I'm so happy I chose this place for my emergency visit! Such a professional and friendly place to go for your eyes every needs! They even have a texting system. This place blew my mind with really great customer service, professional, friendly and beautiful display filled with glorious glasses. I can see the customers are happy as they come in for their exams or follow ups. The doctor definitely took care of my emergency and eased my anxiety. Very educated and helpful with resources! Will come back. My partner was jealous I got a soon appointment but that's only due to urgency which I appreciate!

I’ve been here on 2 occasions after neglecting my annual eye checkups for a couple of years. I had questions about everything from my eye-health to my insurance, and this team did a great job of figuring out the answers and thoroughly going over my options with me. I was apprehensive about my follow up appointment not being with the doctor I initially saw, but that likely had to do with getting the best appointment to fit my schedule. The website does specify which doctors are available on a given day. Both doctors and the the support staff were highly knowledgeable, organized and attentive to the point where I feel confident that I’ll receive excellent care with whoever is working there on a given day. I highly recommend this location.

Although, initially I was growing frustrated because of cancellation of my appointment. The staff at Myoptic went out of their way accommodate my appointment time frame, even if it meant at one of their different locations. When I arrived they were apologetic and went beyond what I was expecting to make-up for any inconvenience. They were super nice and took accountability. They were very helpful with my questions and even helping me select my new frames. In fact, one of the reasons I love Myoptic is simply the trendy and various styles of frames that they have. I am especially grateful for their excellent service and literally turning my frustration into a very positive experience. Thank you 😊

Been in here a couple times, both for an eye exam and to pick out new frames. Everyone is always super helpful and patient, especially when it comes to insurance and comparing prices. It's nice that they have a smaller space with just a couple of staff members, the experience is always very personalized and the selection of frames feels very well curated. I found a pair of frames that I really liked but they didn't have the color I wanted, and they were able to order them from another location so I could try them on before purchasing. So excited to get my new glasses, thanks for making the experience hassle-free!

I had my first experience here yesterday with all the COVID protocols intact, and I must say it was extremely impressive how clean and careful Myoptic was in handling everything.The safety measures were thorough, but my experience still felt warm and inviting. The staff was very nice and Dr. Pak was happy to answer any and all questions I had. Happy to have found such a great optometry place in my neighborhood!

Recently went to Myoptic for an eye exam and contact update. I tried on several brands and varieties of contacts, and Dr. Eugene sent me home with a few samples to try for the week. She was extremely patient and got the prescription dialed in perfectly, which I appreciate because I'm very picky. I think these are the best contacts I've ever had. I also updated my glasses lenses, which was a relatively easy process because they let me keep my old lenses and frames while the order was being worked on. When the lenses were ready, all I had to do was take the frames into the shop and wait 10 minutes for the new lenses to be cut. The first pair wasn't quite right (the prescription was okay, but I preferred a less relaxed lens style), but Dr. Eugene was nice enough to reevaluate them and have new lenses made at no cost. I'm very pleased and will be back.

I always have great service here! Lovely choices of frames, and the ability to order styles in other colors. I never feel pushed to buy or to upgrade to more expensive lenses or coatings. The exam is quick and professional. They are clearly taking customers' and their employees' health seriously and ghats appreciated!

I had a good experience as a new patient. The woman who checked me in and did my pretest was very nice and accommodating. She greeted me at the door, had my wash my hands due to COVID, and checked me all in, etc. she was really nice and patient during the pretest, where you put your head on the chin rest and get you eyes scanned and peripherals tested. The doctor who did my exam explained everything well and walked me through her medical opinion thoroughly. I got a little anatomy lesson about the eye ball and learned about materials used in different brands of contacts. I get like she tried very hard to give me autonomy over my treatment plan and make sure I knew all my options. I got two packs of contacts to test out, so a 10 day supply to try before I commit to switching brands. The two people who helped me pick out glasses were really helpful and walked me through options and pricing step by step. They were really clear when options were unnecessary and/or expensive. They do keep the door locked and were short with a woman who stopped by to pick up some contacts without an appointment, but it sounds like they have strict COVID precautions and are understaffed. That said, I wouldn’t have appreciated the tone that was used, if I had been the customer unaware they were making an unreasonable request. But I also wouldn’t appreciate being understaffed and working in a high risk, small, enclosed area during COVID. So. Maybe we can call it a wash. Good to be aware that you really need to call ahead or make an appointment. Thank you for all your help during my appt, Myoptic team!

