When you go in, everyone there is super nice, happy to see you and want to make sure you receive the best care possible. We were so happy with Eye Care Associate that we recommended them to my step mom and now she loves them too. I am always confident in the quality of care and advice I receive. TODAY: I still feel the same way. They make it easy and enjoyable to make sure your vision is well cared for. We highly recommend this eye care practice for anyone needing vision correction whether for regular glasses or for computer use or even sunglasses.

Doctor eubanks is one of the best doctors I have seen in my lifetime he diagnosed an issue with my eye that I had been being treated by another facility for,for a long time and within days the problem was diagnosed and Yasmeen schedules and completed. Very happy with Dr. Eubanks!

I drive from Tyler, TX, approximately 500 miles, to see Dr. McCarthy every year. He’s been my doctor since I think 1992 and he is the best! I’ve been going to eye care associates since 1976 and have been with them ever since. Dr McCarthy also takes excellent care of my sister who has glaucoma, and took care of my dad until dad passed away in May 2020. When I was making very little money Dr. McCarthy always worked with me on paying for my exam and contact lenses. He is awesome. I recommend him highly.

Experience was good. However I waited almost 2 months to receive my son glasses. When I called to find out why I wasn’t notified of them being ready to pick up, a lady said they had the wrong number. So I’m wondering if they just give up; making sure the patient retrieves their glasses if they don’t have the current number. When we fill out the patient forms don’t you guys ask for our email address. Not dissatisfied with this office just disappointed.

My husband I have been going to Eye Care Associates for several years. They are excellent at what they do, from the Eye Dr to all the staff. If I need an adjustment on my glasses they will get me in and quickly get me out. The women that work at the front desk are very nice and fun to talk with while you wait for your appointment or just a walk in fix. We give the eye Dr a 5 star and all of staff a 5 star. Eye Care Associates is just the best! They are professional, kind, and helpful. They were so patient and kind with my husband. They even offered to help me get him to the car. Prescriptions were given but no pressure to get new glasses in fact the Dr stated none were needed at this time. I am most impressed!

Dr. Thomas McCarthy is a great guy! I got a piece of metal in my eye on Saturday and called him and he met me at his office 20 minutes later and removed it! You just don't find people like that very often. I highly recommend him and Eye Care Associates of Wichita!

Awesome place, the staff here is fantastic, the service is fantastic, there choice of music is above and beyond on the day of my visit, 80s soft rock, over all folks if you're looking for an eye doctor, frames, prescriptions this is the place. I have used different locations in the past but I was very very impressed here. This is definitely my go to place and you should consider if your looking for a change. Easy to find, ample parking, comfortable seating area, friendly and funny front desk staff, the doctors take the time to make sure you understand your situation, the prescription and lenses department is very thorough and easy to work with, and over all great place to go. Thank you for such a great experience for once. Oh and state of the art equipment too folks yes, they were able to see without having to dilate my eyes which was a huge relief. I've been a patient at Eye Care Associates since I was about 12 years old. (I'm 24 now.) I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. From the moment you step into the office to the time you leave, patient care and comfort is EXCEPTIONAL. I typically see Dr. McCarthy and he always remembers details about my life and my family and is genuinely interested in is as both people and patients. My sister isn't the greatest with doctors and he always makes her feel comfortable and at ease in the office. Most times, our appointments don't feel like a check-up but more like a visit to an old friend. My family of six are all seen at Eye Care Associates and we would refer our friends and family to this practice any day. I see Dr. Eubank and have for the past 11-12 years. He's always been patient and answered any questions I have had regarding my eyes and sight. He explains how the latest technology in contacts and frame lenses can work for me and if it doesn't, we try again. Eye Care Associates offers great warranties on their lenses and frames and each optician works to provide the best fit. The office staff has always been friendly and there is limited turnover.

