I recently had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Rose, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the level of care and attention she provided. From the moment I stepped into her office, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the exam and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. During the exam, Dr. Rose was attentive and gentle, ensuring that I was comfortable at all times. She used the latest technology and techniques to thoroughly assess my vision and provide an accurate prescription for my glasses. I was especially impressed by her personalized approach to my care. She took the time to understand my specific needs and made recommendations based on my individual situation. She truly went above and beyond to provide the best possible care. I would highly recommend Dr. Rose to anyone in need of an eye exam. She is an excellent doctor and a true professional in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful eye doctor, and I will definitely be returning for all of my future eye care needs. Five stars!

I always recommend Grene Vision to family and friends! The staff are always so kind and make the process easy. Eye exam, going over insurance coverage and picking your glasses. I had an eye exam with Dr. Trevor Askew couple days ago because I couldn’t get an appointment with my original optometrist before the end of the year. Dr. Askew and his assistant were very professional and detail on the examination. He asked about my concern on my eyes. He answered my questions and clarified the “terms” he mentioned to his assistant to write down during the exam and I asked for clarification. I made an appointment to see him for 2023 annual exam .

Very accessible building and appointment rooms for folks like myself in wheelchairs and the staff were very friendly and efficient. As a 38 year old, I wasn’t a huge fan of being called about 4 different nicknames by a single individual from “kiddo” to “sweety,” but there was no negative intention behind this, it’s just a personal preference of mine for people to stick with miss or ma’am if we aren’t using first names for anyone who‘s post high school graduation.

We had a family member with a very difficult eye prescription. She has been a rock star!! Dr. Rose and her nurse was so amazing! They were very patient with my daughter who is autistic. Normally my daughter would have to sit on my alap for the entire time but this time she enjoyed being there. They made it kid friendly and gave her options. At her last eye doctor appointment with another doctor she had a hard time with the pictures. She was not sure what they were. But Dr. Rose gave her the option of the pictures or numbers and letter. I went inside the very nice building and received quick and friendly service from the staff. Filled out a health questionnaire for the past 24 hours prior my appointment and then sat down for a few minutes before being called to my room. After a couple eye tests and measurements, I met Dr. Means and we got straight to it. He was very nice and wanted to make sure I had any questions I had answered. I chose this location because it’s closer to work, but I definitely would stay for the service. After checking out, I walked to my car with a pretty fancy prescription holder, a trial set of new contact lenses, and an appointment made for next year. Classic eye exam. Overall took about 40-45 minutes. Would recommend.

Dr. Means has been my eye doctor for years! He's not just a doctor..he treats his patients like real people. You don't find that in doctors very much anymore. When I went in for a regular eye screening, he immediately sent me for scans thinking I might have tumors...turns out it was just a maxillary gland that had collapsed. But, during the whole process of finding out, Dr. Means went above and beyond as a doctor... He went so far as to give the ladies at Green Vision his personal number telling them he wanted contacted as soon as the scan results came in. Everything about the location and the people were phenomenal. The lobby is well put together, the receptionists are amazing, and everyone I spoke to are absolutely professional. My only complaint, and it's very minor I might add, is that they should have some background noise in the surgery room. When you're already a nervous wreck about the procedure you're in the middle of, it doesn't take much imagination to make it worse than it actually is when you can HEAR everything that's going on. Cauterization included.

Had a great experience with the doctor, he identified and was able to give me drops that fixed my problem almost immediately. Getting in to see him, however, not so good. I called on August 9th, explained the problem I was having with my eyes and they said couldn't get me in until the 20th. When I called on the 17th because I woke up and my symptoms were much worse they got me in but when I arrived they had me down for a yearly check-up! It concerns me that I was having issues, not needing just a yearly exam, and it took 11 days to get in. Not cool.

The doctor that my children saw was pretty awesome but after that it was quite the debacle. I got a phone call letting me know that one had his glasses done minus my paper clearly stating that they should only call if both are done. I was told that the other son's glasses would be in within a couple of days & they wohkd call me. I ended up calling a week or so later because no one ever called me. Sure enough. They are in I just wasn't called. Their hours do not allow me time to come pick up glasses during the week, so we came in on Saturday. They had a full room waiting to talk with someone who deals with the glasses & only 3 people working. Why?! I finally had to ask the receptionist, who was doing nothing, if I could just have the glasses & adjust them myself.

My 9 year old daughter is extremely picky and she listened to what my daughter wanted and had her try on all sorts of glasses for over 45 minutes. After checking in (there were 3 of us), we waited 3-5 minutes and they called us back. Now, when we initially walked in the place it was FULL OF PEOPLE. Mainly on the glasses side of things, but none the less, there were alot of people there. So, we get called back. One tech/nurse took 2 of us and another nurse/tech took the other. They quickly did they eye tests (such as looking in the hole.of the machine and u see a barn, and the puff of air that no matter how expecting u are of it, it always scares u. Lol. And then back to the exam rooms. It flowed so efficiently. I always enjoy going to Grene Vision. They're great. And they're options on glasses are quite a bit. I would absolutely recommend to all of my family and friends, and I have. Thank You Grene Vision for doing such an amazing job!!

My appointment time was honored; no sitting in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. Dr. Scrafford spent a lot of time with me doing a thorough examination of my eyes. He's very pleasant but also experienced in his field so I had confidence that he knew what he was doing. I learned a few facts about my eye problems I hadn't known before from visits with other opthalmologists.
