My husband and I both appreciate his down to earth demeanor, and would not go anywhere else. 2020 update: no change. We continue to see Dr. Ossen, and now use the adjoining optical shop for glasses. Their prescriptions are spot on, and better than some of the national chains we've used in the past, particularly for progressive lenses.

Dr. Ossen has taken care of my eyes for at least 8 years. I like him a lot. For an eye doctor he has great "chair-side" manners. He talks to you, explains things in detail, really takes time with you. I've never felt rushed when I was being seen by him. I've seen several eye doctors in my lifetime but I keep coming back to him because he treats you like a human being. I've also had great experiences with the staff. For those who have had a bad experience with staff, give the office another chance; maybe the staff has turned over. Try not to throw the baby out with the bath water (as they say) :):):)