This place has great eye doctors and service if you go in but have you ever tried calling them? It can take days sometimes before anyone answers. Sometimes a main call hub will answer and say they'll let your location know to contact you but it never happens and you can leave messages for a call back if you get an answering machine but those seem ineffective too.

This place is great. I think I have seen all the doctors now since going here over the last few years. Every single one of them are kind, knowledgeable and really take the time to go over everything during your appointment. The rest of the staff is great as well! They also have done a great job of having everything set up to ensure their patients & staff are staying as safe as possible during COVID. The video on their website was really helpful to know what to expect with their new protocols.

This was one of the cleanest, and most thoughtful offices I’ve been to! Sanitation, hand washing, masks etc were all top tier. The receptionist and optometrist were both super kind, friendly and genuine - taking the time to explain everything to me (as it was my first time). Also - just the small things - they asked me my pronouns even though I am obviously femme presenting, I really appreciated that!

I really enjoyed my experience at Myoptic. Dr. Pak is great and all of the other staff are super friendly. The office itself is cute and modern. They have a ton of stylish frames, but note they are a bit on the pricier side. I believe the optician that assisted me was named Mimi, and she was extremely helpful in finding me a reasonably priced pair that I liked. Would recommend!

I had a very good experience here. They did a good job trying to observe COVID19 protocols and minimize traffic in the store. This will make booking an appointment a little longer out but it’s pretty easy to do online and they’re very responsive to text and phone. They were very careful with cleaning all their eyewear and wearing masks. The optometrist was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The eye exam was easy too and also not rushed. They were very helpful in helping me pick out glasses and took a lot of extra time and effort to help me find a pair I liked. The eyewear selection is pretty pricey there compared to the online retailers available nowadays, but they have some cool local brands that seem of very high quality if you’re into that. I didn’t feel pressured to pay more for expensive lenses or features if I didn’t want to. Highly recommend!

I recently switched to Myoptic from my old local optometrist due to insurance - holy cow what an upgrade!!! Super smooth process for scheduling - everyone was super fast and responsive via email, phone and text. Their Covid precautions were great - all staff were super good about sanitizing everything after touching or trying on. Instead of those awful dilating eyedrops, they have a fancy, painlessly eye scanner! This is a huge benefit to me because those eyedrops always made me feel terrible and have a bad headache after! The eye Dr was really good about asking if I had any questions and giving me thorough, thoughtful responses. The other staff were super warm, friendly and efficient with intake & trying on glasses and stuff. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

I learned a lot about how the eyes work from Dr. Ross, and Learned so much about glasses from Madeline and Alby. I went to Myoptic for my first exam in 6 years and the whole experience was much better than I had remembered. It was easy to find parking on the street next to the shop. The front desk lady was very kind and accommodating. I didn’t have to wait to be seen which was a huge plus as they were very timely. Dr. Pak was super informative and very kind. She explained to me my options and the difference from my old lenses to my new lenses and my overall eye health. I definitely recommend the digital pic of your eye over the dilation. I forgot how awful eye dilation was I just wish insurance covered it. Then Mimi helped me pick out my frames and she was super helpful. Mimi was very knowledgable about the different frames and brands which made the experience easy and fun. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Myoptic at this location to anyone else! They definitely earned their five stars! Excited for my new glasses that should arrive in 2 weeks! 🤗

I have a history of eye issues and a bad prescription, and I really adore the team at Myoptic. Dr. Pak is not only incredibly competent but also empathetic, kind and actively listens and responds to patient questions. I have a challenging prescription/face to get glasses for and Rhisa is so talented at helping me find the right fits, and has suggested awesome new frames over and over again. I can't say enough good things about their skill level and also the positive vibes. Just big high thumbs up all around. They're also being very thorough and careful about COVID-safety and I really appreciate it. I also have VSP eye insurance, which they take, and have made the process seamless for me every time.

My eye was really irritated and it felt like something was stuck in it. After a day of pain I called Myoptic and they managed to squeeze me in to a cancelled appointment slot that same day. Waiting to be called back I wondered if I was making this all up and if I was totally overreacting to some eye irritation. Sure enough, Dr. Pak removed an undefined 1mm object from my eye. I was genuinely so terrified and she was supportive, kind, deliberate and patient with me. She walked me through every step, answered all my questions and took such good care of me and my worries! The check in and out processes are also such a dream here. Every single person that works there is a joy to interact with. I could not be more grateful for the Myoptic staff and Dr. Pak's knowledge.

