Ashley was so wonderful and patient with helping me with the insurance, and gave great advice on the glasses! She was a phenomenal help during the whole process of the exam and was really the best possible help I could ask for. She's so skilled and knowledgeable about what she does! Dr. Goll was also an amazing help. She was very detailed in the exam and took the time to answer all of my many questions. This was a great experience and I feel very lucky to have had the service that I got!

I was seen shortly after arrival by Bee and the Doctor Nguyen it was a pleasant experience. Then Diego helped me with my lenses very professional and knowledgeable. And a great demeanor, there was a difficult customer who continued to interrupt him for about 8 minutes as he was measuring frames sizes for me and checking me out. He was polite and able to support my needs and the interruptions of the other customer with a smile and calm personality.

It was a smooth experience. I practiced inserting and removing contact lenses for the first. The doctor and the representative both made my experience as comfortable as possible by providing information and standing by for any questions or concerns I may have. My contacts are perfect!

I could not be happier with the examination I just received. The staff there was very efficient and concise. Diego was/is Everything you would want in a person of his position. Helpful, forth right, knowledgeable, and quite personable. And I can say just the same for doctor Golritz. I would highly recommend this specific Lens Crafters. Macy's downtown DC.

I was very impressed with LensCrafters at Macys Metro Center. The customer service was outstanding, particularly Dee and Diego who were professional, efficient, and allowed plenty time for me to peruse and choose from the large range of eyewear available. Both these individuals were extremely helpful in assisting me understand the nuances of my insurance benefits and getting me the best deal. In addition Dr. Wu performed my eye exam very professionally with patience and kindness, he took the time to explain the results of the exam so I fully understood, yet was efficient and quick. I am very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend LensCrafters Macys Metro Center to everyone.

Dr Wen was thorough and bery prompt and professional. Diego is an excellent asset for Lens CrAfters in performing his job. Everyone was very courteous. My only complaint is the loud and uncomfortable music from the sunglass Hut adjacent to Lens Crafters.
