It’s fantastic service fantastic staff fantastic and fantastic frames. I was pleasantly surprised that a small local clinic like this has silhouettes frames. The variety that they have is fantastic. Although I’m not doing contact lenses now. By far they have the lowest prices compared to Costco or 1-800 contacts and the staff is is fantastic. Dr Tong is efficient with your exam and gets straight to the point. The opticians are great like Noel and Claudia. I’m definitely coming back

I had my first eye appointment in over 25 years today at Foster Vision & had such a wonderful experience! Every single staff member was so genuinely kind & helpful, both over the phone prior to my visit & in person. The doctor was excellent in helping me to feel comfortable & informed. The staff members who helped me pick out frames & get through the shenanigans of finding the best price for my glasses with my insurance went above & beyond. I can’t say enough good things about this experience & will definitely be a loyal patient there now that I have vision insurance! Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience going in for my first time! Claudia was very knowledgeable and got me in for my appointment quickly. Alina did my eye exam and she was so polite! Made me feel so comfortable. Dr.Tong fitted me for my contacts and even let me take some samples to try out! Lastly, Ellie helped me pick out some gorgeous frames and I cannot wait to come back and get them. Friendly and professional. I went for routine eye health exam today; it was a very positive and pleasant experience from the moment I walked in, right to the moment I walked out the door. The front desk staff and the optometry assistants were super helpful. I was examined by Dr Tong; she took time to listen, explain, and answer questions. I then had to choose a frame for my glasses - being a first-timer I had no idea where to start and was overwhelmed by the vast number of options. Dr Kwon who happened to be at the front desk and on her lunch break, was *very* kind to guide me through the selection process. With her 30+ years of experience, she knew just what to look for and I found the perfect frame in under 15 minutes! I highly recommend Foster Vision for your eye care/health needs *thumbs up*

The attention to detail and level of care was apparent. Very thorough and welcoming. I also really appreciated that everyone was still wearing face masks and taking covid precautions. I had an eye exam here last week and ordered new glasses. They just arrived and I'm wearing them now! So far it is still an adjustment to wear the new glasses. I have read that eye strain like this is normal and can last a few days. The service at Foster Vision was excellent, very little wait time for me to be helped and then see the doctor. Thanks to the staff here who helped me to get these new glasses. They were able to fit me in early in the day so I could go before work started and I'm grateful for that.

Esther was incredibly patient with all the questions I had about my daughter who needs specialty glasses. She spent time and great care coordinating all the insurance benefits and out of pocket costs. The store was very busy but she still worked very hard to make sure I was helped. Great staff and would recommend! One of the only places open on Saturdays during these times of staff shortages. They also have kids’ Tomato glasses from Korea if you’re looking for those.

Only one word can describe the service her and that’s the best. Let’s start with dr Kim. She is so patient and detailed. I was nervous going in for my first eye exam at 50 years old. Didn’t know what to expect but everyone is very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Ellie in the front desk was the sweetest person and Noel know his glasses! Needed a quick appointment when I broke my glasses and was overdue for a new prescription anyway. I was able to get in pretty quickly and got everything taken care of. Noel helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and was also able to help me get insurance on the fly which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars, which I hugely appreciated.

Dr. Kwon is simply the best. She's incredibly smart, caring, and honest, and after 12 years and a move an hour away, I couldn't leave them if I tried. I know this for a fact because I just tried (due to the drive) and the new provider left me in a terrible spot. I get week-long migraines so I do everything I can do avoid them, but this other provider sold me instant-migraine glasses and was unwilling or unable (seems a little of both) to fix the situation. Not Foster Vision though. After a little bump in the road, Dr. Kwon jumped in and saved the day. Seriously. "Saved the weeks" is more accurate because she is literally saving me weeks of migraine by allowing me to use a prescription that is proven to work for me. I'm just making the drive from now on. It's hard to find people as dedicated, competent, and caring as Dr. Kwon and the folks at Foster Vision.

I haven’t been to an appointment in over 5 years and was super nervous since my eyes are very sensitive. Sadie was so sweet and gentle and walked me through every part of the process. Even when picking out the glasses, she found the right pair for me that makes me feel so much more confident while also being able to finally see again. I’m so glad that I got somebody to help me that was thorough, kind and gentle. Am definitely going to choose Foster care as my primary eye care facility for my yearly exams.

