Always a good experience here. The level of technology used is really incredible, and the doctors are always very thorough in explaining what's going on. The staff is always very friendly, too, and I'm never left waiting beyond my appointment time. The attached Lenscrafters is also staffed by great people - Daniel T was especially helpful! Will definitely continue coming here and would recommend the office to others.

This experience is by far the best I've ever had in my life and the most exciting Eye exam ever Experience. It was quick and very amazed of how technology has come this far.Both customer service in the exam room and the choosen of my glasses with Bree was smooth and joyful, Bree was very honest with the shape color and style the I puck and how it fit my face she actually got me to change my look.

Dr. Feenstra and the nurses were INCREDIBLE!!! Not only did we arrive early for the appt., but we were totally surprised when Dr. Feenstra saw my wife immediately and helped her with a CORRECT RX for her after she went to the Waterford Lakes office and had the test done by two (2) different doctors who both got her Rx wrong. We look forward to when she can come back to try on her new Rx glasses so she can SEE again! Thanks, Dr. Feestra!!!!

The fact you didn’t need to be dilated for the exam made life easy! I was in for pre screen and done in minutes, I barely got seated in the waiting room after that before the Doctor called me back. She explained everything with my eyes, including a stigmatism I didn’t know I had on both eyes. All easy to understand details. As long as I live in this area I’m coming back!!

The eye doctor was helpful with my issue and knowledgeable, as well. She did lack a little bed side manners. I wish she was more friendly.

The office was extremely cold, to the point that I walked into the mall to warm up a bit. I do admit I'm very sensitive to cold, but when attempting to find my card to pay for the visit, I couldn't feel my fingers, my hands were stiff, and I had pins and needles in my hands once I started to thaw out once I left. The staff shouldn't have to suffer, they're so super nice!

Dr Debbie Forrest is wonderful. Yes, the office is very busy due to its popular location. But after visiting other eye doctors, I can tell you that I continue to drive across Orlando to Dr. Debbie because she is the best and knows what she is doing. She has been the only doctor to take the time to find a pair of contacts that work for my vision with astigmatism. If a busy office is going to be a gripe for you, I suggest making a very early appointment in the day and not the last few weeks of the year. Everyone in the office is very friendly, particularly Tahlia who I believe is their office manager. She’s impressive and keeps the office running smoothly.

Dr. Lawrence (sp?) is a terrific optometrist. She was my doctor for the first time last year and again this year. She is very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. She is patient and takes the time to answer my many questions. I would highly recommend her. She is a strong credit to your practice. Tahlia is a wonderful jack of all trades. I have known her for years. She is always smiling, upbeat and positive. I enjoy them professionally.

Dr. Forrest is friendly and thorough. My sister is an optometrist, and so I have very high expectations of attention to detail. He provided detailed information regarding eye health based on our retinal scans and dilation, and also provided new tips and tricks about wearing contacts and how to best deal with astigmatism. The office staff keep the wait short and overall I would rate this an excellent place to get an eye exam.

Comes off as unfriendly. His demeanor isn't what I would look for in a doctor. A bit rude and not reassuring when it comes to patients. I would think as someone who is paying for the visit that I would get some form of comfort explain my situation, my options and maybe come up with a game plan to improve my poor vision.

I have had glasses for the past 12 years and this is by far the best experience at an optometrist's office yet. The front office staff is efficient and kind. I never had a problem contacting the office with questions or to schedule a last-minute appointment. The doctors provided a stellar range of contact options for me to choose from and test out. I also purchase glasses right outside the office doors at LensCrafters. Dr. Forrest's office is located inside LensCrafters, but you can take your prescription elsewhere if you prefer. Dr. Forrest (husband and wife) are outstanding and so are their associates. I have had the pleasure of working with 2 of the doctors in the office during my five visits in the past 11 months and both doctors were more then helpful with any questions, concerns and options for my vision correction. Dr. Forrest works with my future LASIK doctor, Dr. Magruder Jr., and other LASIK surgeons in the Central Florida area. I will go to Dr. Forrest's office for any follow-up appointments in the future. I would recommend this optometry team to anyone in the Central Florida area and beyond.
