I felt that the eye exam was fine. I waited a bit, but not too long. Everything was efficiently done. I was not happy, though, with the amount of unmasked people. Not the employees, the clients. It is a pretty small office, so it didn't feel very safe. I wore my mask. Another woman who was there with her young son, both wearing masks, looked concerned. I imagine the child may have asthma. I believe mask wearing should be strongly encouraged. The numbers are going up, so it's a valid observation.

This was the first time visiting Hidalgo eye care and I must say the experience was a very positive one. The doctor was very attentive and immediately pointed out a couple of on going issues, the other big multi-office very busy well known eye care group failed to address. Needles to say I will never go back to the other group, they had years to addresses the issue and never did, other than to tell me to put in drops and come back in six months. Dr. Hidalgo immediately pointed out the severe dryness and the glacoma, gave me one prescription and one over the counter drop to pickup. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hildago and staff to anyone!

Dr. Hidalgo is an amazing optometrists with a true passion for providing her patients with perfect vision. Her optician Dary is knowledgeable with all of the many options offered here and very friendly. As a family owned, bilingual optical business they set the bar very high for quality and customer service. The doctor and her staff are amazing and offer a large variety of services that can take care of just about anyone. I wish I could give them 10/10 stars and I highly recommend them for all of your family's optical needs!
