Many years ago upon Dr Shea's retirement he left his practice in great hands. TMS eye care consisting of Dr Tran and her colleagues have done this practice well. I have been a patient of Dr Tran for many decades and she knows mine as well as my husband's vision history extremely well. She's knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. The TMS staff are very attentive and caring. They do their best to get their patients in a room expeditiously. I have never waited more than 15-20 mins before being called back. Every year the eyeglass options improve. Unfortunately, my insurance only pays for new frames every other year. I do not trust any other Optometrist with my eye care. Thank you Dr. Tran and the TMS eye care team for all of your hard work and dedication.

Dr. Tran and her colleagues take the time to educate me about my eyes and treatment options. This kind of care is what I look for and appreciate. It is a rare gift.

Since the 1990s, Dr. Tran took wonderful care of my whole family including our 2 children, who are now parents, at various stages of our lives. At every visit, she is always EXTREMELY patient to listen to our concerns and to come up with prescriptions and treatment plans that best fit our needs. Sometimes she would have her staff called to follow up and to make sure everything worked and that I was comfortable with the lenses. When our children were young, not only she took care of their vision needs she also took time to talk to them reaching out to my teenagers purposefully, capturing every opportunity to encourage and to motivate them, and were interested in their wellbeing as a whole. We still share notes about our "children." Dr. Tran is truly a caring doctor and a rare gem! She's a blessing! For a bonus, all the staff in the office are patient, pleasant, and eager to help. Every visit is a positive experience!

I have been going here for years and will continue to going forward, but having to wait 25 minutes in an examination room with no tv, restroom, water, updates, or act of kindness is inexcusable… We all have things to do, waiting on anyone (even doctors) excessively without customer intervention is ridiculous. Perhaps there was an unforeseen circumstance, but customer courtesy did not provide any input to this patient…

When I lived on the east side of town 15 plus years ago I found this eye doctor on north Woodlawn. Today I live on the west side of town and still drive to the east side to this eye doctor. I don’t drive to the east side out of habit I drive there because of the way I get treated. They are professional, kind, and work with their clients to get the best deal offered on glasses and contacts. I would recommend and have recommended to others.
