Great experience at Warby Parker with Dorian today! We were in DC for the weekend and wanted to go try on glasses in person and also walk around Georgetown. We didn’t think we would buy glasses today, but we both ended up ordering new pairs! We were greeted when we entered and someone was always around to help if we needed without being too salesy. Dorian offered to take care of obtaining one of our prescriptions from the eye doctor so we didn’t have to delay ordering. We changed things during checkout a few times and he was so patient with us! The other associates in the store were also very pleasant.

I like their styles and the prices aren't bad. I do feel like the glasses could be a little more durable, but I guess for the price, that's what you get. The staff is pretty good.

Went to this location today to purchase a pair of sunglasses for my daughter. Malcolm did an excellent job fitting the glasses to her face, but also adjusted/tightened my WP reading glasses by (patiently) replacing the arm hinge screws; they are perfect now. I highly recommend this location based on the superb service we received.

Have to admit, before I came in I really did not know much about Warby Parker. I have been looking for a new pair of sunglasses for a little while, and just wasn't seeing anything in the style I wanted, for the right price. I normally were sporty pairs from Oakley, and was looking for something different. We were down in Georgetown doing some shopping and decided to stop in to see some of their styles and if they were running any deals. They had free ice cream that day, which was great to have while trying on shades. But I was so impressed with their selection, and I found 3 different pair of sunglasses I was actually prepared to buy. I finally decided on one, and I went to the table to check out. The staff was friendly and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted to get me a new clean pair. The price for a beautiful pair of Polarized sunglasses was excellent, and I could not be happier with them. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back when I am in the market for a new pair.

Great glasses selection and supportive staff! I bought my first pair of glasses at WP 3 years ago. When I come back into the store the staff has all my information saved making it a seamless experience. The staff took care of me when my glasses broke with exceptional support. I will be a life long WP customer.

A great selection of frames at a very affordable price. They have ophthalmologists in two other locations. Danny is the wonderful optician who take care of my husband. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. She knew right away the frame that will fit my husband's face shape. The whole experience was a smooth and agreeable journey. Thanks Danny!

Warby Parker was great when my glasses broke n sent me a replacement at no cost bc it happened within 1 yr of purchase. Even though it was my fault, WP provided great customer service n made it completely hassle free. I love WP n highly recommend it!! BTW, I keep getting compliments on my light blue frames.

This is a nice looking store for buying prescription glasses. For a long time I have been suckered in to following groupon/ living social to buy a discount deal at local prescription glasses stores so that I can afford good pair of prescription glasses. But Warby Parker has most definitely disrupted the premium prescription eyeglasses business. They have a ood selection of frames at a very reasonable and affordable price. I did get my eye exam done at a different place and came in to the store with the prescription. The store employees helped me pick couple of good frames that go well with my face shape and requirements. Ordering and shipping process was good too; and my glasses showed up at my home in 7-8 days. I did have to take in one of my prescription sunglasses to the store to have it fitted correctly. But the rest of the orders were perfect. I was even able to use the itemized bill (in the shipping box) to get reimbursed by my vision plan provider. Update: I believe the location in Shaw now offers eye exams too!

The staff here is wonderful and so friendly! Came in twice to pick out a brand new frames, pricing was excellent and store is wonderfully laid out and designed. Really cannot overstate just how welcoming everyone here is and how wonderful their customer service is. Will definitely be coming here for all optical needs in the future.

Definitely one of the best eye-glass shopping experiences I've had. Service was attentive and genuine despite the store being packed on a rainy Saturday afternoon. In terms of price point and quality, you probably can't beat it in the area.

Very helpful staff and a fine selection. I've found that the weekend staff is a bit less helpful than those during less busy week day hours. Had my frames tightened today and also got help picking out some sunglasses. Overall was a great experience.

The staff members are so friendly and helpful, and the glasses are so cute and a fabulous price! A great place to get prescription sunglasses if your insurance won’t cover the second pair of glasses.

Very busy store, but you can try on all of Warby Parker's frames in one place. Otherwise you have to try on five at a time by ordering them from the wp website. As for wp glasses, they are great. I have two pairs and I love them. Also, you can't beat the price.

Went there to fix my spec, lens drop off from the frame due to loose screw. Got it fix by friendly staff and optician. Very efficient n pleasant experience. Top it all, they dont charge for the service.

Great store, brilliant marketers, went in today and enjoyed the glasses and the experience. Also had free cold lemonade in hot weather. Even though I didn't purchase anything today I will definitely be buying from them soon!

I really love everything about Warby Parker and the customer service is usually always prompt and efficient from this location to the head quarters. However, lately I found the staff at this location to be rather unapproachable and not very friendly or helpful. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

Some of the best customer service from a fantastic business. They have an incredible purpose and deliver on affordable prices. You have my support! And great customer service at this particular location!