When I first called, Rebecca was very friendly and accommodating. First impressions do count! And they give you an idea of the overall "personality" of the practice. As it was my first appointment, it was important to get some health background and Karen was thorough without dragging it out. Dr. Martin was wonderful! I received a much more informative - and informed - eye exam than I have for many, many years. He spent the time necessary to not only assess my vision, but to also diagnose the reason for a problem I've had, and to recommend manageable treatment. The optician also spent a lot of time with me to select frames - without trying to push me toward "old lady" frames. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Eye Associates!

Dr. Ryan McCarthy is a great doctor. He spent over 4 weeks making sure to get my prescription perfect, doing things (such as switching the axis of my contacts, making sure my eyelids were totally bump free, and switching brands) that other doctors certainly wouldn’t have taken the time to do. I’m only 20 so I don’t have a ton of knowledge about what works best for my eyes and what can be done to help with prescription, and he took his time to explain without ever seeming upset that our appointments may have run slightly over time or that my eyes were being stubborn. Anybody looking for a new doctor should go to him, he’s younger but beyond thorough. Thank you for getting my vision to 20/20!

The receptionists I worked with (mainly Laurie) were great. The building and facilities seemed nice and up to date. The price was comparable to other local optometrists. Dr. Eubank was enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only problem was he's so energetic that he communicates and works at a very fast pace. It can leave one feeling somewhat hurried, like he doesn't have time to give each patient their due attention.

A have a good knowledge of Eye care, since I had been a patient previously. I was seeing Dr. Hawk, the waiting room at that time was horrible, waiting to go to an exam room was 45 mins + then wait for the Dr. to come in. I then switched to wherever Dr. Martin was at, I can't remember the name, but it was at 47th St. S. He went to Eye care associates, I was panicked, remembering the previous visits. I decided to go anyway, what a change for the better. The wait time has been fixed. Dr. Martin is a caring, personable Doctor never makes you feel like you are being rushed out, listens to your concerns. In these times, you can also request to get a text when you are ready to be seen. I like the plexiglass dividers at the front desk that were made by one of the Doctors!

I loved my experience at ECA! My doc left his old location, so I called ECA to setup a new appointment with him there. They told me everything I needed to get from my old provider, and the transition to their office was super easy! I was greeted with a wonderful staff and the office was bright and welcoming. When you first walk in the door, you are greeted warmly by the ladies! The tech I worked with on my visit was so kind and professional. She listened intently to the concerns I had about my eyes. When running the tests with me, she kept me at ease. Dr. Wise is so professional and personable! His smile is infectious! He listened to me and told me he would find out what the problem was with my eyes. After he completed the tests, he told me he knew what the problem was and all I needed was stronger lenses. I have an eye disease and was worried that it was getting worse Imagine my surprise when he told me I needed stronger lenses. What a relief!!! The person I worked with as I chose my new glasses, was terrific. She is African-American and was so professional and caring! We looked at several frames and we both liked the frames I chose. She told me I might get my new glasses before Christmas but didn't want to say for sure that I would. I was so happy to receive the text before Christmas saying my new glasses were waiting for me. I would strongly recommend Eye Care Associates for your eye care needs. Everyone that I have worked with is so friendly and kind!! THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

My husband and I both see Dr. McCarthy every 6 months for a regular check-up and each time we are completely satisfied. Recently, I was diagnosed as possibly having Glaucoma and Dr. Tom McCarthy recommended numerous eye drops to find the right one that doesn't irritate my eyes. He went so far as to tell me to be sure to call him if I had any problems, which I did and he saw me immediately to help find a solution. He recommended a Glaucoma specialist which I now see. I couldn't be any more pleased with his help and advise.

Dr. McCarthy is great! He takes the time to get to know you and your family. After my exams, he takes time to show me the images and let tells me what he's looking for and why. He uses other images to explain what is good and what's bad. If I ever have any questions or concerns, he fully addresses them before I leave. In college, I had been to some other local eye doctors due to my schedule, but no one has the personal touch you get from Dr. McCarthy.

ECA and Dr. Eubanks are just as knowledgeable with cutting edge equipment to help with the diagnosis...................thanks to them and Ill be back next year for my eye check...The staff is knowledgeable, and very helpful as well....Kudos for All!!!!!!!
