that worked where I went and pick my glasses out was very nice she helped me

I was turned to this office from my eye insurance. Upon reading the reviews I was finding myself nervous to go here. But I had a much different experience than what I read about. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. The girl who checked me in was polite and answered all of my questions. I waited about 5 minutes before being called back. The tech was extremely pleasant. Her and I had a good time while she performed all of my testing/scans. I had to sit in a separate waiting area 2 times between tests but the wait was no more than 10 minutes at a time. Doctor Brosman was pleasant and made everything short and sweet. I then proceeded to optical where the woman was knowledgable about my insurance benefits. She answered my questions and was honest with me when finding a pair of glasses to suit my face. And then my check out was easy. In all, I was pleased with my experience here as a new patient. Maybe they had plenty of staff for the volume of patients. Give it a chance.

As much as I enjoy Dr. Brosman, wonderful ophthalmologist, my recent visit on 10/28/2020 was a very unpleasant one. That's only because of Melissa, who did one of my tests, was mean, unpleasant, somewhat angry, making weird comments about getting Covid from me ( that I didn't have) , when I tried to lift up my mask being on the way for that test! I was told that she has issues on and off and I was just "lucky" to get it all that day. Melissa needs to realize she's dealing with humans, not animals, we are all different and such. Had she said everything nicely, it wouldn't create an issue, but she chose not to. Very sad. PS. Everything else is good in that clinic. Yelena Rodshteyn.

Wait times are honestly no worse than any other busy doctor’s office in Wilmington. Avoid peak hours and it is a non-issue. You shouldn’t be going to any form of doctor’s appointment if you’re in a hurry anyway. Doctors and staff are all very friendly and helpful.
