I had wood chip debris under my eyelid and was trying all the over the counter products plus waited two and a half days before I had enough. I had no appointment. I called Rosen and within 20 minutes I was being seen. I can't say enough on how grateful I am that the foreign object was removed and the unbelievable customer service that I was given. I am SUPER thankful for Rosen Optometry and I am now a customer. I have a follow up visit to be fitted for eye glasses. I have never received this kind of support from my other eye glass center. So, I'm making the switch to Rosen Optometry. I am very satisfied.

Took my 13-year old daughter there for a contact lens exam and am extremely pleased. Dr. Ernst was kind and gentle, and took the time to explain everything not just to me, but to her too. The contacts weren't working perfectly so when we went back in he did another exam and recommended a different brand based on the way it fit her eye. Plus, the staff was very helpful and patient in working with her to learn how to put the contacts in and take them out. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Ernst is my eye doctor at Rosen Optometry. He is personable, knowledgeable and very thorough. I had my first regular eye exam last fall, and recently had an eye irritation that required medical attention. Dr. Ernst took his time to thoroughly examine my eye and was quickly able to diagnose and explain the source of my eye irritation and prescribe a 10-day course of treatment that had my eye feeling much better within a couple of days. The front office staff and technicians are also friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this optometry center.

Been going to Rosen Optometry for a vey longtime. What I enjoy is the time that Dr. Ernst takes to explain what he is doing and why. He explains all of the slides in detail, what he is looking for, and what he sees. He also explains each machine he uses and why. Even the assistants that do the imaging of the machines explain what each machine does. He is very informative, and follows the same patient interest that Dr. Karen Rosen followed. The best eye doctor practice that I have ever experienced.

This specific visit was due to an iratatition in my eye, Dr. Paige Benten was very caring and helped me understand what was up with my eyes. Dr. Benten's bedside manor was impeccable and I told her so. I left feeling much better not only with medication but a better understanding of my situation. I would definitely refer anyone to go to rosen optometry for your eyes.

EDITED: Dr Tary was great, she was very informative and caring by herself she would get 5 stars if I could I would give 4.5 I would. My giving four stars is due to price tag issue. The tag on the frames looked like it said one price and after I made the purchase the glasses were actually $100 more. I might suggest larger prices on labels to make it more readable to those using year old glasses. Dr and Dr assistants were great, just not price tagging the frames with clearly readable price was my only issue.

Absolutely fantastic. We were able to take care of a lot of the sign in process before hand via text. The staff were all polite, prompt and professional. The waiting area was socially distanced yet you felt at home. Dr. Ernst and his optometry technicians did a wonderful job with the exam and diagnostics for both me and my Daughter and in explaining the results and developing a solution.

New patient. 12/22/18 was my first appointment at the office. Upon my arrival I was greeted right away. The lady who did my exam was very friendly and professional. All the way from Dr Rosen to the young lady who had to stay late because of me were very friendly and professional! Dr Rosen explained very thing to me and even showed me things about my eyes I’ve never seen before! As well as the young lady who helped me pick out my frames who nailed it! She broke down all the cost and even had options if I didn’t want to spend that much or if it wasn’t in my budget. They even told me the best way to get the most out of my insurance plan!

I have been a customer of Rosen Optometry for many years (since Dr. Rosen was the optometrist for a chain eyewear company at a local shopping mall). I have never been disappointed. Always have a very detailed exam (actually about 6 different exams each time) and have been getting new eyeglasses there every other year. First time success in vision, fit and look every time since I've been a customer. They also respect customer's time. I've never waited more than a few minutes for service at appointments and even on the rare times I need an adjustment in fitting, and just pop-in when in the area, I am taken care of immediately.

Doctor Terry is great eye care doctors, always taking the time to provide superb care and analysis. You receive much more than your typical eye exam. All aspects of the eye are examined and your provided the details immediately. Long term your exams are compared to prior exams to review any changes year to year. I had a possible eye infection on a Saturday morning . I called to see if the optometrist could see me and although they had a full book of appointments they worked me in and were incredibly nice about it. I was very impressed with the entire operation of the office. The support staff was friendly and eager to help. They knew what to do and when to do it. Dr. Rosen was superb...excellent personality...very thorough. I was glad to see they had a glaucoma air pressure testing machine which was very gentle. (I never liked that test until now.) The VA sent me to Dr. Rosen instead of the VA facility. I hope they reimburse him quickly for the great service I received. He deserves it.

I recently went to Rosen Optometry for the first time. My appointment was for my first contact fitting. I have some pretty good astigmatisms which can always make the Doctors job a little more difficult to fit but Dr. Tary was smart, sweet, and patient. The whole staff was patient and quite funny. I highly recommend Rosen, I cannot think of a single thing they could have done to make it a better visit that they had not already done.

Dr. Karen Rosen has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. I live 30 miles away from her office, but she is worth it. Dr. Karen Rosen truly cares about my vision, what's best for me. She listens to me if I have any issues or questions. She answers and explains things very well. The staff are the best! Most of them have been there as long as I can remember. Which means they love what they do and who they work for. Andee is the best at fitting my glasses, helping me pick out new frames that fit my face and look good on me. I totally trust her! This is a place I visit 1-2 times a year and they remember me everytime. The staff make you feel comfortable. They have new styles, petite womens frames (for my little head), new contact lenses! I will continue to make the trip to see Dr. Karen Rosen.

My visit with Dr. Ernest was okay, but I was kept waiting over 35 minutes. I was instructed to discontinue an eye drop which was causing problems with my eye drops for itching eyes. Allergies have been really bad this spring and summer. I will go back in a month to see it things improved. Dr. Ernest is very nice and very thorough. I hope his advice will help.

So far an average experience with Dr. Tary. It is a professional environment, the front desk are friendly and are quick to rectify mistakes. I appreciate that the technician did ask what my name and birthdate were before starting the tests for the exam as the information was not correct and they quickly corrected the paperwork. They said that the retinal imaging (done for an extra fee) would be reviewed by the doctor, which didn't happen and I called to tell them after the appointment. They quickly said that they would note it in the chart and would review it on my next visit. I am not sure how focused everyone is at the office that day. I do hope that this review does improve things to give a first time patient a better experience.

Before going here, I would buy lenses from the chain stores and I could believe the difference with Rosen's glass compared to anything else I've had. The clarity is AMAZING! And I have to comment on the terrific staff. They are so friendly and with choosing frames, it is like bringing your best friend shopping with you! They are so helpful and very fun!

Typically go to America's Best due to not having vision insurance. Been having issues with my contacts - not hurting or itching nor any typical symptoms to irritated eyes - and Dr. Tary addressed it immediately and confidently after a 5 minute eye exam. I did end up getting a pretty expensive prescription, but they did what they could to get the cost down and effectively treat my issue. I'm overall very happy with my experience.

I absolutely adore Rosen Optometry. They were pretty amazing when I got there at 8:58 in the morning and not only did they get me a regular checkup they also got me a contact evaluation right then and there even though thats not what I had initially come there for. I was really thankful for that bc now I can actually see. Also I love the candy they always put out, much appreciated. Everyone was great! Especially the doctor! She saw me right away due to the severity of the condition my eye was in at the time! I thought I had just scratched my eye at work the previous day but after another day with pain and zero improvement I decided to call someone. I called Rosen at literally the last minute and this facility made an opening for me.
