Two pairs of glasses with bifocals done in 1 hour 20 minutes. They fit perfectly. The quality is fantastic! I was worried about going without anti-glare on my lenses but I have had no problem with that at all. All of the people there were very friendly & made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. There was no rush for me to pick frames. They explained how their 2 for $x worked & explained the cost upfront. No one tried to up-sale anything to me. It was a great experience!

I took my 7yr old in to get glasses for the first time. She found a pair she loved and with the promotion they were running she was able to get two pairs with lenses for the same price as one. Leila and Alli were super helpful and pleasant to work with. The glasses were ready within 30min of placing our order. Very affordable even without having insurance.

I recently broke my glasses and was desperately in need of a new pair and quickly. When I searched for an eyeglass store I came across EyeMart Express and was impressed with the reviews I read about the business. I went to the business and the sales person immediately asked what they could do for me and after explaining my problem the process of finding a new set of frames began. I found the frames I wanted and was told they could have them ready in an hour. I bought the glasses and 25 minutes later I received a text saying my glasses were ready to pick up. I could not believe the ease I had in going through this process and the customer service I received! The quality of the product was impressive and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business!

They have a lot of lenses in stock and made my first pair of glasses in about 35 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. Lenses that they had to order for my bifocals only took a couple days. The service was excellent in every respect. It’s the only place I’ll go to get glasses.

They were so helpful and then when I picked up my glassed there was such a big change in the strength I almost got sick. They explained to me how to build my eyes up to wearing them full time. This store is AMAZING! Picked out my frames. Had my prescription with me, ordered progressive lenses with one pair, and reading with another. Was there maybe 30 minutes. Paid, got my receipt, left, drove the 3miles back home. And got a text that one pair was already done! Ten minutes later, the other pair was finished!!!! Drove back, got fitted to make sure they fit properly, and worked for me! DONE! Would recommend this store to everyone! Very happy with their service!

Best place to get glasses and Brandon was the best at making a quick and smooth process. From the moment I got there her was kind and even suggested a frame that I am absolutely in love with and received it the same day!! I appreciated how easy he made it for me to just fax over my script and make a payment over the phone and even answer more questions over the phone. Great service and discounts so that I could even choose a second pair! 05/13/2022 I went again to get my scratched lenses fixed and they were so quick, the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses and even told me which pair looked better because I was in between two pairs. He also helped me find the exact pair I had lost by looking up my purchase history. I even got a pair of glasses for my daughter and everything was ready within an hour. Always satisfied with this location.

I went to the Wichita Kansas office and I was able to get a pair of riding goggles for my motorcycle I'm a female writer and I got a pair of sunglasses and two regular vision glasses I spent less than $160 on all of those pretty much the rep that was helping me was a very friendly person and even had a coupon I do appreciate the help it is so much better for me and so much safer having my glasses on to drive thank you for making my world brighter and safer

The service I received from Noah in the West Wichita, KS store was excellent. Be aware that if you need/want special coating, they will not be ready in 2 hours. I was told to expect 2 weeks, they were back in 5 days. And they won't be the cheapest price. I bought 2 pairs for about the same as I used to pay for 1, still a great deal!

I have waited months to get a new pair of glasses. The reason being it is usually a miserable experience for me. I can’t find what I want, the sales person is in a rush or doesn’t want to help, I can’t get answers or prices. But this time at eyeglass express West wichita, it was a very good experience and I got my glasses. I wasn’t rushed, there was a good selection, different colored frames, and the salesman , Noah was helpful and quick. I picked up my first pair the next day since it was closing time and they fit perfectly. That is a change for me too, I could rarely get a pair of glasses to fit. So thank you very much.

Super fast friendly service. Great selections for an unbelievable great price. Will definitely shop here again as well as tell my friends and family! UPDATE: after the purchase of these 2 pairs.... one the frame broke and popped the lens out. This was with about one a week wear over a couple months and always in the case. The second pair the nose piece broke off during normal wear and they want me to drive the 2 hours for repair. I asked them to just put the nose pieces in the mail and they advised they wouldn't do that. This pair is only one month old. Cheap and not cost worthy if you don't live in Wichita to keep running there to have repairs. AFTER POSTING MY UPDATE I RECEIVED A CALL THAT THEY COULD SEND OUT THE NOSE PIECES VIA MAIL AND THAT THINGS HAD BEEN HANDLED INCORRECTLY. Because I had to go through all this I am only raising the stars to three.

Best experience ive ever had when it comes to getting glasses! They were more than helpful, they made me aware of a deal they were having that not only saved me money but got me a second pair if glasses *and* and upgrade in lenses, and both of my new pairs of glasses were ready the next day! Would have probably Been ready that day but I'd gotten there with less than an hour before closing. Overall, would recomend to anyone and everyone. Brilliant place. I took my step-father into your west 21st store in Wichita. He is disabled from a stroke. Partially paralyzed on one side, he uses a one handed walker to navigate. Its very hard for him to do so. I dreaded making the trip. His cognition is also not up to speed. Noah took perfect care of him on our visit. Competently steering us towards a best eyewear solution. He did a good job of analyzing the situation technically and personally and adjusting to accommodate the customer. We also loved getting the second pair for almost nothing. This is a lifesaver for us. The glasses that we didn't get the glare resistant film were ready in about 30 minutes. I appreciate the accommodations to our situation and the impeccable service. Employees were great and found what I needed. Only thing, the lens that was less expensive had to be 'ordered' and could take up to 14 days to come in. My opinion is they do this so you will get more expensive lens. I do love the 'better' lens but of course I could not compare since there wasn't one of less expensive to compare to. I did go ahead and order the more expensive lens because I wanted my glasses right away. I am happy with the results even though I paid more.

Great place! My husband broke his frames the night before we were leaving for vacation, and the lady that helped was able to find a frame to fit the glass from his old frames to work until we got back from vacation when he could get in for an eye exam. She worked very hard at this and we will definitely go back for the more permanent pair.

Most excellent! They know what they are doing. My prescription had a mistake in it they spotted right away. Went back to the doctor and the mistake was confirmed and corrected. Overall, whether for adults or kids,out of pocket or insurance covered, go here. Get your eyewear at Eyemart Express. They close at 7pm. Went in at 6pm, was done by 6:45, my wife and I both, and 4 pairs of glasses were ready by 12 noon the next day.