My wife and I are both in our upper 40's and needed glasses for the first time ever. We chose Foster Vision based on the good reviews and proximity to home. I initially did not recommend them for first-time glasses wearers. The staff that assisted me was unknowledgeable and I left there not sure about how best to care for my lenses, or the details of my warranty etc. However, after initially posting this as a 1-star review, the doctor at Foster Vision personally called me to apologize for our initial experience. She has gone the extra mile to resolve the issues we're having with our lenses and ensured us that they are working to train staff, but have had difficulties keeping and training staff during the pandemic (understandable). While this doesn't totally erase my initial impressions, it certainly goes a long way to show that they do indeed care about their customers and are willing to take steps to improve their services, and that's all you can really ask for. I'll give them another chance.

Foster Vision has always and continues to provide exceptional service! They are extremely accommodating and always did their best to be flexible with my schedule and I am always able to be seen at minimum the week of. The staff there are all friendly and helpful. The energy is positive and I always feel welcomed. Dr. Tong is compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. She has taken very good care of me since I started coming to this office, always taking the time to address all of my questions or concerns. For many years I had wanted LASIK but continued to remain hesitant. However, after speaking with Dr. Tong, she was very informative and was able to address all of my concerns regarding the procedure. Her expertise gave me reassurance that I was making a great decision and knew I was in good hands with pre and post-op care. Foster Vision made the referral process so easy and has taken wonderful care of me after the procedure. I couldn't be happier with the staff and service at Foster Vision and would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family!

I only started wearing glasses about six months ago. My wife and son had already been to Foster Vision and we were impressed with the experience, so that's where I went when the time came. Something felt off about my prescription, so I went in for an appointment. The doctor noticed a tear at the back of my eye and referred me to a retinal specialist. In the end, I was OK, but the fact they saw it and referred me immediately was great. I would absolutely recommend Foster Vision to anyone, and have already to some friends.

Always feel like I’m in great hands. Great coordination of care with specialists, comprehensive explanations of procedures and next steps with managing more complex care. I don’t just show up for glasses anymore like I have since they opened. I need a little more monitoring and I am finding that the continuity of care with doctors and staff is extremely comforting when you are embarking on a new clinical diagnosis. I walked out of both appointments last week and this week understanding more than I thought I would. I really understand how and why I need exams every six months, I feel like they are taking a balanced and cautious approach and I feel like they are going to advocate for additional interventions as needed. I walked in on guard two weeks ago, and a each appointment walked out feeling more optimistic than I had been before hand. What a relief!

I had a wonderful experience at Foster Vision. I felt like the doctor took her time and even did a test I hadn’t had done before and told me what lenses would help with a problem that hadn’t been identified prior. I had refraction done a few months ago elsewhere and it was rushed and I ended up with a prescription that was too strong. I didn’t feel rushed at all here and felt like they cared about getting me the correct prescription. I see better than I have in a long time and am very grateful for that. I have gone to different clinics since I moved here but now I plan to stay with Foster Vision.

This was the best visit to an optometrist that I've ever experienced. And, this includes visits to a optometrist friend and another to an optometrist that was a client of my accounting firm. The front desk staff is welcoming, the technician efficient and the doctor competent and took questions with a smile. The visit went quickly, but wasn't rushed. The fee charged, to me: a bargain. I'll definitely be returning.

I am not one to write reviews. If I don't like a place, I stop going. If I do, I become a loyal customer. However, I was treated so well at Foster Vision, I felt remiss not bringing it up. I was having terrible migraines due to me not being able to see near. They not only fixed the problem but were so kind and generous throughout the entire process. Let's just say if I had inherited all of the money in the world, I would still come to this place. Not a doubt in my mind.

When the pandemic hit, my usual vision clinic was limiting services severely, so I looked elsewhere. I am so happy to have found Foster Vision! They were very professional, friendly, communicative, and they followed strict safety protocols. I signed up to receive a rebate for contact lenses, and when I had trouble getting a response back from Acuvue, Foster Vision helped tremendously. They even called the company on my behalf, and I was able to get my rebate. I would recommend their services to anyone, and plan to head back there again when my renewal comes up!

Everyone at foster vision is nice & friendly. I was able to call and schedule an appointment for the next day. They ask you to wash hands after going in and they def keep the place sanitized and clean. I took one star out cause I felt they were not very transparent about pricing. When I called they asked if I wanted an eye exam for frames + contacts. I said yes cause I wear both. But they didn’t inform me that the contacts exam was extra $$. So I ended up paying 3x more because of that. I don’t think they did anything special to justify the extra fee for the contacts. Anyways. This place is good just be sure to ask about the cost of everything.

