Excellent customer service. I'm heading out on vacation in a couple of weeks and my Maui Jim glasses have the coating peeling on the lenses. I have had these glasses since 2013 and wanted to get the lenses replaced. I came across the website and they were super helpful and within a couple of minutes I had a invoice in my email and 2 days later a video sent to my phone of the young lady who helped me shipping the box. Excellent customer service will use again.

Need glasses? Go to Specs at the Waterfront. I won't go anywhere else. Store has a cool kinda funky vibe with frames lining every wall. BUT, don't worry -- you won't get overwhelmed by the ginormous selection because the staff is always helpful and gives great input. Don't buy glasses online -- go to Specs. They are the best. I have been looking for a very hard-to-find pair of sunglasses and was happy to find them at SpecsRx. When I ordered, I was hope to get them "next day" so I could take them on an upcoming vacation. Unfortunately, they got delayed with USPS, so it appeared that I would not have them on vacation. That was really the pair I wanted." But as we were talking, she did a different search and was able to find the pair I wanted! Great experience!! Temple broke on my only pair of glasses. My regular optometrist was shut down. Called these folks. Jason asked questions, had me text pics, found manufacture, called them and got replacement arranged in just hours. They close at 6pm but he was still working on it after hours. Went by next day and he was able to do temporary fix. I CAN SEE AGAIN!! My replacement should be here in a day or two. As far as I am concerned above and beyond service. Brinlee was very responsive and knowledgeable. I mistakenly purchased a style of reading glasses in the wrong strength. When I contacted the company to see about an exchange, I wasn’t even sure that there was another of the same style in the strength I needed. Brinlee assured me they the were able to put any strength in any style and forwarded a post paid return label. The correct strength readers was sent out as I was preparing the return package. My daughter gets her glasses from Specs every year. When the pair she wanted did not fit well, Kallee suggested another pair. We only looked at two pair of glasses.
