I came into LensCrafters in Bethesda row for a retightening after my optometrist butchered my custom Bvlgari prescription lenses. Let me tell you something. Christian is the absolute best! He took my babies and made them look brand spanking new! They literally glisten now. And his customer service skills were A+. He was professional, thorough, and He truly read my heart when he gave them back to me in a beautiful gold case. I am so happy I came in here and I will continue to come to this location for any prescription lens work needed. As someone who has worked retail management in the past, I truly enjoyed my experience in this store. I am absolutely grateful to Christian for turning what was initially a negative experience into a really great time. I look forward to coming back here in the future.

Rosanna is by-far one of the most attentive sales professionals that I've ever worked with! I must start by saying that I am VERY picky with what frames I choose and Rosanna was able to provide very thoughtful advice. After choosing two frames (one against Rosanna's advice) I received word within a few days that they had arrived. When I tried on the ill-advised pair from Rosanna, I could see what she meant and we shared a conversation where I remarked that I would love to see an alternate pair from Gucci. Even though these were not in stock and were not due to replenished, Rosanna was thoughtful enough to remember another client's order due in a few days that she'd try to show me. Two days later (after accepting that I would have ugly glasses for the next year) I received a call from Rosanna to come see the Gucci pair! They looked great so she helped order them and they arrived just a few short days later! I'm now thrilled and have the pair that I otherwise would have not ordered without seeing in person. Talk about stellar service! The whole team has been helpful and marvelous but credit has to be due to Ms. Rosanna! Thank you for all the help and you now KNOW who to ask for!

It was a great experience forms start to finish, with flexible and accommodating appointment times to the wide selection of designer and quantity frames.They also have state of the art technology to investigate eye health and early signs of glaucoma. We have very satisfying experience at Lenscrafters Bethesda, at first my daughter and my mother needs new glasses to replace the old one before we met Dr. Luis and get helped from Rosanna, she very good sales person, she'll advise which glasses that'll perfectly fit for us and she make sure everything went great! And the glasses for both my daughter and my mom came on time as scheduled. Then I went there again with my husband to get ourselves new glasses too and Rosanna did her best again! We have been to several different LensCrafters locations to find eyeglasses frames for myself and my husband. it has been challenging as none looked just right. We visited Bethesda Row location and were helped by Angelo. Not only he provided outstanding customer service but was very knowledgeable. He showed us several frames and told us which would suit me better since I have a smaller face and will be getting progressive. Angelo was patient and was also kind enough to adjust my current frames. Unfortunately due to limited stock at that location, I was not able to find any that I liked. Angelo went above and beyond to let us know of checking out few other locations that may have more variety and stock especially the new location at Rose Ave and I'm so glad he did! I finally found perfect frames for me and my husband and will be soon taking our children to get theirs! Christian was phenomenal in helping us achieve that. He went at great lengths at explaining different progressive options and was very patient while we picked out the frames. The rose ave location is more convenient and we would definitely return here. Angelo and Christian were a great team.

He helped us find frames that were in my Father's budget and made suggestions about insurance and lens type after listening to my Dad describe how he would be using each pair of glasses. I came in with a nosepiece and scew that had fallen off my glasses-- after I had just gotten them fixed at a superstore a few days ago. Most of my visits have been 3 stars. My last visit was 5 stars because of Christian. He fixed my glasses when other staff told me it couldn’t be done and I would need to buy new frames. He also figured out why I never get text messages when my glasses are ready and called to let me know. He’s very proactive, professional, and personable. I hope they can hang onto him, because he is the only reason I would return to that location. He believes things will be improving there, and he may be right since he is a significant improvement on his own.

When I dropped my $200 pair of Maui Jim sunglasses and then managed to step on them, popping out a lens and bending the metal frame, I despaired. They were my favorite eye protection, now ruined. But a few minutes with Angelo Serrano at LensCrafters in Bethesda and they arose from the scrap heap! He popped the lens back in, straightened the frame, and made my day. This store is a great community asset. They even take donated glasses for distribution to needy folks.

Then, I shopped through the inventory at Lens Crafters where I was assisted by Christian. Without a doubt, Christian provided a superlative customer experience—the best one I’ve had in YEARS. Overall terrific experience. Everyone who works there is kind and professional. Katrina helped me over the course of several weeks deal with a complicated insurance issue. She did not bat an eye, and she worked with me to get glasses and make sure I had coverage. This required numerous calls to my insurance company by Katrina on my behalf. I could not believe how far above and beyond she went to make sure I had quality service. Dr. Espejo was also spectacular and referred me to an ophthalmologist when I needed further attention. Great place!

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had in eye care. I was running low on contacts and my glasses were done for, I was search for just about anywhere open during the pandemic. I called and was able to scheduled an appointment for the same day. The service I received was top notch. I felt safe, Dr. Louis and staff were friendly and knowledgeable while adhering to necessary guideline. He even made sure I had a supply of my new contact prescription to last me until my order was mailed out. Roshonda from LensCrafters helped me pick out the my new frames and I’m in LOVE. Counters were wiped down before and after I used them, each frame I tried on was sanitised and they made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. You can feel the care they put into each customer, it wasn’t just a sale to them, when I arrived a week later to pick up my new frames they remembered details of our previous conversation! Pick this store, you won’t be disappointed.

Due to COVID-19 need to practice more safer precautions. Like checking customer temp before entering the store, cleaning exam rooms thoroughly after each patient, including equipments, exam chairs and other contact areas. Maintaining patients separate in waiting areas and wiping down each chair when each individual leave.