Staff is very friendly and communicate clearly. Space is clean and conveniently located. Dr. Chung is very nice, took great care of me without rushing, and shared helpful reviews and advice regarding new glasses and contact lenses on the market. She also sent me home with a lot of sample lenses to test, a couple different kinds of solution to test, discussed rebates available and gave excellent customer service. The staff went over every detail of my insurance and one even picked out my glasses lenses for me! They also gave me some sunglasses in case my dilated pupils caused sensitivity to light when I left the office. I feel so well cared for and grateful to have found this group of great ladies!

I've worn glasses for over a decade. As a first time patient here, I have to say that these are THE BEST pair of glasses I have ever gotten. My doctor was meticulous during the exam and the end result was a nearly perfect new prescription. There was no acclimation or adjustment period. And the frames are super cute!

Yesterday was my very first time ever going here. I saw Marielle and she was absolutely amazing. She is very very sweet and fun to be around. It's a small little clinic, but very welcoming. The assistants were fantastic too. Let's just say, my crawling 1 yr old loved it so much she started walking on her own there. They were just as excited as I was, it was like they instantly became family. I've never felt so welcomes at any eye doctors as i did here.

I visited during the first few weeks of the Covid-19 Pandemic. They were very professional, prompt & safe. Masks were required on employees & clients. Limited clients were in the business at one time & the first thing they had me do was wash & sanitize my hands. Everyone i talked to was polite & helpful & i am fully satisfied with my new glasses. My only complaint was that the whole place smelled like farts. It was brutal at first, but then i got used to it. I still recommend Foster Vision... farting is natural. Hopefully they just open a window or something next time if it's an all day thing.

My first visit here was last Saturday. The staff were all extremely kind and patient and I was very satisfied with my care. They went above and beyond to help me and others while I was there. They have a great selection of frames. I was prescribed some eye drops and ended up having an issue with the cost pharmacy on Saturday after they had closed. Dr. Viestenz made sure to call me back on Monday and get me a cheaper alternative and let me know about an app to find cheaper prescription costs. Super helpful!

Very pleased with Dr. Carol! I went in in the pandemic because my prescription was expiring. They had limited hours (10am-2pm, I think) and only one patient, one doctor, and one assistant, so it was very empty and clean. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Dr. Carol explained the scan images to me, which I found very interesting, and she did a great job answering questions and helping me understand the health of my eyes.

I haven’t had an eye exam in many years, and this experience does not match my memory! They were easily prepared to deal with my eye issues and I put contacts in for the first in my life. Super helpful, great staff. So grateful I got in so quickly too!

Came for exam and my son broken glasses. Dr recommended a new glasses for him. She promised one week to get the new glasses ready to pickup and 3 weeks for replacement the broken one. The 1st one was late. Dr and staff had apologized about it. The 2nd was almost on time as promised. My son is happy with his new glasses. It’s good overall.

This is a very nice, clean office. It was easy to set up an appt and they sure made sure I was aware when it was(2 confirmation texts, an email and a call!) I am a little surprised that in all that communication they didnt mention that on top of the mask you wear, they will also make you wear an additional mask. I wore a heavy mask to begin with and it made the appointment unbearable for me, to the point that I was unable to pick out frames afterward. I have worked throughout the pandemic as a stylist so I understand protocall and everyones safety is my top concern, but for someone with chronic anxiety and clothing binding issues to begin with that make one mask a challenge, two was just over the top and gave me a full blown anxiety attack. I recommend this office if two masks is not a deal breaker, but I will not be going back during the pandemic.

The prescription she wrote was a vast improvement over the one I had gotten from my last exam in another state. The office has a good selection of frames that I really like. I could easily have ordered five or six pairs of glasses; narrowing it down to just one wasn't easy.

Through my insurance, I looked up in network providers that were close to my home and Foster Vision came up so I scheduled an appointment. The overall experience was fine, nothing extraordinary. I recommend taking your prescription else where though, even at 30% off for frames and sunglasses, there are much better deals elsewhere. I was planning on doing this and I said as much when I got there. But once I was taken to the front, they assigned a staff member to help me and they don't make it easy for you to leave. I'm sure their aware that they need to keep you since they are able to charge much more if you purchase your frames there. I did end up purchasing frames and sunglasses which I regretted terribly as I paid over four hundred dollars combined, and this is after insurance was applied. Don't get suckered into buying your frames there!!

The glasses selection is not as big as say Vision Works, but the glasses they have are simply better!