Best optometrist I've ever had in my 18 years of needing glasses and contacts. Very clean and went above and beyond for Covid-19 safety measures. Appeared to have the latest technology. They offer a out of pocket discount for those without insurance. Although more expensive than Walmart or Costco, it's the better value. I was able to try different contacts which led me to getting the best contacts for my lifestyle. I didn't get my glasses there, but they recommended an affordable online retailer. They did have quality glassss. I would have purchased if I wasn't paying out of pocket.

This location is great as well as their Williams one! Super dog friendly (surprisingly!) and everyone I’ve encountered is so helpful and nice. The Williams location is actually where I discovered I had an entirely wrong prescription from a clerical error at my previous eye doc in Texas, and I’m grateful for the corrective measures Myoptic took in trying to look out for my eye care. I wholeheartedly recommend either Myoptic locations.

Myoptic is where it’s at! The shop itself is really bright and inviting. Dr. Pak was gentle and knowledgeable, and Jessica really took her time to make sure I found a pair of frames I loved. She even reached out to another Myoptic shop to get a pair of frames she thought I might like after seeing the style I was going for. She has and eye for style and a lot of patience, and those frames ended up being the ones I bought! The team at Myoptic is really great. Also, there are snacks. Go check them out!

I went to Myoptic to get an eye exam and new glasses when my previous optometrist stopped taking the insurance I am on. Their staff is great and their selection of styles is excellent..a bit on the pricey end. I purchased a frame that unfortunately split only 5 months after wearing them due to a manufacturer defect. Since the frame I got was a discount model it was not eligible for a warranty replacement. However, their staff (Lisa and Kaitlyn) really went above and beyond by giving me a new set of glasses at no extra cost to me. This is no small thing since they had to recreate a new set of progressive lenses to fit the new frames. I truly appreciate their efforts to make me whole again. Most businesses would simply hide behind their red tape. Such service is the test of a businesses that really wants to make their customers happy. Thank you Lisa and Kaitlyn.

You can tell Myoptic has an outstanding business model that centers around providing excellent interactions with customers. Dr. Kim was great to chat with during my exam, and I really appreciated the handwritten thank you card he wrote me after my visit. The staff were all very helpful on my three (I'm indecisive!) return visits to look at the frames, even offering me coffee while I browsed. I also really love the fact that Myoptic donates a portion of profits, and that you get to choose where you want yours allocated! My one minor criticism is that the frames available tended to the pricey side, and after the cost of my high-index lenses I wasn't willing to shell out an extra few hundred, but I did eventually choose a lovely pair that were on sale due to being discontinued. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will return in a heartbeat if I have any further vision needs!

Great service, friendly and highly knowledgeable staff, A+ for COVID-19 screening and in-office cleaning protocols. Only demerit is for lack of spaciousness; their screening room (where they scan the back of your eyes and conduct the peripheral vision test) is a tiny closet crammed with all the machines. Passable for able-bodied folk, but a definite dealbreaker for anyone with mobility restrictions.

Recently got eye insurance through my work and decided to get an exam and a pair of contacts here yesterday. I have nothing but praise for this place. The check in process for new patients was super easy, everything was done on a computer at the front desk, and my insurance coverage was reviewed then and there so there were no surprises. The pre-exam stuff was a breeze, and was offered to have my eyes photographed on a fancy new machine in lieu of having them dilated which would only cost me $25 due to insurance but I though "no, i'll save a few bucks". Dr Pak was very informative about everything she was doing in the exam, asking if I had questions along the way. I was very impressed with the tool that checked my eye pressures without having to blow a burst of air directly on my eyeball. After learning about that new piece of equipment, I decided to do the photographs I declined earlier, and I'm glad I did. Dr Pak looked over the pictures with me immediately and explained everything that was going on inside of my eyeball which was really cool, saw my Optic nerve, macula, and all of the blood vessels. Aaaanyway, I'm rambling now so will finish up. I highly recommend this place, as it is really nice seeing an optometrist that stays up to date on new tools, as the puff of air thing and dilation were always my two least favorite parts about going to the optometrist. Will definitely be going back for my yearly exam and likely for glasses in the coming months as they have a pretty decent selection from what I saw. Thanks!

All of the staff is super friendly and helpful! I’ve gone here for a few eye exams, contact fitting, and glasses adjustment...I’ve never felt the need to review and optometrist until going here because they truly are that great!
